Love this chippy. Massive portion of chips and the fish was fried fresh. Cash only (no cards), but you won't get a bigger meal around for the price.

Absolutely awful! This place has gone downhill lately. In the past 2 months I’ve had 3 meals and all 3 times it’s made me sick! I will never be using this chippy again.

Not good at all. Chips really dry and cold as if they were last nights leftovers. Lettuce on the burger was quite brown aswell like it was left out of the fridge. Not going to be returning.

Worst meal ive had. The chicken was rock hard and chips full of bits! Vile, all over cooked! All our food ended up in the bin! Avoid at all costs!

Rung for takeaway at 6.00. Arrived at 8.05. Not very warm . Rang twice to ask where meal was and lady quite abrupt. Our wedding anniversary meal ruined. Flyer through door said free prawn crackers on order over £10. Did not happen.

149 Stourport RoadWent for Sunday lunch with friends, great meal and atmosphere. A young man Josh served us at the bar was very helpful and friendly. We will visit again!

Kidderminter RoadBooked a table last week for my 3 of us.utter shambles.. no organization wots so ever.been before never had such bad experience as today.staff didn't know if the were coming or going.the lady with blonde hair who used to take ur booking at door.now seems to be in kitchen.she was so rude she should like some manners!!.when I asked if they were going to refill the carvery.as it was all dried up counter disgusting she rudly replied iam doing it.i said £20 for that .each person.utter disgrace.they did eventually fill up.chef serving the meat hadn't got clue wot he was doing counter needed a wipe.i know they were busy.but that's not the point.few people were saying it's caous today.and it certainly was.when Ben Giles used to do chefing nothing g was too much trouble.also.been on lunch time nice young lady serving carvery then.everthing fresh and hot.sorry but you have lost our custome.i will not be returning to the fox again.need to get organised!! Mrs adams.very expensive and terrible service.😒

Cookley House Lea LaneWe have previously had excellent service whenever we visited. The staff are truly exceptional. We shall not return however, today whilst eating the normally delicious food, my 9 year old girl found a dead maggot in it. I am sure it was an oversight and not indicative of there usual high standards of hygiene. Unfortunately, despite being regular visitors we will not return.
