1st time of trying here , by recommendation, outstanding quality food,along with being hot , good size portion's plenty of flavour and taste, unlike others that are bland, polite well mannered and on time driver ,this will become our main Chinese now , thank. you for a great meal,

Used to use this a weekly takeaway outlet but of late the food standards have dropped and its lost its 5 rating down to a 3. I refuse to eat from places below a 4. I hope that it can return to having its food standards 5 rating.

Absolutely awful service. Ordered from here once on a Saturday night and it was an hour late. Attempted to order again from them on a Monday evening, order again over an hour late and called their landline multiple times to no answer. Will not be ordering from this Chinese ever again. Appalling.

Very sad with response I had of the chef after I called to say I had raw chicken I was called a liar I been going here for 20 years never a issue 😔 I was just hoping to get it fix won't be coming back

I have been using this place for years now normal I have the food delivered.today I was out and about I was asked to pick up a Macdonald's for my daughter and a Chinese for my wife and myself that she had phoned though. Picked Macdonald's no problem for a change but then waited over an hour for the Chinese (two Curry's) that was all. Which as you guessed meant that the Macdonald's for my daughter was stone cold by the time I got home. Not happy with the service or the way they handled the issue.

Really delicious food, and good sized portions. This has become our new favourite takeaway! The only thing that I've found is that the curry can sometimes be a little lacking in flavour, but I ask for it to be spiced up a bit. However this might only be my own personal taste! The set menu deals are excellent value for money.

Ordered 2 steaks which were very chewy, too pricy to be having chewy steak. Always order Chinese from here and normally very spot on so a little disappointed tonight.

Food was hot and fresh, lots of different options. The mushroom chow mein wasn't what I expected with angel hair noodles and the mushrooms seperate. The chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce was nice, so was the lemon chicken.

We have ordered from here for the last few years, and have always ordered yuk sung which has always had 4 lettuce leafs until recently. I noticed on our last order it came with 3, which is not enough for 2 people. I put an order in again and asked for 4 leafs which I was told no, I even offered to pay extra for it and they still said no. The girl on the phone was telling them that I was placing a large order and we’re regulars but still they said no . Unfortunately we will take our custom elsewhere The girl on the phone was lovely and couldn’t apologise enough I hope they treat her better than their customers.

We have had takeaways from here for years and have always been pleased but recently the meals are not as good as they used to be, the last two we have had have been very disappointing. The staff out front are lovely and always helpful.

We have been using the fortune court for a while recently it has gone down hill unfortunately this will be the last .. Missing food and when u ring they don't refund or help on many occasions . Tonight's food was bland no taste The mini spring rolls where so crunchy and burnt and the prawn balls where the same most unable to eat .. Would I recommend this Chinese unfortunately not .

Looking forward to our Chinese all day. Phoned at just after 5pm to have a delivery between 7.30pm and 8pm. 9pm and 2 phone calls later and its still not here. We are starving. Will deffo not rely on these again for delivery. Very disappointed. 👎. Update. Finally arrived at 9.15pm. Chips undercooked and the curry was flavourless. The omelette was nice though. I won't be using again. Shame as used to be nice.

Very poor food and poor quality produce. Order sirloin, got somthing like brisket or topside. Make things worse the girls behind the counter looked a mess and sat eating prawn crackers behind the counter....... Very covid friendly...

The portion sizes are really good for a Chinese-curry meals are what I judge by & you get a very good portion. Food is nice but can be hit & miss - I've had over cooked fried food (dry and brown toast & ribs) but then many times before it had been ok.... hence the 3 stars. Place could do with a spruce up but doesn't most Chinese collection points? I go back as I know the portions are good. After all Chinese is expensive when its your fav takeout so it makes sense to get value for money. We think their BBQ sauce is lovely - worth a try!

What a joke, it's gone downhill fast this Chinese takeaway. We hav been going there for a while. But last 2 orders hav been disgusting. Every 1 has thrown there's away just now. called the takeaway they wasnt interested at all.. if I can help any1 I will so please stay away, it's a waste of your money.

Visited for takeaway on way home from work. As usual food was great. Lemon chicken cooked to perfection and beef curry was good too. The chips were also good and not horrible over cooked things like some other takeaways do. Not too much of a wait, friendly staff and the food doesn’t need warming up when you get it home.

We started using this Chinese recently and found that they were so happy to alter dishes for us and the food was excellent. Curry is slightly Thai flavoured which suits us and they removed the peppers from the Singapore Noodles so a very helpful service. Good delivery times as well.

this place is under new ownership. It was one of the best Chinese takeaways in Kidderminster. Will have to try it soon. They are cash only now.

We've been using another takeaway for years, but found their food to have gotten rather bland taste wise so decided to try Fortune Court after getting a flyer pushed through the door. The food was much better from Fortune Court, more tasty and the meat far more tender so they've taken over as our go to Chinese from now on.

I can’t praise this Chinese enough. We have been loyal customer for 10+ years now and keep going back despite other Chinese takeaways being closer to home. The device is fast the staff friendly and the food is amazing. Portions are good and filling. The meat used is nicely cut and does not have any toughness or sinnue. Bon appetite!

Tasty food, but the order was incomplete. When we rang they said they would send it out, but it didn't arrive..

Sadly did not enjoy your food at all. Curry was like jelly not in a sauce type it's ment to be. Chow main had the most strangest taste in a not very good tasting way. Chicken balls were soggy including the batter and the bbq was just like water. Everything was like warm at most. Reception girls were young enough to be my own kids (no older that 16) massively lacked customer service skills ( was taking orders off there friends on the mobile phones) unfortunately will not be returning... on the up note the rice was lovely cooked and sticky, really enjoyed it.....

We ordered a set meal for 2 people and wow, what a cracking meal we received. The meal consisted of spring rolls, barbecue ribs, sweet and sour pork, beef in black bean sauce, chicken with cashew nuts and beautiful rice. We also received crackers and free mini rolls. The quality of the food was really good and we really enjoyed the meal. In fact this is the second time we have ordered the set meal as it represents excellent value for money. We will certainly have it again..... and again. We are also planning on having a take out with friends so will definitely opt for a selection from Fortune Court. We telephoned our order through and were told 10 minutes, our order was ready upon arrival. I hope this review is helpful and you give it a try.

Best Chinese takeaway in Kidderminster. Always great food, never disappoints!! Can take a while to get through on the phone and is particularly busy after 7pm on a Saturday night. We'll worth the wait though!!

Delicious and very fresh, best I've tried in a long time.

I’ve been searching for a Chinese that meets my standards, and this is the one. The quality and portions are great compared to the prices, so great all round. Always willing to try something new, but this in my opinion is currently the front runner. Doesn’t deliver, which is it’s only minor downfall.

Nice quick service, and great food.

I'd leave it twice as long as they say on the phone to pick up, a half an hour turned into 50mins after making me wait when I arrived. No appologies for taking so long either.

It doesn't look much much from outside, and the inside could do with a spruce up, but the food was very good, nice and tasty, and we will probably go again. There was a very good menu to choose from, and the girl behind the counter was very good, bit strange that you have to purchase prawn crackers.

I came in tonight for my food and i look in the bag and unlike every other Chinese you get free crackers, tonight i didn't, and to top it all off, the lady who served us was very rude

We have been regular visitors to the Fortune Court for years, and went back again recently for our standard order of satay chicken skewers, lemon chicken, egg fried rice, and chips. We called the order through and went over to collect it.

On the plus side they take cards there is a large waiting area, 5* food hygiene rating, good varied menu and nice prawn crackers. On the down side they don't deliver, the large fish in the small tank in the waiting area isn't a pleasant attention grabber and the actual food was really poor all round, very disappointing.

He utilizado este llevar en el pasado, pero no por algún tiempo, así que pensamos probarlo para ver si había mejorado; viviendo el momento de decisión pasada. Me aseguró 5 estrellas comida higiene en la puerta. El servicio fue rápido y la comida estaba muy caliente. Realmente no nos habíamos molestado porque lo mejor eran las patatas fritas! Los rollos estaban empapadas con grasa pancake y las costillas en salsa de barbacoa eran cã. Mi marido dejó algunas que es bastante incomprensible. Tuve pelotas de pollo dulce y agria, que estaban sin sabor, aunque la salsa estaba bien. No hace falta decir que no volveremos, ya que tiene mejor para ofrecer Kidderminster por el precio.

We phoned ahead and ordered char-sui pork foo yung, mushrooms, noodles, and chips.The food was ready pretty much when promised (they are often a bit over-optimistic with times !!), and was as excellent as ever. Big portions, great value, and loads of flavour.The best take-away in Kidderminster. Great Chinese food.

We paid the latest of our countless visits to Fortune Court Chinese take-away last week as a treat before we headed off for a short break away. We changed our long-time regular order for once, and had pork foo-yung, noodles, chips, and fried mushrooms.The food was ready by the time I arrived to collect it, and as ever it was excellent. The portions were huge, and the highlight was the super-tasty foo-yung dish, made with tender pork. I loved every mouthful. A plate of the foo-yung with some noodles, chips, and the mushrooms, in a lovely rich sauce, made for a great meal.Brilliant as ever, and easily the best take-away in the town. Highly recommended.

We have used the Fortune Court countless times over the past few years as our go-to place for a Chinese take-away. It was my birthday last week, so we ordered a take-away as a treat.We placed our usual order of satay chicken skewers, egg fried rice, chips, and lemon chicken, and went round to collect it on the way home from work. The food was ready when promised, and was all piping hot. Fortune Court does not deliver, but we live so close that it is not a problem.All the food was as good as ever from here on this visit. I always add a bit of sweet chilli sauce to my lemon chicken to give it a bit of a kick. The chicken used here is always good quality.Another great Chinese meal from what is easily the best take-away in the town.

All of the food was excellent, and the portions were huge. It was ready very quickly after we phoned through our order.Still the best take-away in Kidderminster.......

We have had take-away Chinese from Fortune Court countless times over the years, and, feeling lazy last night, had another meal from what I would say is Kidderminster's best Chinese take-away.We had chicken with ginger and spring onions, chicken with mushroom, chips, and egg fried rice. As ever all of the food was really good, and the portions were huge, so great value for money. My chicken dish was really tasty, although if I was being super picky I would have liked a bit more of a ginger kick. The chicken with mushroom had loads of tender chicken, and a nice rich soy flavour.Fortune Court is highly recommended as a great Chinese take-away. Always reliable.

i had a meal from here the food was delicious but the shop could have done with a good clean. the water in fish tank was dirty, i just thought if they dont look after the front of house what does the areas you cant see look like

I tried Fortune Court for the first time today, I usually only go for places that deliver, and so glad I did! The food is far superior to any other that I've tried since moving here!!Definitely returning again!!

Me and my family have been getting takeaway from Fortune Court for years, and it's never faltered. Delicious food that's always hot and never disappointing. Only downside is they don't deliver - but it's not enough of a downside to mark it down at all, or stop us from going! Amazing, keep up the good work you amazing people!

All of the food was beautiful - as good as you would expect in most sit-down Chinese restaurants. The lemon chicken was especially good, with tender chicken in a lovely crispy batter, and not a trace of any gristle or chewy bits.We always phone the order ahead, and it is pretty much always ready to pick up in less than 20 minutes. Very highly recommended - in our experience the best take-away in Kidderminster.

Fortune Court does the best lemon chicken you will have anywhere. The chicken skewers were also great, and pretty spicy tonight.A great Chinese take-away, and we rarely if ever use anywhere else in Kidderminster. Highly recommended.

We had another excellent take-away from the Fortune Court recently, the latest in a long line of very good meals from this place.We had a bit of a banquet this time, and ordered the lemon chicken, egg fried rice, noodles, yuk sung, Chinese mushrooms, and chips. All of it was perfectly cooked and very tasty.Very convenient, friendly service, and very good value. Highly recommended.
