shame on you can't admit when your in the wrong and continue to laugh and argue with me down the phone when I've just waited nearly 2 hours for curry rice & noodles. I've been here a few time on a weekend and have never waited this long for my meal to be delivered. sounds like you didn't even put my order through but as I say can't admit you was wrong. if you want a meal within the hour then don't come here and there not even then good i normally go to four seasons but I fancied a change. never again! rubbish

Great food best in Kidderminster

Had Cantonese style King prawns, rice, meat spring rolls and free prawn crackers. All of it was very nice. Especially the prawns, as they were larger in comparison, to other takeaways, and cooked to perfection. There were more of them too. Delivery service was a little on the slow side, slower than the predicted time of 40 minutes, as they explained they'd had a problem with the previous customer, which made mine about 20 minutes late.

We fancied a Chinese takeaway whilst staying in area, and this popped up - there is a car park out the front and service was good. We got a fair amount of food, but was so hungry didn't remember to take pictures of much... a last minute addition was fried rice with duck, and it was a great addition... really tasty!!

For me, this is probably one of the best Chinese takeaway restaurants, if not the best in Kidderminster at the moment. The food is fantastic and the service is top-rate. Would recommend it to all my family and friends

I ordered chilli chips and pancake roll from here other day, and chilli chips had no vegetables or nothing just covered in red powder more like peri chips from a chippy or something😂 and then I bit into pancake roll they put no meat! Literally filled with beansprouts! After I saw the woman making it and I said to her have u put meat and she said yes but clearly it must of disappeared 😂 won't be using again used to be lovely about 4 years ago

Good food quick service if you go inside to collect or place an order

Absolutely shocking, went in and ordered got home (2 minutes away) and everything was cold except pancake rolls, oh and chips were missing. Called up to get "well it can't be it was all cooked fresh" aswel as a lady shouting "WHAT" in the background after being told what the problem was, no sorry no offer of chips which we paid for and never received. Won't be using again.

Absolutely amazing food. Order all the time now... it's my go to take away food. Amazing chow mein, curry, spring rolls and chicken balls. Even their chips are amazing. Definitely worth the money. Reasonable prices too.

just spent £32.50 and i might as well as burnt it. The food had no flavour and the curry sauce ain't any kind of chinese curry sauce i have tasted. The sauce had no spice at all. won't be using again.

No taste to the chicken chow mein... Chips taste stale... Curry sauce tasted like water.. Very disappointed...

Food amazing staff are so helpful and polite my recommendation would be by your Chinese food from here delivery so quick and all drivers are so polite and helpful

Good but watch your change & food can be cold so be careful. Under new owners and recently had special satay fried rice. And was still very cold so potential food poisoning risk and no visible food rating sticker on show.

Yummy Chinese food what more can I say!

After hearing countless rave reviews we decided to give this place a try. We have eaten at many local Chinese restaurants and I have to say this is the worst of them all. Everything was Luke warm. Chicken was dry and tasteless, much like the rest of the food and I've had better egg fried rice from a microwave pouch needless to say we won't be eating from there again. Very disappointing.

Where ever we have lived in Kidderminster we always go to Fortunes for us it's the best Chinese all the others come second best

Chicken Chow Mein, Pork Ribs, Shredded Beef = a great tasting meal! Used to use Fortunes years ago when I lived in Kidderminster ten years ago and it was the neat Chinese take away then, glad to see it still is and the food is just as good as I always remembered it to be! Thanks for the fortune cookies too! Hope they come true for 2019!

Where do I start!! The meal was nearly half hour late I had special curry it was more like chicken curry My partner had kung pot special combination there wasn't hardly any meat in it the meal was more like sweet and sour it was extremely hot with pineapple tomatoes and peppers in it it was very disappointing. I can remember ordering food from you every week when Steve and Gina had the Broadwater inn put it was a lovely meal then. OMG what has happened don't think I will be bothering again..🙁

The best food in kidderminster 100% the best ive had and i have tried afew but non taste as good the prawn dishes are fab the prawns are so fresh and crunchy i have never had abad meal from here the staff are excellent and the shop is very clean

Tried most of the Chinese takeaway restaurants in the town now, this place is at the other end of the town from me so a bit of a drive, but since we tried it, we haven't gone anywhere else, the food is fantastic, can't recommend highly enough.

Can't belive I had to give 1 star don't even deserve that, all food was mushy, bland and seemed like it all been warmed up or kept warm over night. When called lady was rude saying you just don't like it not her problem etc, binned it and went to King wha... won't be using again...

This is the best Chinese takeaway in the area! The food is always good never had a bad meal from there. It's a family ran place and they are so so friendly! Knowing most of their customers by name. I wouldn't have Chinese anywhere else.

Devastated. My fave Chinese has gone to the cheap dark side. Sweet n sour chicken is now just reformed battered chicken nuggets. My bbq ribs was a tub full of peas, carrots and onions with a couple ribs underneath. After years of regular custom I'm going elsewhere from now

I ordered my takeaway at 7.30.. 1hr and 20 she said. . It didn't arrive so I called back.. 10 mins she said.. then they turned up at 9.30 and the driver gave me grief because I questioned what was the delay.. I phoned them again and she said they will not be delivering to me again because I rang back to ask why my food was late!! All the food was like warm.... driver didn't even give me the chance to check all the food was hot... I called back to complain and the owner told me that they will not deliver to me again.. Well all I can say is don't bother with this place and order else where when others keep to delivery times. . Who ever the owner is I will be coming in to see you as you can NOT threaten people like you did me on the phone..

This chinese is lovely i recommend the salt and pepper chilli chicken as a side dish. Beef curry is orange in colour. Beef satay is good. Weekend orders can take a while to come almost 2 hours so suggest you call ealier rather then later. Nice chinese

We thought we would try Fortunes again, quite a few of our friends have recommended this Chinese takeaway. Yet we still haven't had what we would call a good experience. It doesn't look or smell that fresh when you walk in and the beef satay contains pineapple which is a little odd? All in all nothing we ordered lit up our taste buds, mine was an uninspiring set meal and my wife ordered a main from the menu. Just one thing, the chips were good.

Worst Chinese I've ever come across, delivery was as bad as the food. Waited 2 and a half hour.

Fresh food and well run family business. Been going there for years, even tho we are 5 miles away, still go there. UNBEATABLE!
