Food was delicious, best Chinese food in Kidderminster no doubt. 10/10 quality. Only downside is like the other reviewers, delivery takes an incredibly long time. Food ordered at 8:20pm and arrived at 10:45pm. Will definitely order from here again, but will collect next time!

Ordered from here at 7pm came at 10pm 3 hours later! Rang 3 times and got lied to every time saying it was going out for delivery, No sorry from them either. When the food got here it was rubbish anyway bbq sauce wasn’t even like bbq sauce tasteless.

Wasn't great I'm afraid. Lemon chicken - the deep fried chicken pieces were like dog chews! Hard and seriously chewy. Won't be using them again

Food lovely, but takes too long to be delivered and staff give exaggerated time scales, ordered at 6.45pm, delivered for 10.20pm, wasn't a big order. Sadly will now be looking for a new takeaway as waiting for hours as become a regular occurrence here

Used to order through deliveroo and must've been lucky with delivery times previously... Today ordered through their website and waited 2 hours for my order. Phoned up twice to chase and the lady was polite and helpful, kept a look out for it out my window etc. Was then called by the restaurant and spoke to a different lady who was rude and told me to get downstairs to pick up my order! It was thrust into my hands on arrival... Clearly can't cope with the demand leaving customers waiting hours and frustrated. I usually do not mind waiting a bit longer for good food but this time around the food was overcooked and dry. The "sechuan" turned up so sweet I couldn't eat it. Just overall disappointing.

Food is good, delivery is hopeless. If you are collecting, then I would recommend. If you are waiting for a delivery… you should have gone to China yourself, it would have been quicker.

The Best Takeaway in Kidderminster

Today was my first visit to this establishment and it was really worth it. The food was absolutely delicious nice fresh taste and nicely cooked. Friendly staff and quick service too. I would highly recommend it.

First time visit last night. Didn't go for anything complex but the Beef Curry and homemade large Lumpia/Spring Rolls were wonderful. Can't wait to try again.

Pre-ordered food via big foodie whilst on the way home from our holiday, we knew we were definitely going to be home before 7pm so ordered food for 19:30 so we could settle in beforehand, it arrived 2 hours early, it was luckily accepted by a family member on the door. (Besides the point) Tried calling, multiple times may I add, and could not get through. By the time we got home, food was stone cold, majority inedible and wasn’t enjoyable at all. What is the point in preordering for a certain time if it’s going to be completely disregarded..? This isn’t the first issue I’ve had recently, i used to highly rate this place, don’t get me wrong the food (when it’s not stone cold) is absolutely lovely. However, the delivery service is an absolute joke and has been for some time.

This is the second time we have ordered and had to wait yet again nearly 3hours for our food for it to then finally be delivered and some of the food was wrong and some of the food was missing. Food is okay, but delivery times are disgraceful. I was told an hour and 9 mins for delivery, 2 hours 11 minutes later - still waiting. This is the second time I’ve order, second time the delivery time has been unacceptable. Never again.

We've used Four Seasons many times, but this will be the last time for delivery. The food was piping hot on arrival and what I had tasted great (I barely had any because of the time it took for delivery). The rice wasn't as good as usual, so I marked down for this. However, from ordering to receiving the food took 3 hours! I understand it was a Saturday evening, but the app said approx 95 minutes wait, which is why we chose delivery. But 3 hours is a joke. We didn't get the food until 10.40pm, which at that point I wasn't that hungry because of how late it got. The delivery time is the reason for 1 star on service, I would give more stars for the person on the phone being polite, but I can't justify giving more than 1 star for service because of waiting 3 hours. Overall, I've rated 2 stars because the staff and food are good, I would highly recommend ordering for collection if you can. But the delivery times is what lets this business down.

Waited nearly 2 hours . food didn’t come . Never again

Have been loyal customers for a couple of years now. Food was always 100% delivery within a reasonable time. However as of late waiting for food is terrible. It said 45 mins on the app waiting time up to 3 hours we waited, even after calling several times. Original order was made at 6pm. Food finally got here at 8pm. Food arrived incorrect and took them another hour to bring the right order. Not sure what the reason was but was told that it didn't taste very nice and went in the bin anyway. The past whilefood has been taking about 2hrs+ to arrive even on nights you would think are quiet, where the app tellsa you 20mins, but no expect 2 hours. We Always order £30-35 worth of food and go there often, atleast once twice a month. When the original food arrived driver was told he had to apologize, was Not his fault he was very pleasant was 100% the fault of the restaurant. I appreciate takeaways have busy periods, but if you don't have a system where people get there order at a decent time or can't even keep up with online demand then they should either just do phone/in-person orders or replace all the management with someone that knows how to organise and delegate properly. Clearly the people running it are doing a terrible job. Was planning to go Sunday as it will be a rough day, but will go somewhere else now. Won't be going back to this place and certainly won't be recommending people any more.

This is the only Chinese I will have! Food is always delicious, prices are very reasonable and delivery times are really good. When they are really busy they are honest with you and tell you the wait before the place the order.

We happened to pop into four seasons because a friend of mine 'Col' recommended them. Parking isn't easy round there as it's on the roundabout near Tesco, but you can usually find a spot opposite in the lay-by When we went in to order our food, I spoke to the lady behind the counter and found out the owners had previously been in business across town ages ago but had to go back to China to sort family business but they're back. They are all very friendly, attentive, courteous and the drivers all have the same manners. I can't believe we've found the Chinese takeaway that makes "the" Chicken Satay that is to die for. The best in town. Having taken our food home we couldn't fault it. The menu that came with the order had a website link so now i can place our orders online - quick, simple, efficient and I usually place my order before the shop opens so don't have to wait to speak to anyone and have it delivered and can track the order too so I know when it's about to arrive 5*

Excellent. In all honesty, the best Chinese meal I've had in a long time. Sweet and sour chicken was yummy, the chicken curry was delicious, the meal was delivered on time and piping hot and the service was brilliant. Definitely recommend 5 🌟

We ordered online, 2 hours after ordering it arrived. It was barely warm, the curry was disappointing, the chips we’re supposed to be chilli, salt & pepper but no flavour. We ordered BBQ spare ribs in sauce which had no meat on them and no sauce! First and last time we will go there. ☹️

Food is always top notch but delivery is hit and miss, i generally order on my way home and give instructions to leave in the porch but keep finding it left on the path outside the door 🤪

Beautiful food but we're under 3 miles from you and you charged us over 3miles.

One of the best around Kidderminster, oil in the chips could do with changing they was quite dark in colour and soaked all the fat up!!!

The food was gorgeous, had chicken and mushroom with black bean sauce and the sauce was lovely , the best black bean sauce I've tasted , my partner had special chow mein and it was absolutely beautiful and the beef what was in it melted in your mouth and it was not at all rubbery and as for the noodles they were lovely and juicy not like other Chinese's where they are dry , this will definitely be the Chinese we will use from now on

Poor quality! all food was watery and bland had more taste eating stale bread. I've give two stars because it was quick and hot but doesn't make up for the lack of quality for the price. Ordered through food hub and four seasons were refusing to speak to them about the quality, 7 days later we hear something overall poor experience wont be using again dont know how they get such good reviews to be honest! Must be a lot of people lacking tastebuds 😂

I have used Four Seasons Chinese takeaway Kidderminster for years and never been let down, always great.. Bigfoodie however give estimated times of delivery which isnt that close to the actual fact.. kitchen always busy.. try it they wont let you down..

Ordered two orders at once and this place made it easy, which worked out great for us as everything exceeded expectations. Every single dish was bright and fresh, and had it's own flavor that stood on its own. Nothing tasted like oil, instead was full of fresh veg and obviously fresh made sauces. The portions were generous and I look forward to tucking into the leftovers tomorrow. Won't be looking to any other chinese places in the area, this place has us sorted. Thanks so much.
