We were given a very friendly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. My friends puppy was treated like royalty on her first excursion socialising . We had Turkey baps, mine with cranberry sauce, my friends with stuffing and pigs in blankets. They were huge and delicious. The puppy was given cut up sausage. Drinks were made exactly as requested. The whole experience was delightful and we will definitely return.

A magical little cafe on the Staffordshire and Worcestershire canal at Wolverley. Very friendly staff. I had a devine bacon cob for breakfast. Lovely atmosphere. Very much recommended.

Lovely friendly lady running the cafe, had toasted teacake with butter and a cup of coffee at the end of a walk along canal path

Lovely tea and cake in compostable packaging, right next to the canal - but you can’t see it because there’s a hedge in the way. Such a shame, more people would visit with the entertainment of narrow boats going through the lock.

What a wonderful little find 😊. Almost went in the pub but decided on this lovely tearoom. Seating is outside on picnic benches or inside on pretty table and chairs. All next to the canal and lock which was of great interest to my grandson who helped push the lock gates a few times 😃. Excellent sandwiches on thick crusty bread and super tasty fillings. They had both soya and oat milk so my coffee tasted extra nice. I usually leave it as it’s rather bitter but this was exceptional as was my partners cappuccino and sisters tea. We all had an ice cream to follow and were spoilt for choice. There were even a few plant based options Yay. Both servers were so nice and polite that we will definitely be returning very soon.

Lovely little caff with fresh coffee and snacks but desperately under staffed We visited on a weekday and the poor girls were almost overwhelmed with a queue forming outside If the proprietor is reading this, please get another staff member in to help!

Dropped on this little tea room while walking along the canal from Caunsall. Great to find outdoor seating on picnic tables , well spaced. Good selection of hot and cold drinks and also ice cream. Lovely service, we had great breakfast baps of sausages or bacon and nice to have the choice of whole meal too. There was a big selection delicious homemade cakes including carrot, Victoria sponge, salted caramel to name a few , so we took some away with us. Can’t wait to return.

Walked along the canal from Kidderminster, great walk, but just what we needed was a great cup of coffee and a bacon buttie, can't sit at the cafe (co-vid rules),but just up the canal was a bench, which meant a relaxing break before the stroll back. Service was friendly and quick, prices reasonable, and we'll be back.

Great to find somewhere open to get a takeaway drink. The cakes are good too. After a walk it’s great to sit on the wall or the lock gate and watch the world go by. Socially distanced of course

Limited choice at present but at least it’s open. Seating outside so a great place to ‘bubble’ with friends after a socially distanced walk Friendly staff. No toilet facilities at present

After cycling by the canal we came upon this place. The staff were so very efficient and friendly. The food and coffee we had were lovely, nice garden to sit in.

After a walk along the canal this place makes for a nice stop off for a hot drink and snack. We stopped off for a couple of hot chocolates, tea cake and a bacon sandwich (just under £10) which were all well presented and tasted great. I don't tend to stop off here very often despite living just up the road, but whenever I have it's always been good.

A small brick built, former smithy, right on the tow path. It doesn't have a lot of inside seating but there are tables outside, some under cover. We visited on a sunny day for tea and cake and were served outside by a pleasant waitress. It didn't have a great range of teas and the scones weren't homemade, but nevertheless an enjoyable experience.

This is a tiny canal side old smithy with lovely garden and plenty of outside seating. Inside there are three tables, a small cooking area and counter, and a cabinet of delicious ice cream. This is my 4 yr old granddaughter's favourite ice cream shop and her brother reckons they make the best tuna sandwiches because they will make them to his liking. A friend and I lunch here regularly. The food is reasonably priced, the surroundings lovely and the cafe is quaint. This is a busy tearoom and they also serve from the window to the tow path. The service is excellent, the ladies are friendly, polite, accommodating and hard working which is commendable considering the small space they work in. This cafe has its regulars which, I think, speaks for itself.

Stopped off here for some breakfast as the place looked nice right next to the canal. Well I can honestly say that the food is awful. The sausages and bacon were the sort that you'd buy at the worst burger van on Saturday night, in fact they were so bad I only ate the bread, you wouldn't give it to your dog; even though ironically it's a dog friendly place. If you want a cheap greasy meal sat by the canal, then this is the place for you. Oh, by the way you’ll get a cup of lukewarm tea to wash it down. Don't forget your Imodium. Good luck

The only way to eat a bacon sandwich is on thick white bread with butter! Delicious. Of course you could choose healthy brown bread but why?? Seriously a lovely tea shop, on canal. Good choice of cakes too. Great service. Will definitely pop in again after a walk along canal.

After a disappointing visit to the Arboretum, I popped in on the off chance for a bit of lunch. The lady working in there was on her own, it had been really busy and she wasn't serving food. Although she was really busy, she was lovely and chatty and happy to talk to my dog whilst she made me a cup of tea and cut me a slice of cake. The Tearoom is in a beautiful setting by the canal and well worth a visit and a walk.

On a ramble with friends, we made a stop off for some delicious coffee and decided to have it outside in the large seating area by the canal. The staff were very prompt in serving us, the coffee was smooth and the milk was piping hot. We ended up staying an hour as the company and the environment were so pleasant. Toilets are a little walk away in the next door pub and the place is extremely dog friendly, with bowls of water under many of the tables. Smashing little find.

Nice location. Handy for walking the canal. Had a pot of tea which was nice. Also had a milkshake which tasted like the milk was sour. Left it. Very disappointed. Wont use again.

Most Sundays we attend this eating venue, today was for the very last time. My Mom was asked what was in her bag by the meat chef while he was putting the meat on her plate. We headed to our table with our carvery’s, sat down and started eating. The same chef who is obviously the boss (a very bad attitude carrying male) came over and told us that we wasn’t allowed to put our leftovers in a foil tray that we had with us for the dog. How embarrassing mid meal and in front of a room of customers!! But didn’t say anything to the family on the next table for pulling two plastic plates out of their bag to eat off!! We all felt very uncomfortable and highly embarrassed and WILL NOT be returning!!
