miserable staff behind the counter and the prices are ridiculously expensive, £4.95 I just walked out, use to be my regular stop and I would also purchase extra ad ons, sorry, but if their overheads are getting expensive they should just close down as no one will pay these sort of rates for an average pasty shop
Great experience for a birthday with family. Service excellent without being overly intrusive. Olivia OG was our server, and she was so attentive and personable. Highly recommended
Came for a “meet the baby animals” event and stopped for food at the cafe after. Really disappointing and very over-priced for what is essentially small portions of poor quality food (frozen hash browns, rubbery fried eggs and pancakes which are clearly shop-bought and heated up). With it being on a farm shop, you would think it would be local good quality produce and, for the price they charge, cooked fresh to order. Event was also very basic and animal welfare was a concern.
Gone from one of the best fish and chips in the area to the worst rip of avoid ciabetta used to be twice the amount of bacon crisby now one slice of soggy bacon
I was surprised recently to read one or two poor reviews of this takeaway so I returned tonight.
I have to say the extra hot prawn curry rice and chips I had was one of the best ever although the salt and pepper chilli ribs were a little bit on the fatty side as usually they are first class.
Overall I really enjoyed the food as did my wife. No way could you give it less than 4 stars.
worst kebab for a long time 😟🤮
Large mixed was at best a medium, next to no salad… no mayo as asked for just a cheap crappy chili sauce … totally rank, meat was very poor, tasted like been sat in a bain marie for a week! … in the bin!
We had friends for the weekend they love Indian food the meal all of it was spicy my friend ordered to Witch they said they could do it they also could not do mine
The restaurant was tatty but people eating and a lot of take a ways we won’t be going again
My husband and myself were visiting Worcester yesterday with our dog Maple. We stopped off at Hotel Chocolat to buy some chocolates for husband's birthday and for a hot chocolate. The staff were friendly and welcoming and said that friendly dogs were welcome. They even gave the dog a treat! Thank you for making it a great experience and your staff are a real credit to your business!
