Excellent Pizza in Worcester

The new management have worked wonders. Food was great and really well priced

As a customer, I've been really impressed with the recent changes at the pizza shop. The new management has elevated the flavors, and the pizzas now have this amazing blend that keeps me coming back. The fresh take on traditional recipes adds a unique touch, making it a top choice for pizza lovers like me.

I am so sorry to be writing this, however, the food that I have just received was absolutely abysmal, I am in complete shock on how utterly poor the food was. My stomach is in pain, the meat was condensed and roar and the sauce was clumpy. I made an attempt to call them to inform them on the discomfort it has made to my stomach and asked politely for a refund. He then proceeded to end the phone on me and block my number.

Very pure satisfaction, food cold coming and missing one meal from order and they are not interested for delivery missing order. So no more ordering from them and I’m not recommending this place to anyone.

'Excellent' shouldn't be in the name. What a joke. Curry 'sauce' was cold and a solid block. Chips are inedible and chicken clearly cooked by chef Mic. (Food containers are sealed with microwaveinstructions on the top 😂) Do not order from here - the risk of illness is high.

ordered food took an hour to arrive, pizza was awful, chicken and chips was just okay, man was rude to me on the phone when I called to see where my order was and got the wrong items as well, absolutely awful

I ordered 2x chicken kebabs with mayonnaise & salad .. to my disappointment & amazement the kebab came in a cardboard box that had just the kebab meat & pitta in it & the salad came in a plastic container as did the mayonnaise to say we were disappointed is an understatement.. I have eaten kebabs from Worcester kebabs since moving here and NEVER had a kebab like this one , I shall never order from this shop again.. it was a huge mistake.

Ordered a gyro. Really good looking, aromatic and vibrant ingredients drowned by a disgusting, generic chilli sauce straight out of Costco. Such a shame, as ended up in the bin. I've never been in a kebab shop that hasn't got its own signature chilli sauce before. Schoolboy error. No point having 5 stars for hygiene when you shoot yourselves in the foot like that.

Honestly can’t think of any way my experience could be worse realistically. The staff were unbelievably rude it actually ruined my day. They spoke to me like I was something they stepped in when I was paying them money for a service. I think I saw rats in the area too so I wasn’t looking forward to eating my food (overpriced by the way). I finally get home and I’m praying that my food will be enjoyable after my terrible time at the store and I was severely disappointed unfortunately. The food was bland and mushy and quite frankly it was some of the worst stuff I’ve put in my mouth and you really don’t wanna know what’s been in there. Funnily enough I’d enjoy cold McDonald’s 100 times more than the gruel they charged me money for. Please I beg of you to avoid this dump like the plague, absolutely shocking example of a business. The cartel provide better service. I wish I could five 0/5 stars but google hasn’t even seen something as bad as this before. Shocking.

Shoddy, cold and sub par order, dry chicken, cold chips, cold garlic mushrooms, an absolute excuse for a burger, when I called I just kept getting told I don't understand and the manager was at home, horrendous experience, I will never order from here again. AVOIDDDDDDDDDD AT ALL COSTS

Disgusting service to be honest, hope you do something about it i saw two men in particular making fun of my weight. I felt too embarrassed to say something and just left my food and ran away crying and they laughed at me. Absolutely shocking food and service

Awful customer service, aggressive staff and all round useless place

I wouldn’t even give them one star but the service from this shop is completely unbelievable they wouldn’t let me speak to another member of staff as the one I was talking to wasn’t relaying back my order or even understanding me like he was off his face on something and then preceded to refuse me another member of staff and then when I did get passed on to a member off staff they was the complete same and the ended the phone on me! Don’t recommend this place at all!!!

Absolutely stunning, Best kebab I’ve ever tasted!

Great value for money and delivery drivers are always mega friendly. The nachos especially are spot on. The food containers they use are really neat too and help retain the heat in well! Now one of my favourite places to order from!

Food's fine but now they spam my phone via SMS weekly which you have to pay to opt out.

Absolutely impressed. Ordered doner kebab in pita + vegetables for me and rice'n'chicken + vegetables for my missus. Vegetables as fresh as as if they had just been picked from the garden. Extra large servings, two people can easily eat their fill with just a single portion. Surprised as we've got a bonus doner portion for free. Superb, extraordinary food for as little as £20 in total. We'll definitely order from them again.

I ordered two pieces of chicken meal. The staffs were friendly and it took usual time and they gave an impressive packaging in the box. But inside- I got my chicken pieces halfly done inside where the top was burnt because of the temperature of oil to which they cooked. Waste of time and money. Hopefully they will improve.

Food was 20 minutes late. The garlic mushrooms were cold. My donner kebab was missing the salad and sauce.

Arrived very late and messed up my order. Called the store to report about missing food. They took my number and stopped answering my call since then. What a disgusting service.

We came to Worcester and this was the best halal food place we found! They delivered to us even though we were 10 miles out! Really appreciate the workers at this place.

By far the best kebab and kofta we have ever had!!!!!! The grilled chicken was also cooked to perfection, and generally, everything we ordered was fresh and super tasty. Extra points for the friendly staff. One of the best experiences we had in Worcester.

We came to visit Worcester and Worcester city I wish I wish I could find same food in my hometown we loved the kabab and the pizza absolutely excellent service we got from excellent pizza and kabab .

The food is absolutely divine, grilled chicken was lovely with nice fresh salad, fast friendly service and the Turkish owner was amazingly friendly and said "everything is made fresh every day", to some it may only be takeaway food but he seems to care passionately about the food he gives to customers. I've tried other takeaway places in Worcester and will only go here from now on highly recommend.

Have just had a delivery of the Dela special kebab and some cheesy jalapeño bites and it was amazing. Great quality meat cooked to perfection, a great selection of really fresh salad and pitta bread that was soft and warm !! The jalapeño bites were forgotten so rang to let them know and spoke to the new owner who had fantastic customer service. He was very apologetic and told me that he would redo the bites and bring them himself. He turned up within 15 minutes (bites perfectly cooked also!) but had also given us some ice cream for the inconvenience. A man who seems to take great pride in what he does and it shows !! Will definitely be reordering from here again cannot recommend enough !!!

My usual kebab shop was closed so we tried this for the first time last week. The kebab (doner) was massive and well worth the money and was delicious but found it odd that the salad came separately, although that doesn’t really matter. Downside was the “chilli sauce “ it came in a pot which we usually get with an Indian and was more suited to that. Didn’t add it, as it tasted wrong for the kebab.

Was nice kebabs but spent £75 for a crowd and they took money out twice and have never refunded after being told we would be!!! Avoid.

UPDATE: Under New Management - Ordered from here again in Sept 2021 and my large kebab was a pile of chicken shish chucked in between two pittas with salad in a separate box and no sauce to be seen. Had a couple of meals from here now, shish chicken is top notch, delicious pitta bread, chips are ace and decent portions.
