wrong food 😕 I ordered Double sausage muffin order number 31 & I got bacon one instead? quite disappointing when you receive the wrong food!!

20 minutes for a poxy cheeseburger. Slow food. Useless.

Tells me the courier is at the restaurant for half hour then claims my order is delivered when it didn’t even leave the building. Ridiculous service

Drinks were spilled out in the bag so I wasted a shed load of money on empty cups, food was cold and mcflurry was liquid and oozing out of tub..

Really poor yet again. If you leave any note requesting no ketchup etc, or extra anything they seem to just send plain burgers. Can’t be that hard to read the message that’s printed onto the actual packaging surely????

Would of been better if we Would of had straws for the drinks.

MacDonalds at Worcedter Foregate Street are so incompetent. They sent us the wrong order. Not only that, they did not take responsibility for their error. The order they sent was someone elses collection. My day ruined, thank you very much.

Yet again another order of cold food because the driver is picking up multiple orders. How can you allow this to happen more and more often, I waited 40 plus minutes and what's the time chance 4 times and then the delivery driver start making his way to me from a completely different area that from where the restaurant is... it's so wrong.

Food was knocked about and I had to put into microwave to reheat. Not impressed

Not many McDonald's have bouncers on the door..... At lunchtime....

Firstly the dip and extra pickles I paid for were missing. The fries were cold. I think for what it costs for a family, food should be delivered hot and order youve paid for is complete. Would not use this store again.

ordered 3 items but only 2 were in the bag? I don't understand why when an item is put in a bag it's not crossed off so you know what's left to do for the order. it's not brain surgery

My order arrived opened and was missing an item (raspberry pie). I wasn't paying attention at first when I got it, dropped the bag on the floor and popped out. when i came back and started opening it, I realised it was missing the seal strap. I then counted the items and found out that one rasp. pie was missing. I guess I need to start recording the whole delivery process now to get proof.

stupid app doesn't put the order in until you get there which once lead to me not getting my order at all because between when I ordered and when I walked there it turned midnight and they swapped to breakfast menu, and refused to honour the order I'd made. The breakfast menu which didn't have anything I wanted on it. Walked all the way to mc donads at midnight for nothing.

me having a McD at all is rare, but a delivery unheard of! ordered apple pie but got raspberry/ white chocolate pie. not what I wanted, not what i paid for. disappointing. I'll choose an alternative treat in future. otherwise food and delivery fine, prompt polite courier.

Forgery has to be the worst maccies ever . Every single time . The most simple instructions are missed . I have tried getting it from other but sometimes somehow it comes from there . Instruction never followed and if the order is completed I’m lucky

delivery driver was great, fries were actually hot for once. The restaurant screwed up the order though. I ordered a quarter pounder and chicken bacon bbq wrap, but got 6 nuggets, a double cheeseburger and chicken mayo instead
