McDonald's in Worcester

I remember when McDonald's was fast food. Not any more. Now it's a slow, doom laden atmosphere where you pray for the release of death.

To long for waiting and the menu is was tiny.

Shocking service, bad organisational system people plastered everywhere paying or collecting

Terrible food, staff act like it’s a social get together, spend all their time chatting and letting orders pile up, and the place is disgusting

food wasn't particularly warm....😒

We always have missing items. No order is ever fully correct. The restaurant never answer the phone either

I ordered and paid for a double expresso but I didn't get it in the delivery.

paid extra for a large vanilla milkshake and it tastes sour with alot of strawberry also mixed in, it's late at night but still unnaceptable!

I waited two hours for my food then to be told it was still on its way and it clearly said delivered at 1.06 I’ve never been to or ordered from a worse run restaurant in my life. Just days before this o received me and my child’s food that was stone cold. This restaurant on Worcester for gate needs to be shut down.!!

received 6 chicken nuggets instead of 9

Delivery took over an hour, food was cold, ice cream melted & one meal was missing (food & drink) so we had to drive to the restaurant to buy another meal.

The food I received was not what I ordered!

Delivery was sat waiting for an hour and half before delivery. Ice cream was all melted and hot food was freezing cold. I want a full refund to my account, not credit. nearly 2 hours for delivery. disgusting service!!!!!!

Busy as always, ordering was ok but trying to get your food is always a challenge, especially with all the delivery drivers trying to get their orders as well.

The food we had was cold we did take it back all they did was warm bread up reason we know that we sent it back the way we would to see if they just warm it though yes they did even the same box came back I had the new chese philly The chips had been reheated

driver was sat at the same location for over 15minutes and the deliver still didn't find my address and I had to leave my home gone midnight to walk the street to find the driver with my order. very cold and condiments were missing after I rang McDonald's to specifically ask not to forget certain things and they were still missing. if I hadn't of walked to find him that order would of gone back to McDonald's leaving my fa8with no food

McDonald's was very busy but service was good food was good

ordered at the machine, didnt give me a recipt so i didn't know what order number i was, when asking about the machine and telling a member of staff it didnt give me a recipt, all they said was "ok" and walked off, basicly robbed of £8.

I don’t expect much when I come to McDonald’s, but they still managed to exceed my disappointment. The fries were cold and the McSpicy chicken was so overdone I could bite through the batter. One star for the chocolate shake. The toilets were filthy and one of the toilets wouldn’t flush.

Place is Filthy, Dirty Toilets, Dirty Tables and Staff just standing round talking about what they're doing at the Weekend instead of making food and serving customers. Nearly 28 minute wait for two meals at 11:45 in the morning. One of the worst McDonald outlets I've been to. Needs a good clean.

Outrageous I waited over 30 mins and still no delivery and the manger was so arrogant and lied and told me its out for delivery and nothing arrived and I was charged this disgusting customer service he should be dismissed immediately for this.

The driver took forever on the map, it is one road and shouldn’t take that long! The food was cold and vile, the thick shake was melted milk!!

Delivery driver had very poor attitude. Huffing and puffing on phone and laughing because I couldnt go downstairs to collect order (2nd floor flat) as had a baby on my own. Extremely rude to me but then asked for a good review. Horrible attitude.

The service here can be slow. We waited 12 plus mins for 2 drinks and had to ask and usually they get things wrong when ordering burgers adding stuff we don't want on burgers and always has kids hanging round outside

Ordered chicken selects and garlic dippers — chicken select box got filled with garlic dippers — so got no chicken selects but an abnormal amount of garlic dippers !! So useless

As you'd expect from McDonald's, fast food served quickly, plenty of seating.

Delivery driver must have been driving recklessly as the drinks had fallen over in his bag and leaked everywhere.

ordered at 1.30 for a 2pm delivery only to receive food at 2.30 - couldn't get any colder if you tried and slapped together like you have children working there . it's not hard to stack a burger.

When I order please do not ever allow anyone to change the delivery address over the phone or on the app as I believe this may be happening. As some of my deliveries are going to a nearby car park for some reason

Food was never delivered the driver took it for himself when I phoned McDonald’s that’s what they told me so I can’t even have food and I haven’t had my money back.

I'm going to give 2 stars for the food,but I will be honest about the men's toilets,they are absolutely filthy they almost put me off buying the food,clean them and a lick of paint won't go a miss either

For a late night city centre Macs it's reasonable. Can't use the toilets after a certain time, but that's normal with these folks. Service was better than normal. Hate using Macs but when there is little else open....

Very quick however one of the items we ordered was sent incorrectly

although the app said "being prepared courier is waiting to pick up your order" it has arrived that cold it may as well have neen in the fridge, as well as missing things from the burgers,this is not the first time but is likely to be the last. the courier arrived very quickly from when it said he picked up the food, so this means the issue is on the restaurant and not woth the driver. Shockingly poor

Order was completely wrong and we were refused any help from just eat and the McDonald’s itself! Terrible!!
