Driver got lost so food was stone cold

i asked for no cheese as i have an allergy and it's came with only cheese and no sauce or lettuce

Ordered food for me and the children as they asked for McDonald’s and none of us received any fries with our meal and a burger was also missing. Not happy

Was a bit upset considering you pay 10p for curry sauce and it doesn’t get delivered

Did get the toy and good was cold

Arrived quickly, food warm and delicious

Order was placed. Delivery stated 17.40 it turned up after half 6. The food was cold. Not happy.

Not the delivery men I’m complaining but I wait almost 2 hours and the order was incomplete not good at all

My order arrived opened and was missing an item (raspberry pie). I wasn't paying attention at first when I got it, dropped the bag on the floor and popped out. when i came back and started opening it, I realised it was missing the seal strap. I then counted the items and found out that one rasp. pie was missing. I guess I need to start recording the whole delivery process now to get proof.

stupid app doesn't put the order in until you get there which once lead to me not getting my order at all because between when I ordered and when I walked there it turned midnight and they swapped to breakfast menu, and refused to honour the order I'd made. The breakfast menu which didn't have anything I wanted on it. Walked all the way to mc donads at midnight for nothing.

Order incomplete, left the drinks out. Totally unacceptable think just issuing a refund fixes the problem.

me having a McD at all is rare, but a delivery unheard of! ordered apple pie but got raspberry/ white chocolate pie. not what I wanted, not what i paid for. disappointing. I'll choose an alternative treat in future. otherwise food and delivery fine, prompt polite courier.

missing straws and sauces for 40 nuggets!! ruined the whole meal for my special needs children

all's great - fast delivery, food piping hot. An extra thank you for the tissues - very handy when needed.

Always forget dips that have been paid for!!!! How hard is it to put a dips into a bag

Forgery has to be the worst maccies ever . Every single time . The most simple instructions are missed . I have tried getting it from other but sometimes somehow it comes from there . Instruction never followed and if the order is completed I’m lucky

We didn’t get anything that we ordered and received the wrong food. Awaiting a refund but have not got food.

delivery driver was great, fries were actually hot for once. The restaurant screwed up the order though. I ordered a quarter pounder and chicken bacon bbq wrap, but got 6 nuggets, a double cheeseburger and chicken mayo instead

We sit and watch the drivers and they deliver to other properties before the food is delivered to ours not good at all not happy that’s why our food comes cold

Why was no stickers on ourder to keep bag sealed plus food cold would like a refund on ourder. Dlivery lady was on time

I blame both Google and MacDs for regularly harassing me about a place I have NOT visited - with no option to review either the tools used or the place actually visited. Sorry.

Generally all's good but a vouple of tissues wpild be definitely needed.

time when choosing restaurant said 15/30 minutes once it was ordered it changed to 45 min then 1 hour then 1.10 120 and 1hour 30 mins . McDonalds is the worst food delivery burgers are cold and taste like cardboard McFlurry is a milksahake

Rude staff and helpless manager. Toilet very dirty and inside so missed up never again.

stated out for delivery then time kept changing. all items were cold and the mcfurrys were melted. put in a complaint and only get £6 something as a refund. what a total mess.

Why ask if we want dips with the mozzarella sticks if they never come 👎🏽 always . Delivery isn’t the issue the quality of the service with McDonald sometimes shocks me

The city branch food is great, I’ve been very disappointed with the Blackpole branch quality.

Ordered a delivery. Delivery came with correct order receipt but on opening wrong order inside bag. Took it down to them the then handed back the order and assured me it was now correct. Got it home and guess what STILL WRONG! Drinks missing!!!! Tried phoning them and guess what NO answer. Useless!!!!!!

Just went in for a MuckMuffin and a coffee. They gave me the wrong coffee then ignored me when I tried to change it. Rude staff and Disgusting toilets. Not that these reviews matter to Mucky Ds.

Worst order I’ve ever had. There was half the order there and everything was cold. I ordered a large and only got a small handful of chips. No extra sauces. Cold burger. No sauces to go with nuggets share box. I think I deserve a refund.

The outlet was clean and well-maintained, with a busy yet efficient atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, the standard toilet facilities were not in good condition. I informed the duty staff, she promptly directed me to the disabled toilets. Thank.

One of your young workers was so rude, ordered table service came up to my table, didn’t say a word to me at all, barley even looked at me, slammed the tray of food down on the table and walked off. Think they might need to have a bit more training on social skills.

The service here can be slow. We waited 12 plus mins for 2 drinks and had to ask and usually they get things wrong when ordering burgers adding stuff we don't want on burgers and always has kids hanging round outside

Another order missing items, is it that difficult to send the order as ordered and paid for?

I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, 2 cheeseburgers & large chips. The bacon double cheeseburger has no bacon in it, the cheeseburgers literally looked like they’d been sat on & all of it was cold. Totally unimpressed but we’d had a bad day & were so hungry we just ate it. 😒

My order did not arrive. The driver idled for 7 minutes after the stated delivery time further down the street from the address. The order was then marked as delivered. I have not received my food.

The order was delivered wrong and didn’t receive my BBQ Ranch stack meal but instead was sent two wraps one cold coffee and very cold fries which was bad enough but had to microwave them which made the whole meal horrible. I am a good customer to just eat and this is unacceptable and very poor service from McDonalds also

i ordered a drink and when it came in opened it up to put some sugar in it and it was not filled all the way, so asked for one of the staff to fill it up. i left because i was in a hurry and i have just opened it and the staff didnt fill it up so rude😡😡
