Food was cold was meant to have fries only got chips no chicken nuggets and no can of coke

The food was very very good but ordered extra toppings on pizza that we didn't get. Gutted because food and service is normally brilliant.

we ordered a plaice, but this is the second time we got a cod again instead, so very disappointed. we wont be ordering again from you sadly.

We ordered from here a lot and the food is always great, but please be aware that they regularly set the order status as "delivered" up to 15 minutes before it's actually delivered, presumably to hit some sort of target. The food is always good but you should probably be aware of the premature "delivered" message

we received a cod and not a plaice as ordered. chips were soggy with some black bits on some, these ones had to be thrown away. weve had nice meals before, so we were a bit disappointed with this one.

Fab !! Only place in Worcester that hasn’t upped their prices. Great quality food 👍🏼👍🏼 and affordable !!!!

Ordered a kebab but it didn’t come as a kebab, instead it was a salad with meat. I asked for chilli sauce which usually from a chippie means sweet chilli sauce so it was hot sauce salad with meat

The fish tasted horrible. The chicken nuggets was cold and so was the pizza so not really happy

My kebab meat was stone cold!!! It was covered in chilli sauce.No option to ask for a tiny bit of sauce, the chips were covered with black bits which normally someone takes out before cooking .having worked in the trade for years ! It’s the worst take away Iv had in a long time

Waited 1hr20m & paid £11 for Half-cooked mushy chips (supposed to be fries) 1 of 2 pieces of fried chicken with no fried coating on it & no can of Dr Pepper I paid for NEVER AGAIN! Will be contacting PayPal for refund

Batter stuck to the paper so much so we had naked fish….

Pizza machine was broken, that’s the only reason it was late. Still got our pizzas though. 😁

Hopefully just a bad night. Unfortunately the chips were undercooked and still hard and the fish tasted awful. This is unusual as I’ve ordered here before and had fantastic food.

Incredibly rude delivery driver, not only was the food late he called me to come and get my food because he’s “not insured” to come into a block of flats. When I told him the regular drivers do come in, he told me he couldn’t get in. He did not press the buzzer to be let in!!! Proceeded to argue with me about whether or not he is insured to come in, never an issue for the regular drivers. Luigi’s need to change back to their regular drivers.

Delivery driver couldn’t find our house. My husband had to go out and find him. The food was cold because the driver parked too far away and walked to our house. We had a tiny portion of chips, we normally get a good portion. Did not enjoy eating it tonight. We order quite often and the food is normally really good.

Usual delivery guy, always super prompt and super friendly. Food was up to its usual exemplary standard, well done!

Great food sometimes the pizza base is very fin even if you go deep pan. Only the delivery time let's this place down

Horrendous value for money and service. Zero Stars! - Order took 2 hours to arrive. False promise on delivery times via the app and over the telephone - first time that I have ever been given ‘fries’ instead of chips, alongside my cold fish! - A large curry sauce filled half way

The batter on the fish was very pale and very thin. Doner wrap was not worth asking for salad and the meat was very spicy. Chips wasn't cooked properly curry sauce was very strange and watery mushy peas had no taste. Then had missing items. And took far to look for a delivery. Was not impressed and would not order from here again. Probably worst chippy in Worcester.

Delivery was on time. Pitta bread and no nann bread mix kebab full of just red meat sausages are hard. Chips was ok rest is disappointing

I ordered a mixed kebab on Naan but got pitta instead. If I wanted pitta I would have ordered pitta. If naan is not available don’t advertise it. Very disappointing

Always delivered early by friendly and polite drivers. Food is always well wrapped and hot. Great quality and tastes great.

Not chippy chips, they were frozen ones plus expected a bag of chips but they came in a box. I ordered a large fish but it wasn't very big at all. Not great at all tbh

My order was very late. The order was also (only slightly) wrong but I lost out on moneys worth because of this. I tried ringing to ask about my late order incase it had been delivered to the wrong house etc. but they wouldn’t answer the phone for over 10 minutes.

The chicken kebab meat was cold. Chicken was also very grisly so unpleasant to taste ! I don’t usually have kebab and thought I would try it! Fish meal was good

We ordered deep pan and recived thin crust which was disappointing. It was still nice but we definitely prefer deep pan.

Ordered large cheesy chips which was £4 pound plus. Thought it would be a big portion for my kids to share. I received a small tray of fries with a bit of cheese plus my potato fritter was missing. Phoned the restaurant to ask why my order was wrong and why I had cheesy fries instead of a large cheesy chips. I was told that they run out of chips at the time, so obviously they thought it would be acceptable to send about £1 worth of fries for kids to share. Joke!!!!

From accepting my order til my food arrived took nearly 2 and a half hours, food was cold, cheesy chips were rock hard cos all the cheese had set. Literally inedible.

There is no experience to tell. You confirmed my order, took my money, told me to "Enjoy your food". My order did not show up and when trying to contact the store received no answer... So I WILL be expecting a Refund!!!

Good pizzas with plenty of toppings. However, the donner kebab was the winner.. outstanding! All arrived on time and was hot and delicious!

Chips were under cooked, they were hard in the middle. One order had the wrong fish. Not the worst food . In no rush to order again though.

Ordered steak pie and received chicken.. chips not cooked properly and although I left a message re address delivery driver still went to the wrong address.

The was no kidney to be tasted or found in the street and kidney pies. The chips were undercooked, hard and cold. I won't be using this service again.

Food was nearly half hour late. Took hour and 15 mins from order time to delivery. Phones to ask where food was and man on phone very rude. Delivery guy was lovely very polite and friendly. Chips not the best tbh, could have done being cooked longer and drained properly. Rest of food absolutely fine, all food was hot.

Fish wasn’t very tasteful. Tasty bit weird. Didn’t eat the fish. Orders dips also and didn’t receive them. Everything else was nice and restaurant listens to the notes I left also.

Large fish was the same size as the small!

Ordered fries however when I received my order I had been sent chips. I called the store and spoke to a very rude gentleman who explained they had ran out of fries so had sent chippy chips instead (which I don’t like). The gentleman explained he was unable to ring me to advise me as just eat do not give him my number and then in another breath said he called me but it’s the wrong number? (I order off just eat regularly and my correct mobile number is saved) The man was extremely rude and stated he was unable to offer a refund unless he collected the whole order and was very confrontational. Very poor service and food quality & I will not be returning again!

Was looking forward to the food the fish and chips was nice and the mixed kebab, but tbh the battered sausage was dry and tough and the bbq wings were tiny and was missing a fritter but like I said we enjoy the main food items.

Didn't have what I ordered so they substited my plaice for cod which is cheaper so I lose a bit of money. The fish was absolutely drenched in greasy oil I had to sit it on paper towel for a while. Even that didn't help the batter, it got soggy and lost its crisp. The rest of the food was fine.

Food is awful, Meals cold and not as should be, chips are not chip shop chips and large certainly wasn’t large, they were a soggy skinny undercooked mess of half frozenness. Really poor wouldn’t recommend to anyone save your money beans and toast it is..
