Nice food (albeit expensive) but unfortunately let down by horrendous customer service. Person who answered the phone should not be dealing with customers over the phone. Ordered delivery takeaway which arrived with an item missing. When I contacted the pub, their solution was either for me to come and collect it myself or to give my name so that I could have the item next time I ordered. No apology at all. Person on the telephone took my order number and advised they would call me back - they did not call back. Suffice to say I will never be ordering from here again.

We have been to the vine a few times for drinks but because we have not Indian meal for a long time so we ordered a take away but I went down to pick up a good reason to have a pint but I got to say it’s the best Indian meal we have ever had I wish all the best they are working hard to make it work Why I was waiting a load of delivery drivers picking up food and people who ordered Plus eating in

First time we’ve been here and won’t be the last! We turned up after hearing good things about the food. There were 7 of us and we booked a table on a Sunday night. Most of us had mixed grills, what a fantastic amount of food for one! All tasted amazing. The staff are lovely and the food was served piping hot for us all. The quality of the food that we had was amazing and they couldn’t do more to help us with certain dietary requirements I would recommend this place for quality and value.

A good pub for sport, and the curry I had here was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Could do with more staff but overall a nice pub.

The best coors light, heck the best pint in Worcester, Jim and Tim are the best landlords you could hope for. The home cooked desi pub food is incredible, lamb chops and chicken wings are untouchable. Amazing for boxing fights and fantastic for football. The vine js my local and a one of a kind pub in Worcester.

Dead on a Friday night and for good reason, it turned out.Ordered a tandoori grill, Bombay chips and madras sauce. We were the only people in there, but it took an hour and a half for our food to arrive. It was chicken drumsticks, unseasoned lamb chops and a chicken wing. Oven chips and a weak packet curry sauce. Won't be visiting again, a complete disgrace.

Tim and the team know what it takes to make a successful 'local' pub and they've put a lot of time and effort into The Vine to make it a friendly and cozy place to have a pint and a curry. A far cry from what it used to be!The ales are always well kept, and having a 'bar snack' here takes it to a different level all together - Indian style!

Food was outstanding. All freshly cooked and homemade. Beer was just as good and a fab selection of wines. Also watched the football whilst we ate in the pub area with locals enjoying their Saturday evening. There is also a separate restaurant for those wishing to frequent a more formal setting. Fantastic relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff.

Don’t let the simple menu put you off the food is fantastic! Made fresh to order by ‘Grandma’ the flavours are lovely. We all had the chicken saag, with rice and home made naan and chapati. As good, if not better, than any Indian restaurant locally I’ve been too. Grandma takes the order, cooks and serves making it feel homely and welcoming. Don’t expect silver service, but to be honest that wouldn’t be right! We are in the restaurant area but could have eaten in the pub part which has a good feel to it. It’s welcoming with a good selection of beers and gins. The outside seating area is also a bit of a bonus.

There`s a limited range of options but all are cooked fresh in a traditional manner. Well worth a visit and the mixed grill is a must.

Stopped today for lunch here with my husband and 90 year old mother. Walked into the pub and used the ladies on way to bar. Owner stormed into the ladies toilets and screamed at us for using the facilities. I explained we were coming for some lunch. He told us he was not open and we should f..k off. Horrible very aggressive man and very frightening for my mother.

We popped in for a drink whilst waiting for our chinese to be cooked across the road. Service was a bit slow but seemed a nice place, drink prices were average.

It's not Indian food.. Fake. Calling it Indian does not make it so. Food tasted sweet, parathas inedible. Horrible experience, waste of time and money. Only non Indians or people who have no knowledge of Indian food could possibly get fooled.
