Absolutely amazing! Friendly guys, quick service, the food is excellent and very generous amounts too. Would definitely recommend!

Never a bad meal from Anaz. Their food is always delivered hot and on time or before. Having a allergy to nuts normally makes things awkward but I can order in confidence with Anaz.

If you love Indian food....then this is the place for you.

Ordered from here tonight and can honestly say I won't be going back. Since when has korma been spicy. I don't like spicy food and never in all my years of ordering kornas have they ever been spicy. Food gone in the bin what an absolute waste of money I'm so angry

If you are looking for quantity over quality, then Anaz Indian is the right place. Very good prices for the food. Garlic mushroom was excellent and good quantity for £4.50 But NEVER order Nargis Kebab or Keema rice, both were very dry. Would rather recommend Delhi spice for Nargis kebab, plus they provide 2 piece per order. While I got one here.

My friends have takeaway from here regularly and keep telling me how good it is. I was sceptical but I can honestly say the food was amazing. Definitely recommend.

No corresponds, and still no four after 2 hours. I called and cancelled the order and requested a refund. Do not take orders if you cannot full fill them. Awful place.

Waited over two hours for delivery... told twice it was on its way when it clearly wasn't. Manager wouldn't let me cancel order after 2 hours and refused any partial refund. Started arguing with me that delay was due to Bank Holiday but no mention was made about delays at time of ordering. Also tried to gaslight me into thinking we ordered later than we did. Manager hung up on me twice rather than engage in a reasonable discussion. Food ok but not worth the hassle and dishonesty.

Food ordered at 620 called back at 8pm to ask for whereabouts. Told driver was on his way. Never arrived. Shop manager less than helpful. Suggest you go elsewhere.

This is my new favourite curry place because of the customer service the person on the front till great person can't remember his name but great young lad we always have a good chat food is good aswell but the customer service is wonderful.

We tried a few curry places in the area and Anaz is by far our favourite and has since become our go to curry place in Worcester.

Disappointed with the curry’s, the meat wasn’t nice and tasted bland even with the sauce. No tenderness, perhaps re used meat from night before?? The korma sauce wasn’t nice either, looked like yellow mushy peas. Chicken fried rice was nice 👍🏻

Absolutely disgusting, food was over an hour late, and it didn’t taste right at all, complete waste of £40 and I will be trying to get my money back as the food was inedible it was the worst Indian I have ever tasted in my life! Will never use this place again!!!

Made a genuine error in ordering from the wrong Anaz. Called as soon as I realised and was told to call a third party for a refund. Owners prerogative refused to refund however no excuse for rudeness or aggressiveness and suggested someone should have told me to “sod off”. This type of behaviour is not acceptable. *order made under my married name to the value of £25.35 at 18.31 on 3.6.21

Fabulous food, huge portions, great value for money. Delivered on time. Highly recommended! Very consistent with their standards.

Smashing smell. Haven't tasted but looking forward to it. Had a meat madras, same price as anywhere else £7-8. But literally twice the size of normal tubs enough there 4 two meals 😈

Bad ..Bad taste... ordered Chicken tikka masala & meat chilli .... chicken was sweet and with coconut..in the world why chicken masala is sweet and have coconut.. but no masala. Meat in meat chilli was very hard and not taste.. mr chef ..plz take recipe from internet and cook..

This is honestly the best curry I've ever had And the best service. I would recommend people to try it out.

So ordered tonight with a contact FREE DELIVERY so first thing can these clowns explain to me why they charge £12 to come to my address (7.5 mile straight road, no roadworks or traffic lights ) and only £3 to go to warndon village ps ( 7.2 miles from their address involving many sets of traffic lights and roadworks) ... the worse than that the £12 I have been charged gets my food out in a taxi with a driver who can hardly speak English, cannot work out sequential door numbers and then demand I OPEN MY DOOR before he will leave the food for a CONTACT FREE delivery that should just be left at the front door with no interactions!,,, Even worse despite me telling him to just leave it I had to open my front door and he reached in to my house and placed the box on the floor , HOW IS THAT CONTACT FREE ... Rang the restaurant to make my feelings known and got a chap on the phone who had at best a very basic grasp of English ,,who clearly could not understand my remonstrations about COVID protocol and rip off pricing if delivery Take my advice use Indian kitchen who only charge £3 for the same delivery journey ! And before anyone starts I am INDIAN !!!!!

This is one of if not the best Indian Takeaway in Worcester, I’m local and ordered chicken pakora starter and a biriani Main and the food was un matched. Service was excellent and the food was delivered fast. Would recommend to anyone in Worcester or surrounding areas.

We always order great takeaway from Anaz...It’s changed hands. We thought we would give it a try as it’s the same chef. My husband rang and they said that despite the reduced menu they could provide anything on the old menu. We ordered. We waited 90 minutes. My hubster stated ‘we are not getting any food’ so he called the restaurant who stated that they had tried to deliver but nobody answered....we were in waiting. A car had turned up but when my husband asked the driver he said the food was for one of our neighbours at a different number.I can’t review the food but I can review the ‘new’ attitude and please don’t bother. The problem with Tripadvisor...as much as I love it, Is that the venue has right of reply but you cannot counter this..I suspect the reply will be that we are somehow at fault. We aren’t..we never had these problems under the old owner. Spend your takeaway money elsewhere please people of Worcester..

Bit shocked to see reviews that are placed on here, seems like a competitor has nothing else to do. Just ordered my meal, and it was great to say the least! The food was delivered earlier then the intial stated time, but that great! They sent me push notification to let me know the update. Food was delivered to my door contacless, which was good to see.I will recommend this place, as it is my 2nd visit already.

I just moved to Worcester, and with the COVID-19 was a bit nervous ordering etc. I rang the takeaway to place my order, and they was very helpful and i did request some things which were not on menu like toilet paper, milk etc and they were more then happy to deliver this to me.It was great to see that small business is out there to help people when needed. I will highly recommend this guys. I have noticed they did some free meals to NHS staff & key workers. Very special takeaway.

I decided to have a takeaway very last minute and didn’t order untill 9pm. I had a look through just eat and decided to go with Anaz as they had the most reviews. It was absolutely delightful! They estimated an hour delivery and it came within half an hour of ordering. The food was hot and full of flavour. They got our order spot on and even gave us a couple of free extras to go with our meal. The price was absolutely amazing so overall I would give this restaurant 5 starts. I will definitely be ordering again.

Terrible takeaway! Rude staff cut me off. Ordered through deliveroo and was terrible. Waited 2hours. 1 item arrived and it was spilt! The restaurant refused to deliver again. 2 hours later after lots ofphone calls they have promised to deliver but not so far!!!

Really enjoyed the food from here. First visit, collected a take away including baltis, biriyani, tikka massala, Mumbai burger. Plus various sundries. All very nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't fault it and will be back.

Terrible experience with this place tonight . Order did arrive in good time however driver knocked once then by time I'd got to door he was getting in his car! He then shouted the cost at me walked up dumped bag and took money gave change and couldn't get away quick enough. Then the food .... ordered onion rhaita which was watery and curdled and inedible, naan bread was cold , prawn Balti was full of grease , onion bhagi starter had 3 bhagis when normally 4. Then to top it off half way through popadoms and there is a dead fly stuck to one of them... hasten to say , the rest went in the bin . Will not be using this restaurant again.

Just spent £15 for a cremated Naan bread & a curry with hardly any lamb in it, bunch of thieves! DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES

Poor. Went there personally, rather than use online . Left with the wrong order. Only found out when at home. They don't take cards, so had to head for a cash point. Not sure when Naga chicken became chicken nuggets, and egg fried rice became chips! Phoned to let them know the mistake. A day later, still waiting for a call back! Don't waste your time. Shame.

Ordered a takeaway and after 30 mins of being told it was on the way I phoned up... only to be told it has been delivered to the wrong address!! They said they would redeliver it within half an hour. Waited half an hour still no sign of my order so I phoned again to be told they can make it and get it out to me within 20-30 mins. I said this is completely unacceptable and is now over 2 hours since I placed my order! Then to have the phone hung up on me. Wonderful first class customer service!

Shocking food. Ordered for delivery 7.45 arrived 6.55 so sent back. They delivered again at 8.20, cold and dried up Tandoori Platter and cold dansak. They said it was redone fresh, I don’t think, appears it was just kept warm somewhere. Why would you lie and serve sub standard food to your customers? I won’t be ordering again from there.

Worst indian takeway ever!!! I would not have it again even if it was for free!!

We found Anaz on just eat and ordered poppadoms (and mango chutney), samosas, onion bhaji, prawn korma, chicken rogan josh, and a peshwari naan. The popadoms were stale, onion Bhaji covered in oil and grease, both curries were completely watered down, you couldn't even tell the korma was supposed to be a korma, the chicken was so overcooked you couldn't bite into it. Everything was thrown away, a waste of money and was utterly disgusting. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We ordered a portion of onion bhaji, a mushroom korma, a chicken bhuna, boiled rice and a naan bread. I think that they must have run out of spices. The spiciest thing was the onion bhaji, everything else was pretty tasteless and the chicken was hard. Certainly that was the last time we use Anaz until they sort things out.

Terrible!! Ordered madras received what tasted like tomato ketchup with some rough cuts, straight in the bin

I ordered a meal for two people on just-eat. 20 mins later my phone rang and a man garbled some message about having no delivery driver and could not deliver. I asked for a refund and he said to call back tomorrow. It took me a week to get my money back. Why take your money, when they have no way of delivering? Utterly useless!

I often order Indian takeaway and on the most part i am always a bit disappointed with either the quality or the taste of the food. Anaz is the one that i keep going back too as it is consistently good. The chicken Bahar is one of my favourites and is very tasty, maybe i should just stick with them and not try anywhere new

I am a curry lover, and have seen and visted many places in my time, however Anaz is now my favourite local. Seeing the reviews, it is quite surprising as i have been going to Anaz for over 15 years and they are still the best! They have friendly staff who always sort out any issues i may have while ordering. They also started to sell Pizza which is fantastic! I do not have a bad word to say about Anaz.Highly recommended.

I'm bemused by the other reviews on here and I can only go by my own personal experiences. After moving from the Black Country a few years ago (an area renowned for its excellent curry and balti houses) ive tried many of the indian restaurants and take-aways in Worcester. Many seem to use the same bland base sauce for all their dishes with no finesse on what spices are added. Anaz is one of the few take-aways (no restaurant) that serves food better than a lot of the restaurants in Worcester. The Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi is made with just the right amount of heat with fresh green chillies throughout the dish. Chicken Tikka Biryani is very tasty and full of flavour and the vegetarian dishes are excellent (according to my daughter!). Service has always been polite over the phone and when I have collected in person. The new online website is also very easy to use and the food has been delivered to us within the hour on busy Saturday nights. Until I receive a poor dish I will continue to recommend Anaz....and if this place does start to go downhill you will all be the first to know :)

Rang up for a takeaway man on phone said be ready to pick up in 15 minutes went to pick up takeaway when I got there told the man my name he said I go cook your curry I then waited about half an hour when I got home rice was missing so phoned them up he said you have rice next time you come in I said I want my to go with my curry now so someone came and delivered me some but the curry's were the worst we have ever had from there was our favourite Indian but not anymore crap is the best word I can put on here

Ordered a Saturday night takeaway for the family - won't be going back.Two main meals were watery. Korma tasted sweet but so bland and watery. Jalfrezi was one of the worst I've ever had; lukewarm, no spice or heat and the water actually gathered on the plate when I dishes it up.One of the pilau rices had been over cooked partially and the Peshwari nan had hardly any coconut - good job I didn't need it to balance the jalfrezi.Won't be going back there again. I make them better myself.

Layer of grease on top of curry, loads of flies in waiting area tough chicken feel really ill. Do yourself a favour and go across the road to the actual Indian place.
