Arrived today was told don’t normally allow dogs inside but as it’s quiet it was fine if we sat near the door, had a toasted tea cake which you toast yourself, only one butter as we started to eat a lady came over and said dogs weren’t allowed inside and there was a covered area outside, she did say we could finish our food and drink she was very pleasant but when you open a cafe in a country park people are going to want to bring in there dogs, next time we will go elsewhere where the dog is welcome.

Ordered to take away, ended up leaving accidentally without our nachos. One of the two female employees ran after us and caught up with us two streets away to tell us this so that we could go back and get them. Both members of staff really went above and beyond and provided an excellent service and were very friendly. The food was great too! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for some good Mexican food in Worcester.
Popped in on the way home, got ignored by two members of staff. One walked straight past me taking a box out to the delivery drivers. Like most places now customer service sucks and they just want to do deliveries. Even though they would make more money on collections. Another customer they have lost.
Do not order food from here.
I’ve previously eaten in at Fireaway - before the management change - and the food was great. But I ordered food via uber eats today, and it never showed up. They do not arrange for anyone to deliver your food, the number they have provided to uber eats is wrong, if you call the number provided here they do not answer, and you cannot request a refund as uber eats doesn’t know that they haven’t left for delivery, because they say they provide their own drivers. It’s taken me over an hour to get my refund after waiting for my food that was never coming.
I wanted to try some items of clothing. There were 3 cabins available. 2 of them were locked and one was occupied. I asked the staff to unlock one of the cabins however the staff said ‘You just have to wait’. I asked to speak to the manager who repeated the same thing saying it’s a policy that was set by the area manager. There was literally no one else in the store. Two staff members who were just chatting with each other. They didn’t seem to be doing anything important. It just baffles me how they use no initiative based on the situation to ensure customer satisfaction. I’ve spent thousands of pounds in this store over the years, but out of principle I refuse to spend anymore money on this business. The staff are only setting up the business to fail in the long run. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the store shut soon.

It was a quiet Sunday and we needed to grab something easy before going to the cinema. I was feeling pretty greedy and chose the Katsu Chicken Rice Box and the cheesy fries. I have to admit I was surprised. I was not expecting such good quality. It came out really quick and tasted great. However, be warned there is only a small amount of seating inside. I'm definitely, 100% going back for more. It was very, very good.
Come to Blackpole as a close McDonalds and usually get the order right. On this occasion got the order completely wrong and still gave out the wrong item when asking for a Sprite or Lemonade and being given an orange fanta. Not happy that staff on (11/04/2025 @ 8pm) were not listening to what the order was. Too distracted. If you visit this site be aware they may get your order wrong so always double check.
