The best restaurants in Worcester West Midlands

This was our second visit and food has been delicious both times. Staff helpful and didn’t mind us paying at the counter so I could get a blue light card discount.

Food so poorly wrapped, the pie was out of its case and squashed over the chips

food was nice and warm. they had loads of different salads as well. it was easy to pay separately with my friends for meal deals

The staff were friendly, pub clean but each time I ordered on the app I had to go to the bar to collect drinks it was taking 17 minutes each time .

I didn’t get my order I got someone else’s things I don’t like!

26/10/2023 Ordered to take away, ended up leaving accidentally without our nachos. One of the two female employees ran after us and caught up with us two streets away to tell us this so that we could go back and get them. Both members of staff really went above and beyond and provided an excellent service and were very friendly. The food was great too! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for some good Mexican food in Worcester.

Popped in on the way home, got ignored by two members of staff. One walked straight past me taking a box out to the delivery drivers. Like most places now customer service sucks and they just want to do deliveries. Even though they would make more money on collections. Another customer they have lost.

Great tasting coffee and a good measure. The serving staff are always fast and polite. The food is very fresh and value for money.

Website says they’re open been ringing for half an hour, no response. Drove down to find they’re closed poor service

Not much to say really shown to table promptly and politely and ordered drinks (half a hour), no steak on ribeye so had to order the rotisserie chicken salad bowls arrived and salad bar virtually empty, starters came still no drinks had to remind server, mains took 3/4 hour to arrive and the chips were limp and make, the peri peri chicken was not at all spicy in fact it was quite sweet, not really worth the cost, very disappointed

Honestly this is a great store and even better when it was Beaties but nowadays, it's just not that great. The moment you get in the store it seems great but when you need help or to ask a question, good luck, there are no staff and when you do find them they're not interested. Such a shame because it could be what it once was.

Absolutely awful experience. 2 girls working and was messing around chucking chips around and taking the mick out of us while we was stood there and when asking a question we got a sarcastic response while stood there. Very unprofessional and was just like being in playground with kids. Manager needs to look at the staff from tonight. The lady with the blonde hair was the issue and the rude one

All burgers available as Vegan, Veggie and meaty? I didn’t believe it could be done but my vegan Rueben was stunning. It took me ages to decide and we had the poor barman running backwards and forwards to the kitchen to keep checking if things were really vegan and yep! most things were. Great place, even on a quiet afternoon they did themselves proud.

It was a quiet Sunday and we needed to grab something easy before going to the cinema. I was feeling pretty greedy and chose the Katsu Chicken Rice Box and the cheesy fries. I have to admit I was surprised. I was not expecting such good quality. It came out really quick and tasted great. However, be warned there is only a small amount of seating inside. I'm definitely, 100% going back for more. It was very, very good.
