Five Guys Worchester in Worcester

Absolutely awful experience. 2 girls working and was messing around chucking chips around and taking the mick out of us while we was stood there and when asking a question we got a sarcastic response while stood there. Very unprofessional and was just like being in playground with kids. Manager needs to look at the staff from tonight. The lady with the blonde hair was the issue and the rude one

Food average at best wasn't really impressed with burger in saying that chips were amazing,would probably use for chips again but probably wouldn't have burger again . Was wheelchair accessible staff what u expect fi a fast food outlet

Most amazing milkshake ever!!!!!!!!! You could feed a family of six on the large fries, really impressed, juicy burger with loads of added extras. Loved it

Give this one more try inside after having a terrible takeaway from there last year. Nothing has changed, really poor burgers with soggy bread and weird taste. Chips portion is large but that's the only positive. Even the cheapest burger / kebab shops locally do better than this. Can only assume people are taken in by the marketing they see on social media. A complete avoid.

Awful. Tasteless burger, bun which fell apart, fries all over the place and soooo overpriced. Four members of staff on a Thursday evening but dirty tables & floor.

Just don’t get it! I know this is the burger joint of choice for Michelin Star chefs, but why? Over priced, exceptionally salty (especially the dogs) and the ambiance of a road side cafe. Service was fast enough (unlike McD’s these days), but that was all I can say that is positive. No doubt, in a kings new clothes kind of way, the great and the good will continue to sing the wonders of these joints, but I won’t be back.
