Food shop was wheelchair friendly The staff fast and efficient shop looked clean, The food was hot unlike North Berwick branch which is normally warm at best

i need to write this down, a member of staff a young girl who wore glasses complimented my brows, i believe a year ago. i literally think about it all the time when i get my brows done. i never got her name and no idea if she still works there. she is a star i absolutely love her, miss u queen

An exceptionally busy Greggs this one can become, but the service is well oiled and moves quickly. Great service from Elliot that usually serves me.

I am a regular customer at Greggs .My choice to go where l am.in England .I just like the food served in their shops and that's that .Whenever and wherever .

The delivery didn’t turn up- was told the coffee spilt and he had to go back and asked for the code and delivered it and has not come back

I seem to be popping in here for my morning tea fix. 5/5 convinced and have the Greggs’ app now haha! Highly recommended.

I have to ask when the stairs and upper floor of Greggs high street worcester, were at least swept. The whole place was grubby with dirty tables and floor. No napkins to use, had to go back downstairs to find any...... seriously, do some cleaning. Makes me wonder what the kitchens are like???

Plenty of seating upstairs, post-lunch rush. Had a ham & cheese toastie, which was delicious

The cake I did receive was all squashed the paper packet all stuck to topping

No problem with delivery but items missed off. I ordered a hot chocolate for my daughter and missed a two pack of donuts 🙄

Hassle free, was waiting for me when I got there. Customer service from both of the staff I spoke to was excellent

Avoid, this greggs needs shutting and a deep clean, walking up the stairs to sit , wow the stairs are filthy, never seen a mop, no one upstairs cleaning tables. wipe you own, do not put food on the tables. i went to the toliet there was three cubicles , mixed sexes, the one i went into the smell hit me, there was human excrement over the back of the seat, what a mess. i told a elderely man not to use it, and went ond reported to a member of staff. no cleaning shedule that you normally see . The cubicle i went in has never had a deep clean for along time. I have rang Greggs cutomer service today and they are looking into it. i am hoping they sort this store out.

Always a very fast service at the counter at Greggs. The staff are always obliging and pleasant. The coffee is consistently good for the price, and I always enjoy the croissants and, of course, the sausage rolls at £1.20 are divine.

Dirty tables. No utensils. No serveats. Told servers several times. Food luke warm. Toilet dirty. Very much dissatisfied with the whole experience.

I wasn't expecting amazing pizza for the what it is, thought it would be like homemade french-stick style. Instead it's more like the cheapest super-market pizza. No crispiness, no crunch. Just soft, semi-soggy bread. Revolting.

Didn't bother today the que was out in the street, very popular shop staff polite fast friendly service.Very nice bacon rolls nice bread plenty of bacon and a hot chocolate £2.80 good value, pity it was so busy this morning really fancied a bacon roll and hot chocolate.

order said it’s been delivered has never came

Originally it was going to take max 35 mins but it took an hour and 30 mins to get here and was cold when arrived. Not happy we had to warm it back up

Everything is great . I definitely love Greggs , just the place where we can sit bit messy with other people who sits there before us.

My food didn’t turn up when it said delivered

After not having a Greggs for years, thought I’d treat my mother in law and myself to a vegan sausage roll and a steak bake, while out shopping. Don’t know why I bothered with the steak bake: not one piece of steak in it, just all sauce. Tasteless. Just all crust. Threw it away. I don’t expect too much for £2, but it was a waste.

Ordered pepperoni pizza slices got given plain charged for pepperoni manager was busy chatting on his phone with two other staff members hiding away behind the wall another making themselves a drink, while one staff member was left to serve everyone. There's better atmosphere in an abortion clinic

Just eat problem not Greggs. Order not delivered at all. Rang greggs who looked in to it and said GPS showed deliver close by but NO DELIVERY EVER RECEIVED

Terrible service manager very rude. I would not recommend Greggs at all. I made a formal complaint and its being investigated.

I am a local business owner and went into Greggs to day to order food for all my staff. The Manager was rude and even abusive in front of a line of people. I had a small dog that I was holding and made her aware that I was going to hold him and just pay and leave. The way I was spoken to was not acceptable. Just a warning to all to avoid Greggs High Street Worcester. I have made a complaint to the area manager. Very unprofessional service from this manger. This is clearly not the way to speak to customers. She also looked very unprofessional she had a short sleeved top on with lots of badly done tattoos on her arm. Not a good look and bad communication stills for a manager. The head office have acknowledged my complaint and sent a £150.00 voucher for the way this so called manager spoke to me. There will also be an investigation into her. I hope others will come forward about this woman so Greggs can show her the door for gross misconduct towards customers.

Woman serving is outright rude. Pastie was under cooked, Luke warm and stodgy. Cheese and bacon wrap was cold. Very poor once in a blue moon ‘treat’ ☹️

Didn't not enjoy the customer service what so ever . Being rushed line and not even being asked if I had the app or getting the chance to scan it buddy was in a hurry to get to the next person .

Always line as you get in but service is fast and easy and most thing you want are always in stock and there is plenty of seating for everyone and good to grab a quick bite while on the go and the plenty to choose from.

The food options are great, except this is the third time I’ve got pizza with half the toppings missing.

Allowed me to give me more time as I am disabled and I am using a wheelchair

waited 2 hours for my food it went in the bin and I can only get a refund for the food and not a full refund im never using this app agian it would be quicker for my disabled nan to walk down and pick it up then a one of your drivers in a CAR

Pretty standard Gregg's. Seem to run out of stuff a lot, but often are OK to make more. Surprisingly cheap. Seating area up and down stairs. Staff seem quite eager to serve and do so quickly. Always something for those on limited budget.

A really good size Greggs, very clean, staff great. Great for a quick pit stop whilst shopping.

The pizza was really cheesy and delicious my dad and his partner loved the sausage and corn beef bake I hope whoever made this should get a bonus almighty thanks have a nice weekend 😊

Pleasant surroundings with fair pricing. Products are of a decent quality. Good light snack stop. Latest visit not the best experience. Staff more interested in their own conversation than in dealing with customers and the fried chicken baguette was somewhat lacking in chicken.

Everything was cold , missing my breakfast meals hashbrowns , no sauce in my sausage bap and the sausage roll was cool and barely edible I’m not happy !

Items were lukewarm and lovely, exactly what I wanted when I wanted, no complaints at all!

wrong items in order, ordered sausage bean and cheese melts. received two sausage rolls (which of course were far cheaper than what I'd ordered).

Order took over an hour, was cold and missing items

I nearly 2 hours for my delivery! When it got here it was freezing cold, I asked for the bacon to be well done and it was not! I wanted this for breakfast not lunch! Not impressed at all!

Bits missing from order. Was told to claim a refund through just eat. By greggs

food is warm and organised, all of our stuff arrived and we are well happy with the service! we had quite a big order and it is catered for perfectly!!

Never have issues usually however missing items and a literal piece of plastic on pizza slice , not impressed at all, it's a shame as don't always have issues here but today has been such a let down .

The delivery driver came quickly after he was assigned and was very polite but I waited over an hour from order time to delivery time and they must have made the food at order time because it was all cold! Waste of money

Delivery time misleading - took 90 minutes instead of 30 quoted originally. Food was cold as was the coffee. If I could rate in minus stars I would. Not recommended.

Ordered at 11:40 Originally 12.10 to 12.20 for delivery. Don't mind it being late if its still hot, or warm but it's stone cold

Staff can't be bothered to keep vegan sausage rolls cooked during busy lunchtimes. Must be hard to see when they're running out I guess...
