Food lovely and staff friendly One problem customers using door to go outside to smoke and leaving it open it was a very cold day

I went into Muffin Break, Telford, Shropshire this morning intending to buy either a chicken and ham tortilla slice or a chicken tikka wrap. I go to Costa and Pret A Manger often because they all use British beef, chicken and pork. Starbucks do not tell you where their meat comes from so I don’t go in there. I only buy British meat so I asked the girl in Muffin Break where their chicken is from. She looked a bit surprised - clearly no one has asked this question before - but she was very polite and went to the back of the shop to see where the chicken was sourced. It appears Muffin Break are using Brazilian chicken. I find this very disappointing because Muffin Break are clearly not supporting British farmers and, worse still, are using up air miles and aviation fuel to source cheap chicken. Everyone should do as I do and check before they buy. They offered me a vegetarian option but I won’t support any companies that use foreign meat. With best wishes Linda Sent from my iPad

Previously on my first visit I had given it a 5 star review and I have since visited several times and found there is no consistency in both the quality of food and service. On average this review now reflects this eatery in my opinion. Staff are completely lost to what they are doing, I ordered a chicken and ham tortilla stack and it took 15 minutes to heat it up. It was not busy at all and the staff were just there to complete staff rota. One of the servers I asked for a fork and she puts her grubby hands all over the eating side of things. I asked twice she did the same thing not releasing her amateur mistake that after serving customers and dealing with cash transactions wash your hands. Also if the food is for takeaway it’s common sense to provide a fork or a napkin atleast. Staff get flustered with a ray of sunshine shining through, they need training in both customer service and overall experience of dealing with food preparation and delivery. Location is ideal, menu is great but pity they can’t execute it to the full potential. Will not be wasting my money there again.

Great food , ordered 2 burgers and 2 hot dogs all the way , great quality and really enjoyed by all , one portion of fries were enough for us all to share would recommend we never order drinks as this is the only downside they are syrups and we are not a fan , the milkshakes are great but too rich for us but in the end we go for the food 5 star food

Waited 45 minutes whilst all my friends ate, got up multiple times to ask where it was, When all my friends finished I asked for it in a box as it took to long, after 10 minutes I got given a box with a completely different dessert then what I ordered, absolutely horrible service for something I didn’t even ask for👎

Staff and Service was the worst I've ever experienced, and the food was just as bad. I wouldn't even give them half a star if I had the choice. Will never go back to a pizza express!

It was absolutely amazing,i would go again every single day if i had the funds.the custom service was impeccable and the food was even better,the atmosphere was also amazing , the food especially it came exactly as i orderd and wanted it and didnt take long at all.

# Avoid Guy Russell !!!! I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this subway. I ordered a foot-long Italian BMT, but what I got was a compromised sandwich. The lady preparing my order started making the sandwich correctly, but then Guy Russell intervened, instructing her to remove TWo slices of ham! This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against ordering from Guy Russell. The lack of attention to customer requests and the meddling with orders is appalling.

Just had a delivery of pizza, garlic bread and wedges and it was spot on food was hot and very very tasty would definitely recommend 10/10

I had the wrong wrap but it was only grilled not crispy not that deep but would've loved the crispy, the chips were cold just about able to swallow without my mouth going dry but my correct milkshake was good my sister could agree about the chips but her food and drinks was good but the wait looonnnggg but I appreciate the fact I got my food so thank you for your time 👍🏼

Waited over 25mins for a breakfast meal and that's with chasing it up. Seem to be prioritising uber eats over visiting customers. I saw several people ask for a refund and walk out. Absolute shambles!

Usually call in two times a week. On three occasions we have had a voucher to use. Today free cookie. Alas no cookies. Can accept that but last two occasions have tried to use a voucher and could not accept as they had run out. Should have gone to the costa inside next and tried there. So lure us in with offer of a free cookie then sorry have all gone. No alternative so looks like by I’m going to go elsewhere
