I haven’t been for ages but this is getting worse. It became an experience today that I don’t want anymore.

Great food and quick service at KFC Telford! The chicken was fresh, crispy, and delicious. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean. A solid choice for a tasty meal. Will definitely visit again!

No heating, shop is like a fridge. As though they are saving money, as you even have to sort your rubbish. And freeze in the process.

after cancelling my first order at a different kfc due to it not being delivered I ordered this one. in total I waited 2.5 hours!

Great service from Ben dealt with my mom who doesn’t speak much English the other day and really just made her day , also I was in today and he remembered me and made mine , food was really good compared to other branches I’ve been to ✅

WASNT DELIVERED! rung the restaurant driver took the food and never delivered. Stole it. Then has the cheek to put delivered. Shocking service!!!!

The delivery was excellent and quick. However the food was a let down, the chicken was over done and dry, the amount of chips was very small all the items were just chucked into one paper bag all together Not up to standard very disappointed

The food itself was nice but my god it was freezing in there, 2 degrees outside and yet they had the air con on, was colder inside then outside, really made the place uncomfortable as felt like I was eating in the North Pole

Very crowded, the order took 20 minutes to come. Their stand-alone display did not print a receipt for my order so I did not have a reference when I call them to enquire about a missing patty in my burger. I’ll give the extra star for the manager which actually spend time with me on the phone to read together with me the receipt from their side and explain what was supposed to be offered on the receipt straight away.

Collected a takeaway about an hour before closure. Waiting time was ok but when I got home the chicken was really dry. Not very good.

A young lady served me, she was very nice, friendly and professional. All over best customer service so far

Passing by… dropped in. Not been to KFC for some time as our local branch has gone down hill. This branch was clean and food was prepared well. Friendly staff. Overall 9/10 only knocking one star off due to the fact KFC is not cheap anymore but there is plenty of choice. However I miss the old school zinger tower burger.

Drive thru took ages. Then Burger bun was cold like it had come out the fridge. Chips were caked in salt and pepper? Couldn’t eat it. Wouldn’t waste your time or money. Go up road to other competitors.

Ordered 2 hours early with a delivery time, which was missed, the order arrived missing items, and the majority of the food was cold. Ended up with a partial refund but that kind of missed the point. Won’t order from kfc again.

Poor service: We ordered our food and received the wrong package. When we went down to inquire, there was no explanation. We asked for a refund and left the shop. The lady, who happened to be the manager, was very rude and impolite. I am not going to order food from there again.

I placed the order at seven o'clock and didn't receive it until nine o'clock, the food arrived cold and had obviously spent a long time sat on the counter before being out for delivery

Very clean , tidy tables , food was fresh and hot enough.

Food was hot and tasty and arrived super quick. It's a convenient pit-stop when charging the car. Downsides were no hot drinks (really??) and, of course, the Crushem machine wasn't working.

Went in here for a quick bit of lunch, I went to the bathroom and was so disgusted with the lack of cleanliness that I felt that I couldn’t be confident with the state of the kitchen so I left.

Absolutely shocking, everytime I have issues with the bbq chicken wraps. The worst kfc in Telford! Needs shutting down!!!! Absolutely fuming! Not a happy customer at all!!!!!

Food was cold but more than that...how can they charge £9.95 for 2 tiny pieces of chicken (and they were small)! The whole order was £21 with other charges as well. Take aways no longer good value for money and it isn't just KFC. Poor value!

This is slow food not fast food. 40 minutes for 4 meals to be cooked while delivery drivers are coming and going without much of a wait. The staff are friendly enough but clearly they need more of them. 2 years later and not much improvement, I literally had to give up at the drive through as whomever was taking the order couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand them, I managed to order 1 meal then had 2 minutes of silence. We ordered inside then had food quite quickly but the drink tasted very watery.

Todays visit made me feel physically sick as i watched staff member portioning fries then helping himself to customers food that was on the hotplate with his fingers in front of customers, so lord knows what goes on out of sight, staff need training in health and hygene mentioned it to staff member he just laughed it off

Dear KFC Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your KFC branch located at Wrekin Retail Park, Wellington, Telford TF1 2DE, on 17th November at approximately 4:06 pm. Upon arriving at the drive-through, I waited at the speaker to place my order. Despite waiting for a considerable amount of time, I received no acknowledgment that the speaker was functioning or that my presence was noted. Unsure if the system was operational, I proceeded to the first window, where a staff member simply waved me on without any communication. I then drove to what appeared to be the second window, where I noticed three staff members laughing and joking as I approached. This made me feel quite uneasy, especially as I was already frustrated by the lack of communication earlier. When I attempted to place my order, I was rudely informed that I would have to drive around again. Given the time I had already spent waiting, I was understandably dismayed and refused, as this would have meant joining the queue once more. To my further disappointment, the young lady at the window refused to take my order. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or be provided with contact details to escalate my complaint, I was dismissively told to “Google it.” This level of customer service is, quite frankly, unacceptable. Ultimately, I decided to leave without placing an order and instead chose to take my business to McDonald’s, where I received proper service. This experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing, particularly given KFC's reputation for customer service. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this incident and provide a response. I am keen to understand what measures will be taken to address the apparent lack of professionalism and customer care displayed by your staff on this occasion. I look forward to your prompt response.

The food from here was awful and usually it’s really good. The gravy was so thick that you could use it to lay housing bricks and the chicken tasted like window cleaner which was really unusual. It tasted how window cleaner smells so i’m not sure if they have cleaned their equipment at all or properly. Very disappointed tonight. £16 wasted.

Delivery driver was good, friendly, tipped him, my poor review and lateness score is the fact I ordered at 1723 and my food came at 1818. Once the driver picked up the food it arrived fast, but its poor that Just Eat think it's acceptable to give these "estimated" times and keep doing this, your time has changed nonsense, so Im saying it's late from their original time that they estimated, not the pushed it back multiple times then "delivered on time". I repeat, driver was good Just eat is bad.

One of the worst kfcs honestly. Half the time they've ran out of food and I'm pretty sure they start getting ready to close at 9/10pm when they're not meant to close till 11pm. They never have krushems and even though the sundae was on the menu in the drive through, they said they don't do it there, which did make me laugh😂. So, I'm pretty sure they won't cook any new food after like 9pm and they tell you they've 'ran out'. Which definitely isn't true because I've ordered on the kfc app multiple times and once, before I could let them know I have already ordered, they said they'd 'run out'. But once I told them I'd orderded on the app it was all 'oh we didn't realise we have some left'. Very convenient. The service is extremely slow and the staff have no customer service skills whatsoever. They never ask any cars to pull up to the parked order bays, which ends up leaving long ques and even longer wait times. Think it needs new managment if I'm honest😂. Obviously the food is delicious, same as any kfc.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes then to be served pink raw chicken in our party bucket! Half of it went to waste. The other half had barely any chicken to it. A complete waste of money. Highly disappointed if I'm not ill tomorrow I will be very surprised.

Food was pretty good but the service I had when I last went was absolutely atrocious. Young girl brought the tray over and shoved it at me without a word and walked off with a face on her. I even said thanks as she brought it over but that still didn’t prompt any basic customer service

This was the worst order I have received. Half of the order was missing. Then the burgers received were completely wrong. Kids meal had no chips. Was meant to have 2 tower burgers and instead received 2 basic burgers. Chilli bites missing. Side of original chicken missing from both meals. Felt like a waste of money unfortunately.
