Rude horrible stuff, literally threw my food on my table rolling her eyes just because I’ve asked if it is possible to warm my wrap because it was served cold.

We left all of the chips bar the 1 chip I ate. INCREDIBLY COLD. They were hard, cold and some of them were mushy to the point of not being able to pick them up

Fresh food, nice and hot but toilets are extremely dirty - no one clean them during last month.

Asked 3 times if was a meal got to till at drive through stil had meal wrong! If paid less attention on chatting to each other and concentrating on orders would get it right!! Poor management as food was poor quality and cold ! And staff just chatting away between themselves!

I haven't visited a KFC for a long time, now I know why. Over-priced rubbish, waited nearly 30mins for a BBQ burger, paid the same price I could have had a sit down meal in an actual restaurant. The word Fast seems to not be in the staffs vocabulary here. They seemed to be more interested in messing around with each other in the kitchen area than actually cooking. It would have been 0 stars but the person who served me apologised for the wait which is why the 2 stars. For a food chain competing next door to a burger king I would seriously want to do undercover boss there and get it sorted.

the delivery driver gave me the creeps he didn't come to my door I had to go to him and he kept looking at me weirdly and making me uncomfortable

the worst qaulity food from kfc. very oily that drips out from chicken. and with that the delivery time kept on changing. with long time wait and worst food quality I am totally disappointed with the service

Bone in the middle of zinger burger. Not standard. Also, the postmix machine output smells like stagnant water. I drank about 100ml before smelling it thoroughly and I do hope this will have no followup later.

Went there after work today 24/06/2024 placed my order and waited for my food. Whilst i may have forgotten to pick up my bottle of pop with my order it wasn't handed to me with my order. Once home and realised my misfortune. Its only a bottle of pop and not worth the drive back to fetch it. Having sat down to eat and woking though the gravy i then noticed a gravy pot that should have been disposed of hours. Niw seeing that it also makes you wonder how fresh the other food is not a great thought to be honest

once arrived food was freezing considering the delivery location is less than 2 minutes away, delivery driver was rude also told me that I didn't have anything else on my order but one meal when the recipt clearly had more items than what was in the bag all over just bad from time to quality of service.

Went in on the 31/05/2024 to get some food and arrived back with half of it missing, the two young girls working at the front clearly have no idea how to pack a bag or read by the looks of it as I was missing three items, had two chicken burgers one drenched in mayo and the other had a slap of sauce at the bottom, with the clear constant 1 stars this restaurant receives they clearly need new management it’s embarrassing

Awfull food, service is shocking 15 year old obese teenagers are too busy chating about their future plans and not noticing customers waiting to be served. When i asked to be served they are just pointing at the self service machines. Food is dry , chicken seemed old. Drinks are not served but they are just giving you cup so you can fill yourself at self service machine. Why is this even called fast food restaurant? No service at all + Overpriced old dry chicken which costs way too much.

Ordered KFC for delivery - the worst KFC I have ever had, the Original Recipe Chicken pieces (with bones in) were disgusting - either they were very, very over cooked or they were re-fried from yesterdays - the colour was extremely dark brown, almost black! I threw them in the bin after tasting one - horrible. The rest of the order was ok, the mini fillets and the hot wings.

It's a KFC. The chicken was tasty so not much more to say.

No popcorn chicken in the large popcorn chicken meal and as requested for a box of large popcorn none came with the order. Asked for beans and received gravy. Also my son’s bucket meal was loose in the bag instead of a being put in a box. Not happy at all!!

Items missing from a delivery called the shop and explained it was missing. The person I spoke to Emily team leader refused to acknowledge the fact that these items were missing after visiting the shop. She refused to give me the missing items even though she had now confirmed that they should’ve been given to me because apparently I was rude when I said she had failed the customer service test and my eyes are customer service test is not listening to the customer.

What a waste of time and money ordered food it said it was delivered but it definitely wasn’t to my address as we have no food !!

It's usually a once a year visit to KFC and we enjoyed it. Food came nice and hot. They didn't provide the dips but as advertised but we don't eat them anyway. They also didn't provide any paper trays despite knowing we were eating in. The man serving was actually really friendly and welcoming, which was great. The girl who presents the food absolutely dreadful- shouted out our number, put the tray of food down on the counter with disdain, at the point I walk over to collect the tray, she turns her back on me and slams down the bottle of Pepsi- jolly. I hope management can remind the young lady that she has decided to work in the service industry. At least acknowledge a customer, very rude. In terms of the seating area, typical KFC, dirty, greasy, food droppings, its horrible. The one good thing is that they now point delivery drivers to a separate pick up point away from walk in customers. One or two drivers decide to ignore this entrance but on the whole it has transformed the atmosphere - if you want to brave the lack of cleanliness and eat in. All in all, enjoyed a rare bit of fried chicken. The young lady spolied it a little as it is very rare in the UK for customers to be treated in this way.

The wrong order was delivered & I also received the other person's receipt which had their contact details on...which means someone has now git my contact details on my receipt...and my order. Spent ages trying to contact KFC (didn't answer the phone on any of my 8 attempted calls) & had no way to contact Uber Eats to report the issue, by which time I had to eat the wrong order which was then cold. Very disappointing!!!

The good parts. it was clean - food was good - plenty of room to sit - service great. Best KFC I had been in for a while But.... why only spoons - no forks. Eating salard with a spoon is challenging

We ordered on the self service machines. After 15 minutes our order number hadn't been called so we went to the desk to ask. They hadn't even seen our order and said the screens must have crashed. After finally receiving the food (sharing boneless dipping banquet for 4 people) we took it the table to find that we'd been given no paper cups or the 4 dipping sauces that come with it. Went up to the counter to ask and could see at least 3 staff members in the kitchen area who saw me but ignored me. Noone was behind the till. Gave up in the end.

Drivethru, waited 10 mins and then told drivethru delay so in the end ordered inside, utterly dismal set up..be ashamed kfc.

Ordered and paid for BBQ sauce, got charged for BBQ sauce, but didn’t receive BBQ sauce. Not only did this spoil my enjoyment of my meal, it also leaves me feeling cheated…

Terrible order took forever and it was completely wrong.

We ordered via the self service and had to ask for a staff member to clear our table before we could sit down as it and all the other tables and floor were covered with the previous customers left overs, We were told by a very apologetic 16 year old staff member parts of our order was unavailable due to no stock and asked us if there was an alternative we wanted. When it arrived the fries were cold and soggy and sweet corn was cold I wanted complain but Id done a day shift then moved my lad into his new place so didn't really want to get into it with the kids on duty as they were getting enough abuse off the Uber and just eat drivers who were waiting for their collections I'm pretty sure I heard a staff member saying he was done and wasn't coming back . KFC is one of the worst fast food restaurant's I've been too, the staff in both Telford and wellington branches seem to be under staffed, under paid and unappreciated on the several occasions I've visited both I've either had to clear or ask staff to wipe a table down and they couldn't supply what was ordered from the menu, Think I'll stick to McDonald's

I came here with my family on my day off and service was nothing but perfect!
