Never ever order from this place! Will blatantly lie about trying to deliver your food and will continually lie about when it will be delivered and attempting delivery. Sending texts saying it will be delivered after speaking to them on the phone after saying they attempted delivery after sitting and waiting over 2 hours, near on 3 hours! Lied about being delivered! Extremely rude on the phone.

Absolutely shocking took Nealy 2 hours for my food to get here it was freezing cold worst 50 pound I’ve ever spent

Tasty pizzas and kebabs. Very friendly staff that are very helpful nice. I asked for anchovies, and they had run out, but the owner went out to get some to make the pizza that is what you call service. Everything I have eaten from there has been very good. All orders have never been wrong or mistakenly given something as a replacement. They have some good deals on pizzas. I have since been back again and again they have been amazing as I have made several special requests, and they have always accommodated. The best shop in telford. I asked them to make the base extra thin and they did just that due to them using feesh dough they can thin it out. none of that pre made frozen base rubbish. They kindly added the toppings I wished as replacement for mushrooms to olives been very very good experiance each time. Good friendly staff making sure your order is ready and hot when it's delivered. They Now have a better selection of burgers now in addition to their standard pizza offerings. The smash burgers are the one to go for of feeling you want a satisfying meaty burger. Crispy and caramelised onions mixed with that fresh juicy meat and creamy melted cheese mouth watering salivating at the thought of what I have just eaten that's how good it was I feel like another although I'm full. Very moreish food, awesome loaded fries, and loaded nachos. Food has improved in recent times. Always great to know the owners are ready and willing to improve to help give the customer a better experience. Thanks once again for the amazing food.

Ordered 2 large kebabs and the potion took me by surprise. both of the large kebabs are equal to 1 small kebab. Also one of them was ordered with all salad and only received lettuce and onion.

The food was disgusting and why aren’t you wearing beard nets and appropriate uniform. As well as my food was undercooked. No wonder it’s always empty

I have always had lovely pizzas from here, best pizza shop around. Value for money.

Pizza plus was recommended to us by a friend so we ordered 2 x 18" pizzas a half and half and a margarita. They took an hour and 20mns to arrive (not happy) and after tasting them all I can say is absolutely awful. The chicken supreme was as dry as can be, the pepperoni tasted like a cheap salami substitute and the margarita was no better. We wouldn't recommend this place if they were the last pizza place on earth. We will definitely not be buying from here again. Please avoid this place it's dreadful

Always order from pizza plus. Stuffed crust pizza is incredible. Always treat myself to a 12" pizza after my night shifts. Well worth it, Great service!

Ordered through just eat at 23:40 2 hours later I still hadn’t received my order after the restaurant gad told me on the phone it was out for delivery. Terrible takeaway, terrible customer service, don’t order from here they will just take your money and then not deliver your food.

Have used pizza plus for years. Always been great. Last few times it's dropped in standards. Tonight we thought we would give it one last go. Big mistake. Half the order didn't come as ordered or missing. All drinks missing. Called and was told it would be resent. Ordered a large mixed grill kebab wrap meal with no salad and no sauce. It came with half a shops salad on and covered in sauce with literally 3 small pieces of lamb and 4 pieces of chicken (like small cubed pieces) if that's a large I'd be shocked to see how little is on a small! It was not eatable. The chips were cold and not cooked properly still quite hard undercooked. Was told it would be resent with the drinks ASAP. Anyway over an hour later and still no replacement food or drinks and very disappointed. Won't be giving it another try

OK I guess would help if they was up to date with there own polasce and when I spoke they where quite rude as I asked for 2 1.5l as ordered and they deliver 5 330ml cans and have the check to tell me its 6 and its what it costs

All ways order from here and i ordered food still hasnt arrived have been waiting neally 2 hrs for food called the restaurant and said hes on his way but states on uber its been recived when it hasnt i all so work at a restaurant and it dosent take this long to make 2 small orders not happy

Food quality good service not so

Open about 10pm on a Sunday night. That's worth noting in Wellington. The pizza was the best I've had in a long time. Not really geared up for eating inside.

*Please Read* I ordered on Just Eat and left a poor review on that site due to them saying they had delivered when they had not. 15 minutes after they advised they had delivered they actually did, hence why I am now leaving a 5 star review. The pizzas were amazing and I want to make sure they know it was the Just Eat app that was at fault and not them. I recommend ordering from this establishment

New owners are not friendly, was very rude about making an order, used to be a happy vibing place

Went in to order and the guy was rude from the get go. Told food would be done in 20 minutes but was still not done after 40 mins, talk about a fast food takeaway. Then they got my order wrong when we went back in and lied to US when we questioned it. Only realised after what the state of the place is like, it's so filthy and im shocked they're still running. I knew if I had asked for a refund and I would have got some abuse as their was lots of family and friends around to back them up if their was any trouble. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Ordered tonight food was absolutely amazing 👏

The food arrived cold. I ordered two different sauces one was hot chilli the other mint yoghurt. Instead of being served separately both sauces were poured all over the extremely cold food making it inedible. The mint yoghurt sauce was just mint with no yoghurt. The naan was doughy and uncooked. A family feast should be able to be shared.

First and last Food was Uncooked but delivery was on time. 👎

I had volcano pizza, without beef and it was perfect. Sauce they use is very good, also good amount of cheese, chicken and toppings. I would recommend this place for Pizza. It's better than domino's, pizza hut.....I am also sharing the menu because pics on Google are not clear....enjoy😊

Ordered a pizza meal deal. Pizza arrived, 1st one not to bad, 2nd one totally not edible....a meat feast which obviously had been reheated with the amount of burnt cheese over the top of the meat!! (Think Stevie Wonder must have been on quality control that evening) Didn't taste nice either, also the bottle of drink from the meal deal missing, not the first time something missing, taxi driver not interested. Will be sticking to dominoes in future.

I ordered a kebab 3 weeks ago from Just Eat (see attached photo) This is the first time I’d ordered from Pizza Plus, I was so disappointed with my food that I took it back to the shop, only to be greeted by a very rude male. I was mortified that I’d actually ordered from this establishment. It was filthy. There were two men sitting on chairs in the shop (friends from the male working there who were also filthy) the shop was a disgrace! Last night after a few drinks with his mates, my son had a kebab from there, he is so poorly today with sickness and diarrhea (food poisoning). My son is a diabetic and I’m very concerned for him at the moment! This establishment should not be allowed to serve contaminated food to our community!

Halal place. Very friendly staff and owner. Amazing pizzas. Arguably the best pizzas in Telford. They could expand their pizza option but whats on the menu, they do taste really good. Definite recommend. There is on street parking available around the shop and there is also seating spaces available. They are open till quite late, till 2am.

Absolute joke. Delivery driver pulled up. Asked for confirmation of the address then drove off after recieveing the correct details. Then eventually delivered the food without an apology of his mistake. Then i find out the food is absolutely stone cold! Requested a refund from justeat and will never ever order again from here.

Having ordered almost on a weekly basis from this place, I was really annoyed last week when the delivery driver wouldn't take a detour to deliver our order just because the A442 was closed. The detour was no longer time wise, and he had Google maps, he just couldn't be bothered. They still charged me for the order though. You just lost my custom and others besides. I will be claiming back from my bank.

Only given 1 star as it wouldn't allow me to say how bad this place is without the star otherwise it would have no stars. Called in for 2 keebabs one evening, all the staff were focusing on food for delivery and not interested in serving walkins. Once we got our order we decided to eat there and lucky we did as the order was wrong. The order was replaced and what I had taken back, breathed over and touched was re-wrapped and sent out for delivery. Let me tell you the food was cold then so God knows what it was like once delivered. The keebabs were supposed to have salad, a few onions and a bit of shredded lettuce doesn't Warrent the title salad. Very disappointed won't be returning.

Best Chicken burger I've ever had the pleasure of eating! The chicken was moisturised and succulent with a hint of spice and the onions were crunchy and strong just how they should be!

Absolutely awful, ordered my food at 925. I'm still sat waiting for it at 1130. I got told they've been to mg house and rang me yet I've got no missed calls and sat n2xt to my front door, got called a liar and said it was my fault. So let's see what the foods like when it actually turns up, we have already paid for it too. Annoying!!!!

Got my order wrong 2 times! Chips were cold and hard. Chicken strips were burnt! Garlic bread was burnt... only thing I enjoyed was the drink 🤷‍♀️ Never going to order again! Was not happy at all!

Had a staff member drunk while working, got our order wrong three times, and it was just a cheese pizza. Because we waited so long, we got given a free garlic bread pizza.

NEVER NEVER NEVER order food from here! Sadly I am unable to leave am unable to leave a review without hitting 1 star but it is definitely not worth 1 star. Neither is their customer service. Ali should perhaps consider going on a course??? Food arrived by a driver on his head phones chatting to his mate without so much as a hello or anything. Food bunged through the door....off the driver went, still chatting. 2 chicken wraps and chips. Can’t be that difficult we though. Arrived cold. Some chips soggy and other chewy. The actual wrap was sloppy, soggy and chewy in parts. Needless to say it’s now in the bin and the other half has gone out to Smithfields Chip Shop where we know it will be decent. Called Pizza Plus to tell them as them to either collect and replace or refund and Ali just kept saying the call Just Eat. Well “Ali” I shall do. And facebook and any social media I can get my hands on!! Save your money and stay away from here!

Chicken was raw when we called to complain we told we would be compensated to the value of our meals, when we called to claim said meals we were then told the only compensation would be a free bottle of Pepsi, when we challenged this we were met with the response of "what do you expect me to do" manager was rude and unhelpful considering his chef had almost given a pregnant women salmonella with raw chicken! Disgusting place would not recommend

Partner ordered largest pizza ordered for a party recently... arrived in a soggy box and not very warm....so embarrassing..... used to be good when first opened but gone downhill in last few months...notice a lot of 5 star reviews on here are from the staff???? 😠😠 Won't be using again

Wouldn’t even give a 1star. Purchased a family feast, came home opened the box and looked like a childs portion. Called up to ask if their had been a mistake but was told the family feast is only suppose to feed 2people. Why is this called family feast? The guy on the phone was really rude and didn’t care said “go ahead and leave a bad review we don’t care”. I mean is this how you talk to your customers. I will NEVER be going back again and will make sure none of my family and friends do either as I don’t want them to get ripped off by some scums on Christian day. Waste of money had to go to efes in Oakengates for more food to feed my family of 4. I usually order family feast from another place and there be’s loads we all eat and still ya e left overs. 👎

Amazing kebabs... Excellent value for money.. Only problem is that they toasted my wrap and I didn't enjoy..

The kebab wasn't cooked and the french fries were old.

Waited hour and a half rang multiple times to be told "it's on it's way " had an email an hour ago to say "your order is on its way " rang back again to be told I will ring the driver if he's more than a few mins away i will ring you back , still waiting and it's 1.52am , i was ready for bed an hour ago

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service we just got over the phone. Pretty much said my partner was lying when we rang up and said they forgot to put chips in because he "packed it himself" and then said it'll take 40 minutes to get them here. Won't ever use again. Shameful.

The eat-in area was clean and respectable, staff were friendly and receptive on arrival and whilst waiting for my order. Food was hot and good quality - pizza not 'stodgy' or greasy, well cooked and presented. A real 'home made' deep-pan feel about it, rather than a 'defrosted pizza base' that has almost become the norm from some of the large high-street chains. My only gripe is that I used "Just Eat" to purchase a meal from here for the family. Not sure if it's down to issues with the restaurant or Just Eat, but I was told three different times for collection - including receiving an SMS 20-minutes before the latest specified time, stating the food was ready. On arrival five minutes later, it was just being started... No real concern, it was still 30-minutes quicker than waiting for delivery, but is something that could be improved on by either the restaurant or Just Eat.
