Always clean with helpful friendly staff, probably the best of the fast food burgers.

Both meal deals was missing drinks that I paid extra for. And cold food

My go to place for quick speedy service

Staff members are friendly and always have smile. Normally quiet so you still get fast food unlike other restaurants

They missed out on delivering our free onion rings.

Driver was very courteous and happy 😊

Food was warm not hot and wrong drinks again sprite is not tango orange every time drinks are wrong seems staff need to be educated in the drinks department

Driver would not give me the food because his phone had stopped working and need a code of me which I gave him and when it eventually worked and he got the code the food was cold and had to be thrown in the bin for something that was not my fault

Chops were cold and soggy and waited an hour, the delivery time was changed many times. Chose this Burger King because it’s always quieter, awful.

Never got order tried to change adress and call restaurant but they never answered and also tried to get it to my new adress from driver they said to contact yourself which I did and you never answered ether not happy as I have spend 30 pound for food

Ordered food half the order was missing for an expensive order that’s disgusting and it’s not the first time. They also never answer the phone so rude. And there’s only ever 2 teenagers working sitting on counters on there phone

delivery driver was sat down my street in his car for 10minutes to the point I left the house to confront him. He was on his mobile. my food was absolutely freezing!!

How is it possible that they don't accept cash and then tell us to leave? Horrible behavior! They literally said they don't accept cash when I clearly chose the payment method on the machine! Were they too lazy to prepare the order? Where are these people supposed to be working?!

1. Only 1 portion of fries in order which were VERY cold. 2. No bacon in either burger.

Went through the drive through food was cold took 2 bites and binned it looks that burger had been sitting there for sometime and then I come along

I ordered my son’s tea and when order arrived there were no drinks but clearly they were on the receipt!

Came here yesterday whilst the food tasted amazing it made me very unwell. Keep being sick, body aches and stomach pain. This is the only thing I ate.

Excellent food and delivery, as usual, but I find the new policy of asking the order code on house deliveries quite pathetic. Thinking of it, there’s absolutely no reason for this.

Orders from here spent almost £50 and received about £15 worth of food not even 2 full meals were packed, don’t mind spending extra money if we actually received the food !!!!!!

The food is so mediocre, the burgers were burnt and the chips were just so meh. I got a takeaway so couldn't take the burger back. The staff were friendly and helpful

I had to throw the burgers away. normally they're good, but this order the burgers were gristly and tasted of perfume.

It was one of the worst places I've been to so far today really messed up my mood of the day. I was really sad but now I'm really happy. The food was great but it made me sad because of how nice it made my insides feel. I'm now sad that I can't feel that all the time. Best MacDonalds ever.

My order was never delivered, ordered at 4:40 and app changed to delivered at 6:30 with no food been delivered. Restaurant were not answering the phone so could not found out where my food was. Awful service

Chips were cold & one bag was almost full, but the other bag only had 11 chips in (counted!). You have to pay 30p for a tiny pot of mayonnaise. This used to be free. Once thought this Burger King was great, but it has gone downhill rapidly.

Very friendly staff always work hard. Sometimes very busy with deliveroo and just eat and causes delay.

Delivery wasn’t even made to my address! Not the first time this has happened. The driver has my contact details but either they have taken the order for themselves or delivered it to an another address. So infuriating.

Food was nice but restaurant was apparently very busy but they continue to accept orders. This meant the 20-30 minutes estimate was blown out of the water and ended up taking over an 1.5hours to get here. The driver was very polite.

Food comes out rapid and is piping hot Edit: I've come back again, this time food was ready not even two minutes after I put my order through. Can't recommend highly enough 🙌

Visited the drive thru at Hadley Park this evening. We were asked to park up to wait for our food and were handed our milkshakes. We asked if they could bring our milkshakes out at the same time as the food. The lady serving said yes and another staff member stood next to her muttered no not really under hear breath but loud enough for us to hear. When we asked if there was a problem she said tried to suggest she wasn’t talking to us but she clearly was. Absolutely no need, it wasn’t an unreasonable request. Suggest she needs to be reminded that customers pay her wages. I wouldn’t employ staff with that attitude towards customers.

Order incorrect, had to refuse it, driver marked it as delivered even thought it was wrong and not accepted. Both blame each other

Never received order. Rang restaurant loads of times, no answer! Just dialled out. Driver had called me but when tried returning call the phone just cut off! Gave instructions of where address was so instead of them trying to call again or take back to restaurant, they delivered it elsewhere!!! So we never did get our order. We drove to the restaurant to be greeted by a complete arrogant dimwit who had no time to listen or offer any anything not even an apology. Will never order again!

Great delivery, only issue was I ordered a cheeseburger for my son, the burger had no cheese on it.

One thing I've noticed each time I've placed an order at the drive thru is just how soulless the staff sound over the speaker. Initial impressions is that they can't be bothered, hate their job or they're being constantly shouted at. I don't go often but it's becoming tedious. This time the staff there had also missed off items that we'd placed in our order and provided stale, luke warm food. Burgers barely have heat and the chips are chewy. For nearly £50 it's appalling to go through this. If Burger King cannot provide a service to atleast a standard that's acceptable then they just need to close it down.

A visit to a local BurgerKing was supposed to be a relaxing experience. Visiting the J5 M54 branch was a complete farce. On arrival in the store a request to purchase a meal using an online code was passed over as impossible unless scanned from the mobile App. Citing the online App as a geolocation tagging record and an invasion of privacy only confused the branch manager. He failed to grasp the right of a person to privacy yet use Apps behind a VPN to secure codes. Cutting things short.. a discussion about to use or not use the BK App was very oneway. BK want their way or NoWay. I obliged with My Way and NoWay to inflated prices. That is the App provides large discounts over store prices.. ypu just need the code. Staff at BK seem App brainwashed and fail to remember all you need to avail better prices is the App code.. total Jobsworths insisting on "scanning" a non scan able App. Waste of space.

Don't ask what sauces I want then not send them its so frustrating and would save disappointment
