Chicken Nest in Telford and Wrekin

The staff are polite how ever ordering from here yesterday I’ve now woken with a bad belly ache I use to order from here quite a lot and haven’t for a while as the quilty in the food ain’t been as good as usal 😞

DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF!! Food turned up pretty fast, however the half an hour they turned up early they probably should’ve spent that time actually cooking the chicken. Two bites and inside was rubbery and pink in 2 pieces of chicken and the others were dry and overdone. The lettuce was questionable and slimy. How does this qualify as a good food restaurant and isn’t shut down. Delivery man came back I gave him the wrap and he said that it was to do with the feed that the chickens are fed, this wasn’t just a pink Hugh to the chicken it was rubbery pink and raw an Emetaphobes worst nightmare. Stay away xox

Everything arrived hot and tasted fantastic, the chicken was delicious with a crisp coating and nowhere near as much grease as other places, the chicken burger was by far the best I have had In a long while. The service is always excellent from this place with polite friendly delivery driver. We highly recommend Chicken Nest.

I was told food was 5 minutes away after over an hour of waiting and then 20 minutes later was told it would be on its way again.

the driver and who I think is the owner is always so polite and the girl answering the phone always so polite too, I think they were busy tonight so my food was a bit late and not on parr with the in the week food but the staff are so nice it's hard not to go back, they got my milkshake order wrong, medium instead of a large and as a make up offered me a large for a medium price and 10% off my next order 😀 not bad

was is if they poured grease all over the chicken in the bag as it was wet through and all dripping out the bottom of the bag

Amazing food at a resonable price

My second order and im very happy once again, food was warm, everything I ordered turned up, I tried the strawberry milkshake this time instead of the choclate and even though their both great I think strawberry is my new favourite. same delivery driver who remembered me from my last order and came straight to the door, very pleased with the food and service.

I took a chance on this place after I fancied chicken and had been let down in the past by other fast food chains in Telford on multiple occasions. Everything arrived nice and warm and ready to eat, and the milkshake wasn't melted, it was still frozen and as perfect as everything else on arrival. I ordered a hash brown chicken burger, with chips and everything from the bun to the lettuce was the freshest I have ever seen, it was as if I had been at the counter myself and was eating straight away after ordering. The chicken was gorgeous and the hash brown was placed with such tender care that I couldn't believe it, unlike the usual smashed hash brown I get on a burger from other places. And oh my God the chips were amazing, they arrived nice and warm and they were crunchy Without A bit of grease, ask yourself when was the last time your chips arrived warm AND crunchy from any other place! Without a doubt the best fast food chips I have ever eaten on a delivery in Telford in years. Everything I ordered arrived -,which is something rarely seen when ordering in - but this place really shows you how it's done. The food was made and delivered with such care I felt like a valued customer on my first delivery. Also I need to give a shout out to the driver who arrived promptly and asked if I had been waiting long to which I replied I hadn't, he thanked me for the instructions I put on the orde and I was touched that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the wait time before I even had the food in my hands. I will be telling everyone who will liste. Ti try this place over the Christmas Break and I will 100% be ordering again. Amazing Food and Amazing Service. I orderd a chicken with hash brown burger, & choclate milkshake, I had been let down in multiple ways by every local KFC in the past, so decided to try this amazing place! Everything was warm & fresh when it arrived, burger was delicious, the freshness of the lettuce & bun was impressive, hashbrown delicately added to the burger & not smashed in any way & the chips tasted amazing, best chips I've EVER tasted on delivery, no grease either! The driver was so kind & polite, will 100% Order again

called few times to the restaurant for an update and after 40minutes delivery came all packages were brocken , damaged and leaked.

First time ordering from here, Order arrived, upon delivery gravy was in bottom of bag with lid off and missing items.

Ordered a peri peri burger and it was small chicken fillets on a bun with very questionable lettuce also order a chicken wrap and what I received was a disgrace all wrap and 2 chicken nugget sizes chicken in it absolutely disgraceful will never ever order again complete waste of money and all food was freezing cold I could cook something with my eyes closed for a hell of a lot less money and still wouldn’t be as bad as what we received STAY CLEAR not worth even looking at

Chicken burger was pink inside! It was meant to be a spicy burger but was a normal fillet with hot sauce. I chucked it away as soon as first bite felt off. Looked and saw it was severely undercooked. I have never been before until this visit Saturday 3rd August. I found out today they have changed their name from Chicken Cottage, which was a one star hygiene establishment. This place should be shut down.

It took over an hour for delivery plus i didnt get all my order i rang them and they put the phone down and sent me 6 chicken wings even know it says on here u get more different chicken wings wont order again

Hi don't really bother with reviews but I have to warn other people ordered 2 from here 1st was okay but a little weird taste then 2 time the chicken stunk really bad fillet burger the meat was hard as rock and could tell it was old don't bother ordering not worth it

Attended this place for first time last week tables were full of rubbish and the bin was rammed full of rubbish which needed to be emptied ! Food menu was very limited mite as well had been closed for the sake of the service and everything ! Chicken burger was nice and food was great could do with better selection of drinks though !

Vile, chicken was dry was hard as rock unediable. Wraps had no flavour what so ever everything that was cooked was terrible. Best part was the side of salad.

My sister ordered through deliveroo, half the order was missing, chips (the ones that did arrive) were cold, soggy and needed salt, sides were cold and the wraps had no flavour, no filling, chicken was cold and again soggy inside. Really poor food and quality, didn’t offer any resolution. Avoid.

Second time in a row we have ordered this deal where the 18 wings are missing! When you call the old man is not willing to accept mistake and tries to justify it! Very bad customer service! First time of ordering the other man admitted fault and sent the wings but this time the old man refused and even refused to acknowledge the deal they’re offering their self! Now a family of 4 are sat here with only half their order! 1/10 stay away

Always something missing, even when it when it was Trading under a previous name. And they don't like it when you want to do a refund through Just Eat for said missing items. Naan bread is not a naan bread but 2 shop brought tortillas and 'signature' chilli sauce is sachets of Lichfields sauce... was you actually receive in your delivery isn't bad, good luck getting it all though

Propper London style chicken cottage. Only one I could find in shrewsbury or telford!!!! Food was good about £5 for 6 wings and chips with a drink, which is a little steep for what it is, but with price increases its about right. Inside is still being done up with works going on, Service was a little slow compared to a London chicken shop, the wings were already made and I still waited about 10 minutes just for chips and a drink, I also gave the first drink back as there was sauce on the bit you drink from.

With my first I had waited over 3 hours, made numerous phone calls and I still didn’t receive my order.

Ordered food around 9 o'clock but it never turned up, no thought to try and contact us that our food wasn't going to be arriving. Seriously if your thinking about spending your hard earned money here...DONT!!! Go literally any where else. Had these sorts of issues before with this restaurant and this will be the last time

Jess and his brother are fantastic, such great customer service from them. They are very calm and relaxed great personality from these too. Great multi tasking and cleaning as they go as fast food places should be kept. Also the older uncle I believe is the franchise owner very friendly too. I have travelled here from London and I plan on visiting again most definitely. Tha m you to you all

Waited over 2 hours for food. 3 phone calls later, it arrives cold and not the correct order. Told food was delayed, would be leaving in 5 mins and still nothing after half hour. Ring half hour later and told driver on way. It was ridiculous. Staff apologise but didn't seem to care.

Wrong food sent and missing items. The ice cream was just defrosted and refrozen ice and inedible. Poor response when i phoned.. no apology and no offer of refund, food anything really. Still waiting for a response from email.

Customer service 0/10 they always miss out items and if you try and call to resolve any issues they just lie to you and tell you to wait for the driver for 10-15 mins. Unreliable place to order food from there’s better options around but if not just go and collect.
