Pizza Zio in Telford and Wrekin

I placed an order at 6.15pm and it is now 8.10pm and still haven't received my food. I rang them at 7.30 and they said it would be with me within the next 10 mins but no. I've been trying to ring them for the last 20 mins and no one seems to want to answer the phone. I wouldn't recommend ordering from these

1 and 3/4 hours for delivery. Takes the piss.

we always order from zio they have the best pizza such lovely food and on time with delivery.

Pizza was nice, but too much grease could have done with a couple more mins in the oven, overall satisfied with my order.

My order wasn’t even delivered and tried to call them to which phone number was always busy

I’ll give 5 stars cause I’ve never had an issue and delivery is always early or on time, did forget my mozzarella sticks thought but I’ll let it slide :)

Delivery was on time and the driver was polite and the food was spot on I had the Chicago style deep pan 12".

Where is my order. Nothing has arrived.

Pizza is squashed in the box and because it’s been done during transit it’s now set and I’m unable to pull it apart.

Was told order was delivered then it turned up 20 mins late , my 16 inch pizza box was Bent in half and food was cold

Worst pizza we have ever had. Far too much cheese on a soggy base. Fries were cold and kebab was stale. Definitely not fresh. Portion size was pathetic.

The app said that the food had been delivered but we hadn't received it. I rang to ask where the order was and the driver had taken it back and said that there was no number on our house, which there is. when we checked the door cam he had parked outside the house then turned round and went away again so our food was 1hr late. I checked my account and the number is definitely in the address.

We love Pizza Zio! We always order when we are in the area visiting family. Usually on time but a little late this evening, but it is New Year's Eve!

chips taste like cooked earlier then warmed up wasn't best burger either was delivered on time but food not good

We waited over an hour and a half for one luke warm pizza... disgraceful. Delivery driver was great. Updates from the app were terrible.

My chips where cold and most food was but it wasn’t that good quality and when called they said they was rushed but get food out in next 5 mins 3 times said that when called so not good enough 1 hour and 32 mins waited for delivery

pizza boxes was damaged and the pizza inside was all mushed up.i ordered 2, half and half pizzas and couldn't distinguish what was what. I'm absolutely disgusted with what was delivered to me. Will not be ordering from there again. in fact I'm deleting just eat

Ordered at 6:03 it’s now 7:35 still no pizza. The estimated time was between 6:45 and 7:05

Ordered calzone with jalapeño and cheese with bbq sauce what I got was a garlic pizza folded in half ordered burger and chips burger burnt chips freeing cold very poor rang up and was spoken to very rude I'd avoid at all costs

the pizza and garlic bread tastes stale and the doe tastes like its going off .... waste of money

the pizza had a funny taste like cleaner put you right off went straight in the bin. shame as we had order before and was very nice.

Never normally have an issue as always use zio they used to have the best burgers food was stone cold ordered burger with no salad came packed with salad so now can’t eat as have allergies to some salad ingredients waste of money won’t order again

I genuinely find it hard to understand how a restaurant can’t just call you to explain if an order will be late? you have our details? Where does it get difficult? waited long for my food. restaurant didn’t call. No updates and yet takes my money. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again

Waited 2 hours from ordering, couldn’t get hold of them on phone when I did they said the pizza would be there in 10mins. Initially 19.00 nope, then said 19.35 nope then 20.00 nope so I phoned and got told driver on way will be there at 20.13 nope. I ordered the pizza at 18.31 it arrived 20.50 - never again and I was obsessed with these pizzas a real shame!!

The food was over an hour late phoned them up to see where our food was but wouldn't answer when they did they put the phone down on me then eventually they did answer they told me it's on its way then put the phone down on me again I'm diss

I have ordered from here before and it usually takes over an hour but worth it but I ordered a takeaway at 6:30 and it hadn’t arrived by 8 so I phoned and was told it would be 15 minutes. It finally arrived at 8:35 and I watched the delivery guy pull it from his footwell in the back one handed as he was too busy on the phone. When I opened it up it was squashed down one end and toppings were stuck to the top of the box. Chips were also cold and all the cheese was stuck to the top of that box too. I phoned to tell them and was told I could go and pick up another order, which I couldn’t with children upstairs in bed. I explained this and was told ‘well I’ve tried to be reasonable’ and then he ended the call. I could tell they were busy but I’m just very disappointed in the food and customer service.

Food never arrived. Initial delivery time was 20.20, then 20.45 and it's now 21.20 with no food. Guy on the phone was unhelpful and rude, hung up the first time I called.

the pizza was delicious and the chicken was scrumptious as was the cheese chips, I totally recommend Pizza Zio.

Pizza was 45 minutes late, arrived stone cold, missing one of the extra toppings yet I was charged for it. Very disappointing as you were my go to pizza place.

i ordered and initially was told it would arrive at 7:20pm-7:40pm abd it hadnt arrived until after i had called to ask where my food was since just eat claimed it was delivered which it was not and they diddnt answer the first call and said it would be 10 minutes when called a second time then almost 20 minutes after the phone call they delivered to my back gate when there was no bell or any way i wouldve known they were there other than them shouting to me. tasted nice though

I have never had an issue with Pizza Zio. They deliver on time. The food is always hot. Orders are correct. We always order from Pizza Zio when we visit Telford!

They forgot to swap the wedges for chips and they got the one pizza wrong

Gave my address and they sent it to another address when on my order it clearly says my address then said it will be another 30 minutes so now it’s cold!

Put in for refund and cooked food my self and eaten said food before it even got here food was sent back to the shop as it take 3 hours for it to be delivered absolutely disgusting service

Ordered family feast from them for years, but recently service has become abysmal. Delivery driver is talking on his phone while delivering, but not to your door, you have to meet him halfway to road. Then today they've taken £30 from my account, and not delivered anything, they're not answering phone either. I assume their closed, so why accept the order. Disgusting. Will never use again
