Worst pizza iv ever eaten all went in the bin Was like chewing rubber so tasteless

I have never had an issue with Pizza Zio. They deliver on time. The food is always hot. Orders are correct. We always order from Pizza Zio when we visit Telford!

I ordered 10 minutes before closing (as I thought they were open later) and they still delivered!! Thank you Pizza Zio

They forgot to swap the wedges for chips and they got the one pizza wrong

food was over an hour late & was cold to touch, let alone eat. the delivery driver had no reason when asked to why

Gave my address and they sent it to another address when on my order it clearly says my address then said it will be another 30 minutes so now it’s cold!

Put in for refund and cooked food my self and eaten said food before it even got here food was sent back to the shop as it take 3 hours for it to be delivered absolutely disgusting service

the food we received wasnt the right order, it was cold burnt and hard, we have been refused a refund by the restaurant and their customer service was abysmal!

Ordered family feast from them for years, but recently service has become abysmal. Delivery driver is talking on his phone while delivering, but not to your door, you have to meet him halfway to road. Then today they've taken £30 from my account, and not delivered anything, they're not answering phone either. I assume their closed, so why accept the order. Disgusting. Will never use again

Food arrived cold. Pizzas were both thick crust although we ordered thin. Chips were soggy. Delivery guy said there were no onion rings even though we’d ordered them and he then short changed us by £3. And he left our gate wide open so our dogs got out. Used to love zios but will definitely be finding somewhere else now.

I had a pizza for my little girl tonight food was freezing cold and the pizza was awful, I had a burger meal with salad and it was stone cold chips freezing cold and slimy salad awful, they got my partners burger wrong he went back to change, so I had no choice to chuck the food rang restaurant rude man said nothing and ignored me I told him how bad the food is and I won't be coming here again awful anyone I Dawley please don't try I wouldn't recommend awful service and bad manors not happy, no refund either

Over an hour& half late, tried ringing numerous times didn’t answer. Didn’t even say had been delivered, id gone outside to look on my doorstep and it was on my neighbours doorstep, freezing cold& there’s 2 holes on side of box, anything could have crawled inside the box with it being on the floor, couldn’t eat it. Absolutely ridiculous

placed an order and when estimated delivery time came, no order. rang up they said 10 mins and 40mins later no order. rang again to get a refund and ended up complaining to PayPal to get money back. very bad experience 👎

I’m really disappointed in the quality I don’t mind it being a little bit late. But it came stone cold it looks like it was cooked 2hrs ago.. I have used zio quite a few times and it has always been spot extremely disappointing

P*ssed off not only was it waaaay over an hour late had 3 dips missing and the food was barley warm, if you can't handle my order cancel, don't waste my money, if you canceled on me I wouldn't be annoyed but after tonight's services and the fact you didn't even offer an apology you might not be seeing my order again, better hope nowhere does a better pizza otherwise I won't be back.

The driver was rude upon delivering the food and sat outside my house for around 5 mins because he refused to get out of the car to deliver the food, and rang me to come and collect it from the car (I refused to) and he delivered it to the door with an attitude. The food was also barley warm once it arrived and didn’t seem fully cooked

The food was absolutely beautifull. The pizzas have rich taste, tasty soft dough, lovely tomato sauce and toppings. Seeing the pizza are freshly made before your eyes made it an even better experience. Lovely staff that accomodate your needs as a customers. Highly recommens.👍🏻

Not impressed with the quality this time. Ordered veg supreme with extra chilli on thin crust but pizza came thick crust and and very lacking in veg. Somewhere in that thick cheese was pepper and mushroom but you’d be hard pushed to find it. So I’ll be sticking to Caprinos for a while.

Was a bit late but in all honesty it was worth it. Very good the wedges are some of the best I had Same a chicken strips kids loved them . Definitely would have again

great family pizza deal. well enough to feed four at just over £5 each. no one can complain about that price for a cheeky Friday night takeout

Just received pizza and it’s stone cold and tough I’m not happy at all and we waited a hour half.

The restaurant extended the delivery time after it was already late and then it was over 10 minutes late from the new time being over 45 minutes from original time. When the food arrived it was pretty much cold and wet. Never had a bad meal from here before but this was awful

Ordered food with extra tomato base and never got extra we wanted and ordered a chilli base with extra sauce and never got chilli base but tomato instead and very little of it. Order was late. When ringing up to complain they fobbed me off with, next time discount nonsense. Chef gobbing off in the background as i was on phone complaining. Very bad service. I wont be ordering there again. GET A NEW CHEF
