Was with group of mums feeding their babies and got kicked out at 1610pm as they needed to catch a train. Shop not due to close until 5pm. Disgusting and rude waitress. Will not be visiting again and I do not recommend anyone going here.

We had the yorkshire pudding breakfast wrap and the chicken and vegetables both where very bland extremely disappointed seems they cost £6.90 each don't think we will be visiting again there are better alternatives in town

Excellent food and coffee, and even better staff, especially Abi. Bit biased 'cos she likes my accent!

Whilst the cakes are absolutely delicious the same can’t be said about the hot chocolate. I’ve never known anywhere constantly deliver like warm hot chocolate. I mean it’s very clearly in the name. HOT chocolate. After 3 visits to this place to try and see if there is an improvement, and finding there isn’t. We won’t be going back.

We visited yesterday with some people we support who have special dietary requirements. The staff supplied us with extra cream for their cakes to enable them to enjoy (Difficulties swallowing). The food was great and well priced, the drinks good and competitively priced, staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Despite being quite busy there was plenty of room for the two wheelchairs. Either work or pleasure will definitely be visiting again.

Me and my wife went and had 2 Americano Coffees and decided to have the Terry's Chocolate Orange Syrup. Absolutely lovely coffees and great service. Highly recommended, great value.

Some lovely cakes and treats, and they ate always busy! Coffee is excellent.. service is a bit chaotic which lets it down a little bit, however, whenever we come to Telford we always call in... red velvet cake is to die for!

I only gave 4 star for service because you have to wait in the line to order and collect order at same time. Instead of giving you a number and bringing it to you. I'm saying this as I'm DISABLED and struggled standing for the 15 minutes I was in line to order and get my order.

We had a Wiltshire ham & cheese toastie with a very nice up of tea, staff were very pleasant and efficient, tables were cleared and cleaned quickly

First time in this cafe found the coffee and muffin nicer than the more popular one people use will definitely go again

Hi the food have just arrive the coffee has leaked all in the bag and the food is wet and the coffee has all been spilled in the bag. I’d appreciate a refund for the price I paid for a coffee and a sandwich. I also have a video and photos of it.

i ordered a bacon and brie sandwich. The bacon was very fatty, and there was only one piece of brie, it was also late and cold.

Great experience. They did not have any carrot cake left so instead gave me 2 desserts to replace the 1 they didn;t have. More than fair. I am very happy. Food is always top quality from here. If you haven't tried yet please do.

An excellent place to have a hot drink and snack while taking a break from shopping in the centre. Always has a great range of cakes and hot drinks. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and polite. They have a good well spaced seating section. Would recommend.

Love muffin break, I always come here when I am shopping in Telford. I’ve had their smoothies, toasted sandwiches, muffins and cake. All absolutely delicious! And the customer service is brilliant, Abi and Aaron are so lovely ☺️

Came here on a whim after a bit of shopping - it was late in the day and, although they were closing, shout out to Abi and Aaron for some excellent customer service. Made us feel very welcome despite it approaching closing time, the champions had been at it all day yet still were happy to serve us prior to closing. Really appreciate that guys! The Aero Mint milkshake was sublime (made with ice cream which is a rarity nowadays). Two door wedges of Red Velvet cake too, absolutely spot on. Cheers both 👍🏻

Great service friendly staff who you can laugh and chat with. Food it lovely fresh and tasty good choice of drinks too. We come here alot as my daughter likes it here. Always very accessible for wheelchair users like myself who they help and bring drinks food to table if required

I am new to Muffin Break but will definitely be returning as my go to place when shopping in Telford now. Lots of choice of flavours, great presentation, and very good muffins. Full of flavour. Lovely and clean. Flat white was lovely and all staff were pleasant and friendly. Abbie was great, she even asked if I wanted my muffin warming up! 100% recommend.

Visited on the 19th August, everywhere was spotlessly clean, the staff are all absolutely fantastic, friendly and provide amazing customer service. Had an Oero milkshake which tasted fantastic, alongside a nice refreshing cup of tea, definitely worth popping in for a visit if you're ever in Telford.

Lovely cakes, freshly made and plenty to choose from. We like to eat in on a Saturday morning. Hard working staff but still take the time to make sure customers are happy.

Popped in for a coffee and was tempted by the gluten free raspberry and chocolate muffin. I was a little uneasy as the gluten free muffins were not in separate, covered domes although they were on the top shelf. But the young girl who was serving me assured me that they used separate tongs so I risked it. It was the freshest, most delicious muffin I have eaten in 15 years of having Coeliac disease. I would be happier if they were kept completely separate to reduce the risk of cross contamination. But I have no ill effects (and I am super sensitive) so all is well. The coffee was good too, as was my partner's lemon drizzle cake. Will call in again in the future.

Upon arrival greeted with smiles and charm .Great menu! Great service! We were told there was a bit of local competition, my answer to that after having the bagel and choc mint milkshake is " I bloody doubt it " awsome!

I love going here for lunch. There is 1 lady who always seems to be working when I go in and i feel like she doesn'tget a break as she is alllllways there 🤪, but she is a font of knowledge and always super helpful. Milkshakes are thick and amazing, muffins are always perfect, and usually lots of variety. Lots of non-muffin foods available, feta and spinich slices are my favourite. Vegan and vegetarian are available, too. Clearly labelled, and the staff are always helpful in answering dietary questions. Coffee is absolutely smashing, and their autumn winter menu's with hot chocolate choices make my cosy Christmas (though this is written in summer 😁) one of my favourite places to sneak to on lunch break!
