Subway in Telford and Wrekin

We were served by a friendly male member of staff. Hand gel is available by the door. We asked for some lettuce but never received any. No vegan aioli anymore. Floors need a deepclean but other than that appeared hygienic.

Sorry to have to do this. But it’s midnight now and still annoyed. Me and my colleague tried to eat lunch here today. When I mentioned to the woman could she change her gloves as we eat halal I.e not contaminated ( which is why they have gloves). She responded with nothing here is Halal. I explained that the tuna and cheese are halal as they’re not meat, to which I was told they weren’t and everything was not Halal. I still tried to laugh it off and explain no I can eat the cheese I just want cheese sandwich but can you change your gloves. She wasn’t having it and continued to laugh with the other employee. I turned to my colleague and we both realised they just didn’t want our custom. So I was forced to get greggs which is not what we wanted. We’re working in town all week and unfortunately we will not be returning due to staff. Thank you

Do not go! - worst subway store I’ve been too!! The staff are unfriendly, the sandwiches are made very very poorly. Do yourself a favour and go to another subway store nearby.

Stay far far away from this subway but if you want to sit on the toilet and feel sick for 3 or 4 days... go ahead. The sub I ordered for delivery from here came and it was like someone punched it then spat in it and gave me covid. It's disgusting and I got really sick off it. The meat was all warm like it was sat on the counter for ages on a hot summer day. I had 4 bites and threw the rest away. Absolutely vile.

Ordered take away through Just Eat. Marked as delivered but didn't arrive. Phoned Wellington shop. Staff member seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Found the order but couldn't say what address it had been delivered to. Refused to re-deliver.

Great sandwiches made just how you want them. Staff friendly and helpful. Ingredients are always fresh and good quality. Great VFM lunch or breakfast.

Not bad for a quick bit. The staff can be rude and it has been closed for health and safety before.

The foods nice it’s just the people working there while I was ordering the man shook his head at me and when I asked him why he said he didn’t notice he then pulled a face to the other staff member really rude

States open till 6.30 but turned up at 6 pm and there closed now have to find elsewhere to eat

Subway sells hot and fresh sandwiches which are very tasty! One let down is that the place gets very overcrowded as it is a convenient fast food place.

Recently closed by trading standards / hygien control for cockroaches infestation. But reopened now. Worse point is this subway could voluntarily close itself for hygien treatment but decided not to but kept open and working and feeding its customers by cockroaches sandwiches. No respect for customers. I m no longer one if them!

A great branch of Subway. It's actually the oldest building in the world that is home to a Subway branch.

Subway just like most others however being in the town centre and near the entrance to southwater it gets extremely busy during the lunch period from 12-2.There are very few tables in the shop (possibly enough room for 15 people max), and space is extremely limited if you are in a wheelchair or have a push chair to the point where I wouldn't recommend eating in here if you have either.

Sometime you find out how good a place is when something goes wrong. I've been to this branch many times and, being a fast food place, I didn't pay a lot of attention to the service. However, for the first time ever I had to return some food. The new rotisserie chicken tasted awful. The staff made no fuss and offered me replacement. They even joked about it the next day.

Such a small shop, but still everything you expect from a Subway. If you can climb steep stairs, there is a small sitting area upstairs where you can watch the locals milling in the Square. The staff are friendly.

I had the meatball sub. It was great to choose the salad added, from a good selection. The meal was let down by the poor quality of the meat.

Gone down hill lately. Staff are abit ignorant at times.

Never been to a Subway before but I'm hooked if they are all like this one. Lovely and clean, sub roll made to order, really fresh and lots to choose from. Plus sooo reasonable. We had a meal deal so even more affordable. Lovely treat.

Gran lugar para un bajo o normal en grasa sub 6 pulgadas o un sándwich pies de largo, además de la desventaja ingredientes es un lugar pequeño, así que hay muy pocas mesas. Sin duda recomendaría el Albóndiga Marinara y vale la pena el dinero.

I regularly visit this Subway in Wellington and have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and there is an upstairs seating area too which is a nice addition.

Great ingredients if you want a fresh sandwich. I particularly like the flatbreads. Worth the money.

Its a sandwich shop? the only good thing is that you can watch them make your sandwich, but check there are no flies underneath the counter were the salad is. I always check that in any Subway!

Now I've got the Subway loyalty card, I'm hooked! I work in Wellington and it's a nice place to go for lunch. Seating upstairs for a nice view over the Market Square.
