Absolutely dreadful! Ordered through uber received the wrong order and then dont even answer the phone to rectify it! Never order from here again

very small fish not a large one as ordered.really disappointed.

Worst piece of Cod I have ever seen, it was solid not a single flake, inedible went straight in the bin also tiny probably the size of two fish fingers. I will never go back there

Chips are fat and juicy. Fish is succulent and large portion plus the Batter. that nice I had batter bits this time. Just like when I was a kid . The curry sauce was perfect. Weldone guys keep up all the hard work. You just can't get this anywhere else. Its home made. Proper tasty. Good ingredients. Eaten here for years. Your sincerely Mr R.Scott.

Missed half of my order - not the first time this has happened but thought I’d give another chance. Nope, missed more items. No explanation and the restaurant doesn’t answer the phone so can’t get a reason.

Can't fault it food was spot on.

Ordered first time, for delivery and on the whole enjoyed it. Best part are the brilliant chunky chippy chips. I ordered for 9,99 a cod chips and mushy peas. Although this was great, I was expecting a full sized cod - it was almost a mini fish which was little disappointing for the price. I also ordered a small curry sauce - didn't like this at all as it tasted weird - had to throw that out. In general it was enjoyable and I would try again perhaps checking size of the fish first and leaving out the strange curry sauce.

honestly... really impressed with the size of the fish and the Irish curry sauce. hope it continues but this is the best fish and chips we have had in years :)

the chicken burger was spicy and no chicken on the mixed meat kebab and they give you a joke of a refund.

Ordered from just eat part of the order large fish and chips where fish stale and hard batter had been in the range too long fish was rubbery chips were Luke warm at best that went into the bin wasted £9.99 one one would answer the phone

Half my order was missing. I called them several times but no answer. The food that did arrive was pretty good.

Potato in scallops were thin but batter was thick and very crispy. Fish was greasy. Generally though okay.

Ordered at 5:26 n got to us at 7:06 ordered it nearly 2 hours prior

We shan't be using them again, poor quality and very expensive compared to others.

Absolutely shocking service always ripping people off ordered a fajita wrap meal and the purposely forgot my drink even after I wrote Diet Coke in CAPITALS! Then when trying to ring the shop they just let the phone ring WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN ABSOLUTELY JOKE!

The food that arrived was very nice, however both burger meals were missing the chips and the burger was missing the salad and sauce.

this was the worst takeaway I've had this year food was cold 3 items were missing and the chicken fillet was flatter than the pile of lettuce in my burger. and it was dry.I used my coupon from them which took 6 orders to earn only to have food missing worth nearly that amount so what a waste of time

sadly no salad and the wrap arrived in a naan bread not a wrap.. but still tasted good.

£6.50 for a piece of fish when it’s under the heading fish and chips, no garlic mushrooms so sent chicken nuggets which I don’t like

food was 20 mins late and wel it arrived it was stone cold had to warm it up in the microwave

Nothing worse than cold over greasy food. More batter bits than chips. Usually my favourite chip shop😪

Ordered on uber eats for delivery. Food arrived freezing cold, doner meat was solid, chips freezing and hard. Fish cake was okay. Contacted uber to be given £4 back despite it coming to over £20. Food went in the bin and had to cook something else. Told that that’s a good enough resolution.

Took them 2 hours to get to us! Wasn’t even a big order, came cold, like it had been sat there for the 2 hours we waited.

Disappointed... cost of food came to enough for the cheaper delivery but it was over in the end to what was advertised on menu. Chips were warmish and didn't taste right, both fish were very greasy, Very off putting food went into bin.

The advert shows you get 4 meats we only received 2 and this was mainly donner meat, food was cold on delivery and the naan was thick with garlic butter that was cold and hadn’t even melted in. Delivery time constantly changed. Complete waste of money as most of it ended up in the bin!

Thrown together with little thought, felt like I received the scraps and left overs. Three slivers of lamb and four small pieces of dry chicken. Absolutely abysmal, threw in the bin.

Really good good with really large portions, only problem is that it’s never correct. I’ve ordered twice now, first time I ordered a beastly burger and the bacon was missing and substituted with another beef patty which is great if you like extra beef. Ordered a chicken kebab with chips today and there was more donner on it than chicken even though it made no mention on the menu that there would be donner, and I hate lamb. The chicken is very lovely but there’s not a lot in comparison to the sea of donner I’ve had to disassemble the food to try and take out.

The food was amazing unfortunately couldn't eat till all rereally good value for what you get would rerecommend to anyone

No pitta breads not happy what's ever

Buffalo burger said it should come with cheesy chips and it did not. Also the burger bun was thinner than paper

Called in on way home from Station pub, Thought we would give it a try . The fish and lovely chunky chips were excellent the Best we have had anywhere in Shropshire in a long while. Tha staff were friendly and the guy cooking was very helpful. All in a good experience.

order placed at 18:25. driver accepted order then did not head to restaurant until 20:40. I had to collect my order from the restaurant in person. restaurant was very helpful, friendly and understanding. taking nearly 2 hours to arrive at a delivery after accepting it is unacceptable.

Thought we would try this place after moving here. Walked 30 minutes to find they are shut. Nothing posted online and still says open on their google opening hours. A small A4 piece of paper on the shutter saying "shut for maintenance" seems to be enough for them. Not thoughtful service at all.

Unfortunately the fish was bland and all you could taste was oil. The chips were rock hard and not enjoyable. Both the curry sauce and mushy peas were like water. The only saving grace was the mixed meat wrap which was lovely

Very ,very good. The food is excellent. Well worth a trip to Oakengates. The best Chippy in Telford. Just had a Pie Box. All Steak Pie,Chips,Sausage and Gravy. Mmmmmmm. So good,so good,as the great James Brown sang.

Love the fc from here but stone cold as the driver sat half way up road and tdecided to turn round after sitting there I was standing waiting, they were not good

VIP box chips under cooked kabab doner meat warm in places and cold in other really put us off eating it

Clearly don’t read orders properly. Disgusting fish covered in salt. Chip portion sizes are awful for 6 pound for a large.

not happy we normally use this place but wont ever again cold batter was soggy chicken burger was overdone and very spicy chips have a wierd smell coming from them musky and pale with black rubbery this was are kids favourite but wont order again all went in the bin never had to complain about this place before ive always recommended it to family and friends
