Thought I would give it a go since the change of management. The fish and chips was actually very nice, crispy fish not greasy or stodgy at all. The only thing that would put me off visiting again in the number of young kids not buying food just able to use the place as a hang out, also vaping when they are obviously under age. The management need to keep an eye on this issue as I'm sure it will attract more antisocial behaviour and drive customers away.

Visited today with the Wife and 10 month old fur baby Monty. From the minute we walked in and ordered the staff (Bella and Lewis) were amazing, so welcoming, professional and genuinely looked like they love thier job an absolute credit to Costa. Without naming other coffee shops, the welcoming we and our fur baby received showed Costa to be miles ahead of the rest. When it’s a cold day it’s so refreshing to be able go and have a coffee with your wife and dog, able to enjoy it and not feel a burden, Monty love his pupachino . Many Thanks Bella and Lewis for making our visit so good, your a credit to not only young people but Costa 👍

From arrival to departure, Paige and the wonderful team looked after us and made my son feel like he was the most important 6 year old in the world. The food was fantastic, beautifully cooked "the best sausage and mash ever" according to a hungry young man and the salmon was absolutely lovely too. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, despite being incredibly busy. The gentle touches like the balloon and the time spent to talk to Christopher were above and beyond his and my expectations. Breakfast this morning was equally fantastic, Paige and the team consistently work incredibly hard and show incredible standards of customer service, despite the fact they must be very tired after a late finish the night before. We visit whenever we are passing through Telford on our travels and cannot recommend it enough. Thank you for all that you do.

I'm gutted. I loved this chippy since I moved to Telford 7 years ago. I'm Scottish and haven't really enjoyed English chippies because they're so different but I loved this one and even when I moved out of Lawley I'd continue to order from there. So imagine how gutted I am when I order tonight and the food quality is subpar. AND they've sent me the complete wrong food which honestly looks inedible and I'm not being funny but when I order donner kebab meat and chips for literally just shy of a tenner, I expect to get it. Instead I got chicken and it's not something I'd feed my dog. I've tried to ring them over 5 times, no answer. From reading reviews now this seems to be a common thing. Reached out via social media, nothing. I've had to raise it via JustEat and honestly I'm just so disappointed. And still bloody hungry.

Oh how this Krispy Kremes has changed. It is tired and worn wall fixed tables have food stuck along the sides and wood chips missing from them. The Mens lavatory has had the seat broken and a wrong size smaller seat fixed so your legs and touching urine unless you spend the time to clear it all first. The staff member named Anwar was so busy talking at the counter edge when we busted to a man and his wife he left the girl who was working with him to do all the serving. The people he was talking to the lady leaned off the counter with her legs stuck out in the way whilst her husband stood near the bathroom entrance and were soon joined by there children who further just stood in everyone’s way whilst they held a good 25 min conversation. Very unprofessional. Krispy Kremes corporate can review this no doubt in there CCTV recordings. The donuts them selves are the same as always thank god they are made of site and only delivered. In all the years we have been going here the one thing all staff members mention is that the head office doesn’t know whether to spend the money and do it up or to let the lease go, maybe they should make there mind up.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my partner and our nearly 2-year-old daughter received at your Ealing branch recently. On 5th Feb, my partner took our daughter to your restaurant, and unfortunately, she began to cry while sitting at the table. We understand that young children can sometimes become upset, but we were extremely disheartened by the way your staff handled the situation. A member of your team approached my partner and, rather than offering any support or understanding, rudely informed them that there had been a complaint about our daughter crying. This response was not only unhelpful but also quite distressing, causing my partner to feel uncomfortable and ultimately leave the premises with our daughter in tears. What is even more concerning is that, despite my attempts to resolve this issue, I have called several times and sent emails, but have yet to receive any form of response or acknowledgment from your team. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and further reflects poorly on the customer service at your establishment. As a parent of a young child, it is vital to feel welcome and supported when dining out. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling upset and frustrated. I would not recommend your restaurant, especially to families with young children, given the way my partner was treated and the lack of follow-up since the incident. I kindly ask that you look into this matter and provide a response to address my concerns.
