Five Guys Telford in Telford and Wrekin

Basically an up market macdonalds, in some ways, but much more expensive but better quality. Good fries with seasoning in a pot to put on, burgers and milkshakes. Not table service - they shout your number when it's ready, I expected table service for the price! It wasn't busy but the car park was as there's a mds next door lol. Free peanuts Lots of seating

chips are too salty. Burger was good but a bun was kind of wet.

First time at Five Guys. Service was great, burger was delicious, got a sharing chips which was massive and an endless drink. Decent value for money. Was very quiet when we went mid afternoon but everything freshly prepared which I really appreciated

Wasn't anywhere near as good as I had been told and not worth the expensive prices

Not happy usually get from five guys waited over an hour the delivery times kept changing I’m really quite annoyed.

Burgers an shakes were lovely like usual but the fries were barely warm and slightly overcooked so flavour was so much less tasty.

as always, the burgers were great but the cheeseburger was no mushrooms but onions, but no onions and loads of mushrooms! it still got eaten but onions would have been so much better

Cold. Driver went to KFC before coming to us.

Said 20-30 minutes, took almost an hour and 25 minutes. So time changed non stop, but always saying courier at restaurant, which doesnt make muvh sense. As such food cold, i would order elsewhere.

The chips and burgers were cold on delivery however the milkshake was delicious

Not so good, I think I was unlucky with who was on that night. I accidentally spilled my drink, dispite a sincere apology and offer to clean it up they were rude, passive aggressive and most un gracious about it.

Really really sad about this as I know five guys is really good! However ages for delivery, food is freezing!! Chips are ice cold genuinely. Meat is cold on my burger really really disappointing

EVERYTIME WE ORDER FROM 5 GUYS, SOMETHING IS MISSING AND TODAY THE CHIPS WERE ROCK HARD LIKE MATCH STICKS, WONT BUY OFF THEM AGAIN AS THEY ARE NOT CHEAP EITHER SPOILT MY KIDS TREAT

Delivery time kept changing and all food was only slightly above cold. Not had this bad before from them.

Food was late AND stone cold. Driver didn't even bother to call to ask for help finding me till he had been searching for over 25 minutes. What is the point in giving detailed instructions and a phone number if the driver doesn't bother to use them. Just watched the driver go past the road to my house over and over again. Just eat think £5 credit makes up for a ruined order!

My burger had cheese on it when I ordered a hamburger with no cheese on it and the reason this was ordered was because of an allergy. So all we ended up having this night was chips! I was not impressed at all!

Restaurant prices for fast food? Not sure how long these guys will stay in business in the current climate. Let's look at the prices - £10.35 for a basic cheeseburger, £5.45 for a regular portion of fries and £4.25 for a soda. So that's just over £20 for a burger, fries and drink per person. As the last reviewer mentions, I'd rather go to a pub for a proper sit down meal than this place.

Order arrived but wasn’t even out order we had someone else’s order unable to eat the due to us not liking what was on it rang the restaurant who weren’t bothered at all just blamed the delivery driver and said our order was still at the restaurant and yet they are the ones that give him the food so not quite sure how that is the delivery drivers fault to be quite honest

Sooooo expensive! I didn’t realise how much it would cost when I went in with 2 children. I only had one veggie sandwich and the big kids had a regular burger and fries and milkshake each. It came to £50. We could have had a sit down meal with starters and drinks for all 3 of us in a pub for that. Won’t return.

The best burger in the UK!!! Delicious!! It’s fast fresh food, unlike the processed stuff from every other “fast food”. If you go to the place next door, you really don’t like food. Bit of you want great quality, done right, that’s delicious, this place is absolutely worth it

Heard a lot of good stuff about this place. It really didn't match up for us. Burger was under seasoned, very little relish and lettuce on mine which added to the overall blandness. My husband opted for jalapeños, no flavour very little heat. In fact he was so unimpressed, the dog ended up with his pattie. Chips nothing to write home about either, but at least they were seasoned. We'd rather use the golden arches in future, and that's saying something, only ever use them in an emergency. Sorry won't be back.

Great portions. The milkshakes are amazing. The make your own option for the milkshake is great because I can finally have a milkshake with a variety of fruit in it.

Took for ever, food was freezing and bag soaked

milkshake was bang on but for the burger was really small for the price of £11.60 all I had on it was two burgers 🍔 with cheese and the bacon was ripped in little pieces and they were burned and I had no salad or sauce on it and it looked like it was a small burger when it was meant to be a large one with bacon and everythin else that was meant to be on it cause I'm not happy that I have paid all that money for the price of the burger and it was not what you would have expected it be.

food perfect but driver wasn't good. so so many times the hyst eat drivers refuse to come to the door. don't expect to have to go stand in the rain to collect food because driver can't be arsed

For £22, stone cold chips and a pretty tasteless burger hasn’t left me overly happy. Milkshake was decent but everything else really poor.

Nice big premises. Always clean when we go inside and staff are always happy to tale our order. Refillable cups are great for the kids and milkshakes are amazing.

Order was correct but I received an extra banana milkshake with it by mistake. A good mistake...

The food was absolutely delicious and brilliant quality, one of the best fast food places around, it's high quality at a great price, it's very tasty and has a lot of variety to their menu and the location itself was clean with a relaxed atmosphere and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Love five guys. I had the bacon cheese burger and a regular fries, the portions are huge! The burger was very juicy and delicious. Fries were crispy, again a huge portion, enough for two even! I also had a shake, I chose peanut butter, biscoff and bacon, surprisingly very good. On the pricey side but worth it for a treat

Only my 2nd order from 5guys . I have to say never again ! The presentation was beyond poor . The burger I ordered was flat beyond resemblance very greasy and wet . The hot dog ? Well it couldn’t be any smaller but tasted nice . The chips were just thrown in to the delivery bag with chip cups included?? Milk shake was very nice . The little cheese burger was wrapped in silver foil ? All in all after £61 being spent you’d think this order was going to be better than the usual chains for burgers

If I could make a big tasty at home, I would, but I can’t. No one can. But what you can do is make a better burger than 5 guys at home for 1/8th the price. Hugely over rated and even more hugely over priced. The fries are as good as any work canteen fries, which is why they give you so many. Quantity to blind the poor quality. I tried 5 guys once to see what all the hype was about. And that’s it, just hype. I’ll certainly never eat there again, even if it was competitively priced.

Cold and undercooked burgers. Unable to eat.

Took my kids for lunch and ordered a bacon burger and a hot dog with bacon, to say I was disappointed with the food is an understatement the hotdog with bacon was diabolical it was tiny and the smallest piece of bacon, to be sure I will never use five guys again

Burger was great but cold (just eat's fault), not as many chips as expected for a large portion. The only thing which let my order down was just eat. The driver took my meal on a 20 minute drive and quite possibly ate my chips on the way to the house lol. Just eat would only partially refund me as this was my problem apparently. My advice is don't use just eat go and collect your own meal or eat in, then you'll have great service and hot food which matches the price paid for the meal.

Quality of the food was ok. It was the Chips I felt were not a large portion. Normally Five guys large fries feeds 2/3 people, not this portion. Driver had multiple drops as a journey which should take 3 mins, took just over 20 minutes. I find it strange to watch your order leave the shop then travel further away from you? Hence why the order arrived stone cold. I Feel five guys should seal bags a bit better one sticker isn't enough. Just eats response is abysmal. lesson learnt go yourself !!

love us a fiveguys, but have only ever collected. thought we'd have a cheeky delivery, as we were feeling lazy. food was cold, chips were sad. the driver was knocking on our neighbours door eventhough our houses are clearly labled. Will just collect myself next time to make sure the food is Hot.
