Always a nice place for a coffee and cake

Dirty and unclean and to top it off the member of staff was sweeping the floor and used the same brush to clean crumbs off the seat. Such a dirty feel place. There should be a Starbucks local instead of this grim place.

Went in with my grandchildren, it was good.

Not from around here visited Costa Coffee In Telford Centre Asked for a Ice Latte they put sugar syrup in it? Returned to a location and told in a rude manner we don't put sugar in it and im lying yet I visit Costa Daily so I know what's what? Also told im lying about buying it what a awful Costa Location took it back elsewhere and it was remade hassle free? Why couldn't this store keep a professional manner... Also very rude male manager won't be visiting again

Embarrassing, invited family , Saturday night , 7pm . Arrived in time, was asked to go down stairs into the bar whilst the table was set, don’t know why , only 2 tables occupied, all other tables were set up for dining. Ordered drinks, no problem , ordered starters , and mains . 10 mins later was told sorry we have no peas , ok not end of world, then another 10 mins later , sorry we have no steaks !! Out of 5 of us , 3 of us ordered steaks . Then I ordered the pasta with prawns , and yes you guessed, sorry no prawns . On a Saturday night a steak house to have no steaks is laughable, never again .
