TFC&BBQ in Telford and Wrekin

The food is great, but trying to get in touch with them is terrible. I’ve been on the phone for about 10 minutes trying to call them.

Didn't receive food delivered to someone else not good not happy we are hungry not going order from these ever again what a joke

Terrible service food was stone cold, called to speak to them about it and got told .... :we are busy it happens and you are not the first and won't be the last!" Place has gone downhill

Food Very Tasty With Brilliant Service!

£8 for raw pizza dough. Couldn't eat it. Shame as pizza cooking is basic. It's the first thing I learnt to cook at school. Wedges and kebab were fine.

After a whole day of fasting, we truly enjoyed the abundance of food (exceptionally good) that was delivered in Premier Inn. Next time when we come to Telford, we know where to get the good quality Turkish feast. All the best

quality Takeaway at the heart of Oakengates, with great portions. Star buy has to be the value boxes, - the staff are great. Worth tipping. Couldn't finish the entire boxed item because it was too filling. Would visit again for sure.

Been here a couple of times always have hot wings, so juicy! But today tried the lamb doner wrap and it was possibly the best I’ve tried! Staff always polite and quick service nothings too much trouble, Shops always clean every time I’ve been in too Would recommend to anyone in the area or just travelling through great place to eat

Cold called from this establishment at 9am, so out of their normal business hours anyway. Live in essex and have never been Telford in my life. Maybe wrong number, maybe scammers. Dunno, either way it woke me up.

Tried this for the first time tonight and I'm not disappointed. Food was excellent, huge portion and the Bread was amazing. Staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome. Will 100% be back

Had 2 chicken fillet burgers for take out both taste ok but was abit expensive for just 2 burgers by them selfs. Asked for no salad or cheese or sauce on 1 and was given salad on the burger. Still yet to taste other bits of food they offer

Fiancé just came back with our order and can say wow the food is absolutely amazing and hot I had the mountain burger meal and a side of anion rings was delicious and juicy fiancé had mixed meat and chips and was amazed at how tasty it was thank you for you lovely food top notch

Absolutely unreal. Had the shawarma chicken wrap (so cluckin tasty), wedges (like coated roast potatoes made by the hands of gods) and hot wings (they’re….. just bloody tasty) You got to go here

Cross contamination of the food prep area! Bread was being prepared on a surface where raw meat was being cut for bbq. I spoke to the cook and got looked at like a ghost Reply: regardless of what I'm supposed of said, you do not cross contaminate with raw meat. For clarity your statement is a lie.

Best kebab shop in Shropshire, great value and great food

Brilliant Adam and the team really helpful, first time visit and made a pleasant change to the usual kebab, food was excellent and cooked to perfection, turned out to be a great choice so impressed already returned for a second time and will definitely return, if you haven't tried it give it a try I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Customer Service was excellent 👌 they were really polite, kind and gave small box of potato wedges for my child. Furthermore, their food is absolutely delicious 🤤😋 and the prices are worth paying for since the food is good. Place is also clean. 😁

Always lovely food, the potato "wedges" are to die for!! You won't find anything like them around! The guys in there are really nice, great customer service. Food is always hot and perfectly cooked. Very highly recommend. Look forward to my next order!

Avoid at all costs. Had to call police on delivery driver who said he was the owner and would not leave my house. Terrifying.

Been using Tfc since they re opened. Food is always nice. Shame they have recently changed portion sizes without warning. The shawarma rice box use to be twice the size it is now and it’s gone up in value. Shame won’t be using anymore

This has got to be the best tfc in Telford. The food is amazing and rhe staff are so friendly and will go above and beyond.

I've been left feeling really disappointed with my meal this evening. I ordered the mountain burger meal and upgraded to the wedges for £8.50, which I don't believe it was very good value for money compared to the other great meals I have had from here. Still tasty, but expensive in comparison to the other deals and the portions they do.

What a beautiful meal n wow the bread is so tasty. Had 2 box meals with rice and 2 bread, 1 meal each 🙄 safe to say it would of fed 6 of us, kind of food you want to savage but it seemed to never end 🥰🥰. After a very hard day at work treated my staff to some food from here in my professional opinion it was excellent from the high quality premises too the service and then the finally the quality of of the food fresh well prepared tasty large portion sizes five stars asset too the industry pride in what they are out to achieve fantastic keep up the good work

This place has such an amazing menu, my friends introduced me to the cuisine and it was incredible from the level of service all the way to the quality of the meal. Every meal I've taken from here has been out of this world, if you haven't been here you're missing out... BEAUTIFUL FOOD

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've ordered from here since the menu changed and I have to say the food is amazing! Delivered on time and still piping hot not to mention the quality of the food. The grilled chicken on the bed of rice with salad and the Turkish bread is awesome!! My son orders the Calzone every time and loves it! Will definitely be having again!

Food was not nice, the rice that came with the meat was not advertised and had a very off taste to it, meat was very tough and rubbery. I won't be ordering from here again.

Have to say the Kebabs were amazing, along with the rice and flat bread served with it.. will certainly be back for more.

Great food, lovely, friendly staff, tried the fried potatoes before and loved them so much that we can’t resist them, chips, chicken and wings all very tasty, would definitely recommend this place.

This is one of the few halal places that opens early, 12pm. They offer quality chicken and the staff is very friendly. There is eat in arrangment. Free parking is available on the street and nearby.

Pretty average the chips were absolute rubbish the chicken meat was chewy and fatty I don't know how that's possible but these managed to make it that way. An the portion size was so stingy considering I only asked for one meat. Plus it smelt wierd and tasted of nothing. I don't get why anyone would like it.

Hhhhmmmm, the potatoe wedges are cracking. I don't eat meat so I'll not comment. It's a very popular place after a few drinks so it can get busy. The staff do work hard so show some consideration after you've had a skinfull of ale and speak to them politely as they do you. The food is just what you want late at night. Overall it appears to be clean and the staff do clean as they go so I always feel confident about eating here.

Placed an order and when it arrived it came with full sized deep fried potatoes!! 🥔. We called to notify the staff that they got our order wrong, for the owner to call back 5 minutes later throwing abuse down the phone. The food was cold, very greasy, and placed into a delivery bag with cold drinks 😩😩.. Hot food + Cold drink = COLD FOOD AND WARM DRINKS.. Won’t be ordering from that disgusting establishment again!

Very disappointed with this service. I ordered hot chicken wings and they had no flavour, whatsoever. My burger was really dry. Only the chips tasted nice. Don’t recommend!

They are really mean, they made me and my pet son cry! My pet son who is 7 years old had suicidal thoughts when they were mean! He attempted to eat himself!!! The food is awful and made me and my pet son be sick over the window! Not good enough at all, I'm disappointed in this poor service of manners and I don't think anyone should go here because they're mean and they spit on your food!!
