Good selection of indoor plants I was interested in hence visit. Clean and tidy considering change around of seasonal items. Four stars as thought the food menu a bit overpriced looking at portions.

We stopped o er on our journey and were impressed with the restaurant and choice of lovely food.

We had breakfast today. We ordered eggs benedict, would not have it again. Poached eggs were hardboiled, they should be soft & runny.

Had lunch while shopping, food was good when it finally arrived, waited 45 minutes after paying for it to be brought to our table.

A little, not a lot, more expensive but offer magnificant cakes and meals. Staff very friendly and professional.

Always stop here on the way to the Midlands. A very nice and busy place well worth a visit

you have to walk about half-a-mile before you can reach the restaurant - a little inconsiderate. If they insist on you buying something to qualify use the restaurant then they ought to be honest and say so. Dobbies at Donnington don't send you on a wild goose chase!

Great selection of Christmas decorations. And various other items including a regatta shop.and a large cafe with a variety of food.

We came for the cafe, which was amazing! However, pretty sure we could also have done the whole of our Christmas shopping here too. Toy shop a particular highlight.

The stars are for the very helpful staff sadly let down by misleading marketing/offers. Went in today very excited as I had a 20 percent off voucher for all Christmas things yippee. Bought 4 sets of sparkly Christmas tree lights (oh dear they not Christmas lights as they are not displayed in the Christmas part of the centre) so not included in the offer?? Ok so bought a huge set of Christmas lights already discount price because I am a loyal customer and have a blue diamond card. (So not included in the offer)Voucher worthless felt a bit scammed

Much improved garden centre,taken over by Blue Diamond and refurbished to a high standard.I enjoyed the visit to this store and cafe ( lovely coffee &cake) and found the prices ok too. bought 4 small house plants £3.49 but had a reduction 3 for £9.00 next visit Dec 23 used cafe still good and good choices too. Also had to buy a Christmas cactus for £3.99. Back Dec 24 still good but now decked out with their Christmas things.

Never been before but will go back in the summer. There were 3 of us on the day brought some presents for family. Then went into the restaurant, absolutely great. Had a lovely lunch definitely recommend everything there. Staff were very friendly

Oh dear, Blue Diamond have done it again! A twisty long route through clothing and most everything else! Haven't you learnt from Trentham Gardens complaints? Are you borderline discriminating against less able visitors? Restaurant tables are too crowded - less able out older guests are struggling to weave their way through to available seats.

Didn't get what we wanted loads of Christmas stuff

Wow! What a fabulous restaurant. The food is the best I've ever seen or eaten. The service is excellent, the staff are lovely! I had takeaway salads from the deli... delicious!

I was surprised at the diversity of their product lines. I haven't been to a garden centre in some time and was amazed at the fact that they had clothing etc. the coffee shop was great and dog friendly which is excellent. Mere Park Garden Centre is a great place to visit for all your gardening needs. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a wide variety of plants, tools, and other gardening supplies to choose from. The center is also well-maintained and clean, and it has a pleasant atmosphere. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, you're sure to find something you'll like at Mere Park Garden Centre.

What a lovely surprise....visited here recently after not being there for some years. Now 'Blue Diamond' have taken over, they have transformed it to a delightful place to shop and dine. Filled with beautiful things to enhance your home and garden. They currently have a delightful selection of Christmas decorations. You can take your dog too!!

Great garden center similar to the Trentham lakes site without any where to go for a walk. Some great products and all stuff for your house/kitchen and garden. Lots of Christmas stuff too in November and December

Very similar to all Blue Diamond centres. Smaller than Trentham but with just as much choice. Staff were friendly. Goods were well stocked. I'll definitely go again, with my aging parents who will find it easier to navigate than larger centres.

It's a really nice place to visit lots of indoor space with classy things to buy as well as a good choice of plants and everything a garden centre should have. They serve amazing food which we highly recommend. It's a popular place so their car park was almost full.

Such a lovely garden centre which has this lovely restaurant on site. It's a great place for tea and cakes or sandwiches. The garden centre has quite a large selection of shopping other than plants too. Like clothing and house good so be prepared to shop.

Great garden centre, not masses of plants but a lovely Sunday dinner!

Ended up leaving the items I had selected from womens clothing section due to the way I was spoken to by the two sales assistants (I use that term loosely) in the clothing section. Absolutely no people skills and clearly not customer focused. Shame really as I had intended buying a load of garden supplies but I will not be shopping here again. The sales staff in the womens section need to understand how service works.

unfortunately we didn't have a good experience, after waiting an hour for a sandwich and watching other people arriving and eating we were given a refund. Update to this review been twice since, and both time's food and service was excellent

Called in today for a coffee and a pot of tea and a toasted tea cake each both my wife and myself enjoyed the experience a little pricey but very clean and tidy and great staff

A good but weird little setup of a garden centre! To get to the garden centre you have to walk through clothes, and fragrance section first!! Only a small centre but set up lovely. Big restaurant/cafe area.

Great place for plants, garden furniture, plus women's clothing and shoes, and summer hats. Nice yo gave a sit down after purchase and have a bite to eat in a beautiful conservatory area, good food and drink at good prices. Enjoyed time out.

Mere Park has always been one of my favourite garden centres. You could easily spend a few hours here (unless that's just me loving shopping and eating too much 🤣). It's quite big and the food in the cafe is bloody lovely! Get yourselves there if you've never been!!

1 star because we were waiting over 30 minutes just to get two breakfast (full English) normally it is amazing but recently it's been really bad so yeah not recommended

My tofu stir fry was delicious, but companions' sausages were a bit gristly. Super service though. Very kindly a wheelchair waa found and brought over for our use.

Great Garden Centre, really good restaurant, excellent selection of plants

Went with my husband, who is disable but we won't be able to go back the way round is not very wide for a scooter ( so we left it in the car )also the toilets are quite away from the entrance there are no cut through to get to them if you need to go . The only plus side is the bright restaurant and the lovely cake.

The most exquisite garden centre we have been to in Shropshire so far. Not a massive one, but their products are attractively displayed. The restaurant/café is also very nice, and the staff is very friendly. With a good range of plants that look healthy. Will come back whenever we get the chance.

Dislike how you are channelled through the store, no freedom of movement.

The garden centre is fantastic. We visited on a few occasions and had breakfast in the restaurant on the last two occasions. The first time the restaurant was quite busy, but we were served our breakfasts quickly; the second time, we waited 30 minutes when it was relatively quiet and I had to go and ask for our breakfasts. The breakfasts were lukewarm at best, although still tasty. Dog friendly, which is a plus with water bowls for your dog to drink from. Great selection of goods available and a pleasant experience.

First time I've been here since it's been improved and it's laidcout quite nicely with everything displayed nicely and easy to find Lovely selection of decorative items , garden staples and I found to be not too overpriced .

Whatever you do don't go to the restaurant at 15:55 on a Sunday, you will be told by every member of staff that they close a 16:00. Very strange as I thought if a business was open till a certain time that they should in fact be serving till then. So we arrived at your restuarant after perusing the plant area, we grabbed a tray and had a look at the cakes, we were then approached by one very stern young woman, No Hello just that they did infact close at 4pm and they had to be out by 16:30. Strike 1 which in all honesty got my back up a little but the wanting of cake outweighed that so i bit my tongue and continued to the till to select our drinks, we were then greated by another one of you pleasant staff members to again be informed that they did in fact close at 4pm - She then asked us to make sure we sat in a certain area as they were trying to clean as they closed at 4 (Again told of the closing time), we informed this extreamly friendly lady (Obvious sarcasm) that we had our dog with us, she then rolled her eyes and said "well you will need to sit there then, there is nothing we can do about it" - I then looked at my mom and although the cakes looked amazing I felt my money was best spent elsewhere so advised we would leave it, i then walked back over to my basket full of flowers and questioned if i should spend any money at all with you as you are all the same entity, I did and i can only praise the kind lad that served us in the Garden centre, Pleasant and couldn't do enough for us, As i was a pro on the closing times i informed him that he shut at 4:30 and to not visit the restaurant as they shut at 4pm. I feel your staff should be taught some manners, I can assure you in my business if we started packing up our desks 5 minutes before and informing customers of our closing time that they wouldn't be in a job for very long. We are regular visitors of your restaurant and im sure losing 3 people won't make a dramatic difference to you but i can assure you i will tell all friends and family about our experience. I hope you have a lovely day and thank you for saving me money that would have been wasted in your restaurant.
