This place is great ! Shame WIFI is no good which makes it difficult to work from there

We visited this morning Me my husband and my daughter had breakfast The service is not good the waitress only gave us two sets of cutlery which three of us , Very pricey food too. The man who's making the coffee keeps scratching his head and ears it is not what I expected to see in the restaurant very unhygienic.

Nidhi was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. Great place to start my mornings, would recommend to everyone

Friendly atmosphere with great service. Coffee is exceptional and food is well priced. The lady Nidhi and gentlemen that serve us regularly are friendly and welcoming. Jamaica Blue serves best coffees in Ealing Broadway. My wife is Gluten free so the staff are accommodating to her wishes.

The food and drinks were great, a nice spot to grab a coffee or get some brunch. Your employee Halima was very kind and catered to all of my needs. She made this experience a 10/10 for me and I will definitely be coming again!

ti’s rare to find such a combination of excellent service and top-notch coffee, and this shop certainly stands out. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. It’s a fantastic spot that made our holiday from Australia even more memorable. Cheers to the wonderful team especially Nidhi for making our visit so special!

Telford shopping centre turned out to be much larger than we anticipated so we needed somewhere to stop for a coffee. It was quite an attractive coffee shop that seemed to be very popular. We had green tea and a flat white, the coffee was good quality and the prices were reasonable.

As a traveller I love to try many cafes. I tried a different Jamaica Blue and wow it was amazing.. wish I could say the same about this one. This Jamaica Blue had terrible service! The staff was so unorganized and unprofessional. One staff member is arguing with another. One staff member kissing another, like get a damn room! All of this while taking forever with my order only for it to come out wrong! I honestly am so disappointed with this and expected so much better from a Jamaica Blue branch. I would recommend Jamaica Blue, but NOT this location!! Stay away!!

I have come to this cafe on monday and i am very not pleased with the service. The chef did an amazing job , food was delicious he deserves a raise. I was so happy with the food and could not get enough of it. The maple syrup and bacon pancakes came out absolutely wonderful. However the customer service was very poor. I kept seeing the manager and her boyfriend all cuddled up and not doing anything leaving the poor workers to it all and not helping them. I wanted to speak to the manager but she was so busy flirting with the man that i just didn’t even bother.

Very good customer service from two younger females, one which was hijabi and other one was white , created a very friendly environment and made me and my family feel very welcomed and appreciated. The young Asian female at the till was also very nice and patient. The menu is great and I’d say the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food , I had ordered the Turkish eggs and pancakes for my children and we all enjoyed it. I would recommend this cafe to anyone.

Absolutely horrendous customer service went in ordered an egg for my 6 year old which I told the young girl at the till please make my egg fried not scrambled which she did not listen. When my order came the egg was scrambled I went back to the till in which the young Asian girl denied I had said i wanted my egg fried the manager refused to swop the 1.45 egg for me said that's not what I ordered bought the receipt to the till still refused. I was told I could 10per cent of a new egg. They kicked up a fuss refused to swop my egg got my order wrong What a complete joke completely delinquent staff. I've never been to a place where they treat customers like this

I like this restaurant. Although it's on the pricy side, the food is good and the workers are nice. However I don't get why they tell you to 'pick your table number and then order at the counter' because if you're dining solo, your table often gets taken by the time you've finished ordering. For example, today a rather rude lady was taking ages to order - so long that people left the queue angrily - and while I waited for her to finish my table was taken. I then chose another table and began to order, that was also taken by the time I was done. In the end, I just sat down where I could and waited for the food to find me. If the store is busy this isn't very practical. Note there is no wifi or signal in this store either.

Nidhi is amazing and her customer service is always 10 out of 10! I love this cafe so much, the coffee is INCREDIBLE and I would recommend to anyone!

This is my “go to” lunch place. It’s home from home! The staff are all friendly and welcoming. I would like to highly commend Niso who always go above and beyond with her lovely smile, efficiency and kind attitude. She’s very hardworking as are the other members of staff. I love coming here. It's a nice place to stop when you've been doing your shopping. The pastries and hot drinks are delicious and Nidhi is a gem. She always serves me with a smile and I can't recommend the cafe more

This place is becoming my favourite, it’s spacious, not always crowded and nice atmosphere overall. I always have an extra hot cappuccino oh my God it’s definitely the best cappuccino I’ve ever had especially if Nidhi does it, she is very nice, sweet and friendly barrister. You should try the mozzarella and basil sandwich is so yummy too. I have brought all my family members and friends to this place. The only downside is the internet it’s very weak in the whole area.

Waited over 20 minutes for a simple order of pancakes and bacon. When it arrived maple syrup already poured, no choice to do it myself. Bacon undercooked, pancakes raw and cold. Gone downhill. One saving point the cappuccino was hot but I’d drunk that before food arrived. Doubt I’ll return.

Visited this cafe twice now. I like the idea that you choose you table and then order and pay at the till instead of waiting for the bill. Their drinks are pretty good from their coffee blend to hot chocolate. Though it's nothing special. Their food is also tasty, I last ordered the mushrooms on toast with whipped feta. I will be trying to recreate this at home. It was lovely. Though there could be more vegan options on their menu as there were only 2 options that my friend could choose from.

We were regular visitors here, but we won't be visiting again. The service has really gone downhill. We had a large black hair in one of our meals, no apology, the waitresses lack common courtesy and initiative let alone training. They offered no apology, no suggestion of how to correct this for us. When raised with the manager again no apology, I had to ask for a refund and an apology. All the staff appear clueless and don't seem to care. The manager was rude. Food standard has gone down too, definitely trying to save money by smaller portions and less quality.

Lovely, classy coffee shop in the heart of Ealing. Good range of options and tons of seating with table service - a really great place to spend a couple of hours working. Kiran’s service in particular was a delight.

Really poor wi-fi and EE 4G cellular can’t been used in this restaurant . Nice environment and friendly staff if they improve the wi-fi service it will be super popular spot in this area. The pancakes poured too much maple syrup make it become disaster. Please consider to let the customer decide how much syrup they need.

We visited Jamaica Blue today, and speaking frankly was really disappointed. The lady on the till is new and doesn't have a clue about the menu or what she is selling. The chicken burger came with undercooked raw chips. I had a bacon and egg sandwich with an add-on fried egg. The egg was overcooked on the bottom, and it usually happens when you fry on high temperature - advice always start with a cold pan on a medium temp! We waited at least 30+ minutes to get the food, after 20 minutes, 1 lady came to me to ask how do I want cooked the eggs..seriously, why you don't ask when I order, no idea. It was really bad service, and it wasn't busy at all. May be 6-8 tables half of them served. The coffee was mediocre, in Pret or Costa can get much better coffee or service for much cheaper prices. Definitely, there is some room to improve

I am just visiting the area and found this cafe online and decided to come in. I am so glad that I did. The latte was amazing and not too sweet and the services was amazing. Kiern and Helima were so sweet and made sure i got everything I need. I have been back 3x already.

Good food and lovely service! The Eggs benedict was cooked well (though I would have like more mushrooms, but that is preference!). The font on the board was tiny - menu should be clearer to read. Overall nice place, with plenty of seating and good variety on the menu for brunch.

Well it was a good experience with Jamaica blues. I loved the coffee named blue mountain which was expensive but worth it and I also tried omelette filled savory croissant it was tasty and amazing. Thanks Jamaica blues.

Visited with my mum for a coffee and some food and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the visit. The staff were lovely, welcomed by Abi and Tom, the coffee was perfect (coconut flat white - dairy free alternatives available!) and the vegan brunch was delicious! Highly recommend a visit.

Visited the restaurant with a friend for breakfast and ordered Turkish eggs with apple and cinnamon muffins. We were served by the very polite and friendly staff, Nadia. She impressed us with her good attitude and attentive service. Nadia truly values customers and serves with a friendly manner; please value her as she values your customers. The food was amazing and totally worth the price. Definitely, we will go back again and recommend it to other friends.

We love Jamaica blue in Ealing Broadway. Its our regular breakfast spot. Nidhi is amazing - always a smile, remembers exactly how we like our coffee and the staff are friendly and helpful. The menu is so extensive so you can get everything from pancakes to a full English . I love the omelette filled Croissant and is definitely our go to. highly recommend :)

If I’m in Ealing I’m most likely in Jamaican Blue, love the food and love the staff. Excellent sandwich selection - especially those that include brie- usually go for breakfast or hot chocolate but I love everything on there. Also fantastic place to just study

the waiting staff were great and lovely and the food was mediocre, the pancakes were the okay but the blueberry muffin was simply awful, management need to improve, i’m clearly not the only ones that have had bad experiences with them, being told to basically leave and not come back because i’m unhappy with food i paid for is NOT okay. This could be a good business is they started focusing more on customer satisfaction and experience, it’s a shame

Everyday around 5pm the toilets goes out of order, you should check your pipes as they must be smart ones and they like to work 9-5 FYI you can’t use a fire extinguisher to hold an out of order sign, that’s a fire risk and you are breaking the law. Also the rudest manager I’ve ever met, to customers and staff, learn manners and you’ll have a happier life. Attached EHO rating which obviously is not surprising

Great coffee and a very friendly staff.

Visited for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly and the ‘American diner breakfast’ was pretty good. Ice tea and coffee also good. Total cost just over £20. Seating area is nice enough. Randomly, absolutely no mobile reception and no Wi-Fi provided, so not a good option for doing some work. Nice to occasionally visit though.

I was there one evening working on my laptop, I’ve ordered food and coffee, food came straight away but coffee took them 10 minutes even tho the place was empty. I used the toilet on my way in but when I went to use it before leaving it was closed, I asked a staff member to open it and she just said no. Very rude staff. Very expensive for the quality you get plus not nice service, not coming back.

They always close the toilets almost an hour before they close the coffee shop with a sign that says 'out of order', which is obviously not true as coincidentally they go 'out of order' after 5 everyday. When we asked a staff member to open the toilets for us in the past to change our baby's nappy, they have refused evey time even though we are paying costumers. Today the manager shouted at a group of women that were having a coffee because they were about to close. The women were complete unaware of the closing time. He was extremely rude and it was upsetting to watch. On our way out, we heard the manager shouting at one or the staff members saying 'don't let them come back'. This is absolutely unprofessional as he did so in front of customers. We are never going back to this place. There are some friendly staff members working there but this toilet policy and the rudeness of the manager are real put-offs.
