Had 2 flat white coffees ☕️ They was made perfectly 🙌2 cakes fresh to 😋thank you to the hard working staff Highly Recommend this Costa 🙌🙌🙌

The last 3 times we've been in the toilet hasn't been working. Always a sign outside saying 'An engineer is on their way', well, I dunno where this engineer is coming from, maybe New Zealand by rollerskate & row boat. Maybe we've just been very unlucky with timing, but I don't think we'll be visiting again. Having a 4yr old who sometimes cannot 'wait' . . . . we'll just go somewhere else, more reliable, with better facilities.

Not a bad Costa this one. Just a couple of staff though, so although we managed to get served quite quickly, a queue of 10 did mount up about 10 minutes later. The view across the carpark is not inspiring but strangely fascinating. Coffee good, cakes good, and if you get there before 11am, you can buy a bacon roll for £2 instead of £3.50 to accompany your medium/large drink.

Nice airy seating area but staff so slow and with zero customer skills other than chatting with their friends. Half the tables were uncleared, making it difficult to find somewhere to sit. Def not up to usual standard, perhaps just having a bad day…

Lovely service and staff. My 7yo loved his chocolate frappe, thank you Ellaine, after the mint choc-chip was not what he expected. So kind.

Normal Costa decent sitting area though. Cappuccino way too much even a small is too big but guess people like more ...takes away the taste of the coffee ☕ It would be nice if Costas had a bit more greens you could eat. But I treated my mum so that all that matters.

Excellent drinks and food, staff are brilliant too so friendly would recommend when shopping pop in you won’t regret it

This Costa is located in Telford Odeon Cinema...first film of the day starts at 10am...so why does the Costa only open at 10am? Not ideal. And what makes it worse are the staff, who seem to have a very poor attitude - making us feel like we're a burden to them. We will use a different cinema and coffee shop in future.

Always go to Costa never had a reason to go anywhere else 👍

I love they have more vegan range! We had vegan ham and cheese sandwiches with vegan chocolate and I had an ice coffee with oatmilk. Very polite costumer service and they handled covid restrictions very well

I ordered a medium Americano and was charged for the cream! I've never been charged at any other Costa for cream??? I did question it but was charged £3 instead of the usual £2.40 anywhere else

I visited this place to have a nice Americano creamy coffee for the first time. The Coffee was great, also the staff were lovely too and a good setting. I would recomend to everyone.

Came here 2 months ago, to be told the dishwasher was broken, not a problem then, but the diswasher apparently is still broken, so we can't order a pot of tea, all drinks are served in takeaway cups & food in bags, how does a company of this size of Costa justify in serving drinks & food in throw away cups etc. I find this unacceptable in the current climate. Also the customer service leaves alot to be desired. The 3 young girls on duty were busy socialising with each other, one even folded her arms & looked bored whilst serving a customer, this is not the customer service that I have come to expect from Costa

The staff here are actually the nicest in Telford except for the one in Southwater. The coffee is also the best too, not burnt like I've noticed in so many Costa's. The four stars is for the public. In this branch, they're some of the rudest and unfriendliest. Waiting in the queue today, the lady after me gave me daggers after I ordered the last chocolate twist. Then after sitting down, proceeded to get stared at for daring to have my chair in the way of this couple's rampaging kid. I'm not sure if it's the typical Next kind of customer or what, but it's not the first time we've been silently judged for breathing. Can't be helped, I know, but if you're looking for a friendly environment, go to the Southwater one. For the better coffee, this one is your best Costa.

Made coffee far to strong but good apart from that

I'm not a fan of coffee places really as all I ever want is a white coffee. I'm still clueless to what that is in today's coffee but I have a cafe latte which I like. You can get all your flappa chapa mocha chinos. But the main reason for me is there cakes rocky Road shortbread ones little donuts there great worth the trip if you want a break from shopping.

Been here before and the coffee is fine, just as good as any other branch. However, unfortunately informed in person today at 9.15 that they don't open at 9am on Sundays as shown via the Google page here, thus, wasted wander on the way to retail park on a day off. Please change this and/or inform customers when you do open rather than state that you're not, as your homepage simply suggests when you're open until.

Coffee is ok as you would expect! But the place itself is run down and filthy dirty. Has the most dysfunctional service area I’ve seen in a Costa.

I love Costa. Nobody does coffee like them. I prefer a latte and haven't managed to find anywhere that makes it taste this good. I'm a bit of a conossuier.

Lovely comfortable place but food and drinks are hugely overpriced. Big windows to people watch, and shops just at the door.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I like my cappuccino with a dense form, they'll do it. I like my sugar in the cup before they pour, they'll do it. I talk to them about coffee and they have an interest in it. Good people that make an awesome coffee!
