Always great food and they are doing healthier food these days - staff pleasant but they do get busy - have to go early though because they never seem to have enough in fridge/chiller and I have found that at most Greggs.

Ok so it’s busy. It’s coming up to Christmas. The staff work very hard but the tables weren’t cleared. But we sat down and had sandwiches & sausages rolls with a latte. I love Greggs. Food is always fresh and tasty. Coffee was hot. And all the food that’s left over they gift it to the homeless every night - So everything is cooked fresh every day guaranteed.

We called in for lunch. Food was piping hot, seating was comfy & clean. Staff were really nice. We were served by a tall young fella who was polite and took time to speak to my son. Greggs is always good, but this Greggs is doing everything right. Thank you.

Visited here to try the pumpkin spiced drink, should of stuck to starbucks, the staff took forever to serve me when it wasn't even busy they were too busy talking, after being served I realised that the staff member who served me had the flu but her supervisor told her to serve the last few customers then she could go home, if you have the flu in a food and drink job role, you should not be working whilst ill, where in this case the supervisior didn't care that she would pass it on over the food and drink and to the customers, within 24 hours later I started getting ill and have had a long lasting flu symptoms and sickness bug, today would be the 10th day I've had it all thanks to the company not sticking to there health and hygiene codes with a staff member being ill and still working, contaminating the food and drink so everyone gets her bug, I will never be visiting any Gregg's again as they don't know how to use there hygiene and illness codes

Great service and fast staff. Food was at great quality for the price. There is a small range of drinks that need improving but other than that best place for a quick snack in the day

This chain has killed off the local bakery trade in our area and now we’re stuck with no variety just the same boring stuff with cheap ingredients

As expected from a Nando’s but did mess up my order and then take quite a while getting it to me. Other than that waitress was great

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - AT ALL COSTS!!! After spending £14.40 in Telford Tesco's cafe upstairs today 'James' the 'Manager' wanted me to pay for another drink, for another cup & saucer (which I would not drink, since the pot of tea purchased was adequate enough, as my daughter didn't like the medium latte purchased at £3.40 a pop!) After he plonked the very small jug of milk on the counter he said under his breath, 'we're not a charity'. I don't expect this Cafe to be a charity but as a fee-paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect don't you think? Note to 'James' - since you refused to give me your full name or your manager's name (you lied since he/she does exist according to Tesco), I have lodged a formal complaint with Tesco's manager at customer services (Steve Joyce). I don't expect anything will change for the better & suspect, it'll be brushed under the carpet. You should undergo some form of customer service training since, you clearly lack the skills required, to deal with members of the public i.e. your customers, in a professional & respectful manner. If you're chasing the money but don't seem to be having the footfall expected (since the cafe seemed to be too quiet for a lunchtime, even on bank holiday), maybe have a think about how you treat your customers - we're not all freeloaders - as you seem to suggest about me. From now on, I will spend my hard earned cash (I do work for a living) & go to Costa or Starbucks, not far from this cafe instead (& maybe, they'll give me a cup & saucer for free - now that"s a concept). In summary, staff on till/chef - ok, food - good, latte - terrible - shame about the manager! To confirm, 0 (Zero) Stars - inadequate & needs drastic improvement by removing 'James' pronto!
