Went on a Sunday had two paninis one piece of ham and one piece of cheese undercooked had to send back , no apology it was recookef but still mostly bread , avoid at all costs

Paid for extra hash browns and received none.

Missing nearly all of my order. I did not receive my drink with syrup or my chips. I literally just got a sandwich, which wasn't even warm.

Expensive but it was New Year’s Day and no where else was open

Madison is a great member of staff and always gives good service at the cafe. My family and I never have any problems

Prices very good not a huge menu but food to suit everybody. Place clean and tidy. Toilet there as well and high chairs for children.

The breakfast! No mushroom, no tomatoes! And it was half breakfast size! Tea not included 🙄 no wouldn't bother again.

The delivery driver left the drinks as confirmed by the restaurant. Had to place the order again and when the same delivery driver came the 2nd time he was incredibly rude. Will not be ordering from here again as that driver seems to mainly deliver for this restaurant.

First time having breakfast at Tesco cafe and definitely not the last. Great selection of choices of food and very tasty too.

Fantastic staff and a pleasant place to be. We have sat to feed our baby while enjoying a coffee many times.

food was both burnt and cold, toast was unedible so was not happy. Only item of food that was warm was the baked beans

Lovely to enjoying a tea break there even if you are not going for a shopping at the supermarket. All staff are nice & helpful.

Bacon slice was shocking there was only one bite that wasn’t f the fat around the side Hash browns burnt both - couldn’t eat them Egg was in 3 pieces in the box everything was just dumped in a small box of sausage was bed. Absolutely shocking breakfast

Food delivered cold and instructions for bread and butter rather then toast was ignored

Both coffees missing. I have requested a refund immediately. Very poor service

Used the cafe twice in three days for a light breakfast and lunch. Very nice and reasonably priced with good service. Happy to use again when visiting the area.

Paid £2.70 for toast. It was thin and the butter they used was sick!!! Avoid couldn’t eat it

This was quite a nice cafe with good hot and cold food and drink options, not worth a fifth star because it about as far away from the entrance and exit door to the supermarket as you could possibly get! Really, it's almost as if they dont want you to use it.

Pay £4:60 for the millionairs mocha for it to arrive without the topping so no cream and no sprinkle bits so I basically got a white americano and some sort.of Caramel won't be ordering again

The scampi and chips were the best I’ve had in a long time. My son wasn’t too happy with the waffle and chicken as the waffles were slightly burnt in places and the chicken was dry.

Items were missing and staff were not very helpful when called to ask about it. No refund offered

The whole meal was cold when it arrived and I had to reheat it which meant the taste was really poor!! Would not order again

Excellently packaged and hot on arrival.

Disappointed didn’t have any black pudding and just added an extra sausage without contact. Food was Luke warm at best . Butter was in a bag which was beside the food box and was melted. Expensive for what’s it was in my opinion.

I ordered the breakfast which was very nice apart from the sausage being slightly undercooked for my liking. Having the option of fried bread is a real bonus. All round decent breakfast and I would order again.

Arrived on time and still hot..packaged well and cooked to perfection 🙂

Not received this food an want a refund

Sausages were underdone, bacon was burnt, mushroom tasted of nothing egg was rubbery and no butter for the toast. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had

Food was really nice and highly Recommend but would of liked a bit more for the price was left still hungry could of eat two

First off started with a 10 minute wait time in the queue only 2 people in front of me then after about 20 minutes of waiting for food the chef came out confused by my order of having the breakfast without beans or bacon and when it finally came out 15 minutes later the food was stone cold and they’d forgotten half the order would not recommend and will not be returning

Such poor service. No urgency work in slow motion and try to smile its polite to acknowledge customers. Wow amazing rubbish experience! Would not recommend unless staff is better trained!

My breakfast was left on doorstep without me knowing and was cold and no chocolate muffin in my order !

Lovely food, quick friendly service.

Unfortunately not great. Lime crush drink had tipped out in the paper bag and gone over the food. So ended up with soggy boxes of food and no drink. Fish fingers were all in little bits and pieces. Kids Apple juice had no straws, so just little cartons.

I think it's pretty expensive for what is a supermarket cafe food, but I knew this before ordering and had a good idea what quality the food would be and there were no surprises, the food quality was decent, nothing world beating, but nice. The real downside was the fact the food turned up late and cold. There was a minor warmth to it, but had clearly either been sat on the side for a bit awaiting the delivery driver, or the driver has been doing other things before arriving at my house. Either way, I ended up eating cold food. I think the pricing could use a bit of a drop, but the delivery service NEEDS sorting out, because you can not keep sending out cold food like that.

Worst breakfast I have ever had, everything was stone cold, very poor quality ingredients. £27 for two breakfasts (that the dog ate) and two drinks...horrendous. Don't waste your money

Lovely breakfast very tasty arrived hot and in a nice box with a separate bag of napkins, salt pepper sauces and knife and fork. Would definitely recommend

Much improved restaurant very reasonable meals with the calorie count labelled clearly. A bit chilly due to the air-con vents.

Poor experience at this cafe. After placing order I noticed how unclean the whole cafe area looked. Tables not cleared away, floor littered and the clean cutlery was anything but. Only two staff observed to be working and despite requesting clean cutlery this did not materialise. At time of my visit cafe was not busy ( only 4 tables occupied) however no clearing away of tables undertaken. Food was OK and staff approach was acceptable.

I had the beef burger and it was fantastic. Friendly staff and great food. The only reason for not giving a 5 star was the dirty cutlery. I had to clean that myself. To be fair it was dishwasher stains but still unpleasant to look at.
