Euston Way Beefeater in Telford and Wrekin

Stayed for work, food was good one night, not so much the other. Took quite a while to arrive. One member of staff was so lovely, the other two were quite rude towards us which let it down. Actually seating area was cleaner than most beefeaters I've visited so that was nice.

Work trips bring me here regularly for breakfast. Always good quality spread, and friendly service from Janet and team who always make us feel welcome.

Met by Jackie on both nights. Lovely lady, helpful and friendly. On second night young girl, didn't get a name, was excellent on food and drinks. Fast efficient and again very friendly. Food was good, loved the Ribs. The breaded mushrooms don't seem to have changed when they were my go to starter in the 80s. Crowd is anice mix of locals and Premier Inn.

We had a Mother’s Day meal, so it was really busy. There were 9 of us & we loved the atmosphere: Jade & another young lady served us, didn’t catch her name. They were helpful friendly & totally professional, even when Jade had to let us know they had run out of Black Forest gateau. She looked genuinely mortified. We weren’t fussed, it was to takeaway anyway. Would definitely go back as it was our 1st time eating there.

12 of us went for Mother’s Day booked for 3 pm didn’t get food till 5pm excuse was it was busy because of Mother’s Day but as a customer don’t see how this was our problem we pre booked as did everyone else so they knew how many customers they were due when food finally arrived it was not worth the wait Only good thing was waitress named Jade lovely lady

An absolutely fantastic experience at this pub ! with superb food that was very tasty and fresh and the staff were brilliant and Jade was so kind , very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our evening perfect. We are so grateful and please keep up the good work guys and we will be back very soon.

I took my father for a meal and he thoroughly enjoyed it. He couldn't eat it all so the rest was boxed up to go. Great service, great food and in a convenient location. Thank you to our hostess Amy. I'm sorry the service charge wasn't included, I thought it would be. Great place and highly recommended.

Always a good breakfast. Service keeps up with sometimes heavy demand. A regular stop for us.

The service from Jade was superb. The food was excellent, both meals. Very tasty and served very quickly. Overall excellent and definitely will come back. Atmosphere was great. Music was good and not too loud.

I went with family for a birthday meal, I really love this place, if you join the loyalty scheme you get amazing discounts, staff are always nice and especially Fi who was funny and made the meal memorable and enjoyable. The team are really nice. Food was excellent and the dessert was good value

Staying at the hotel next door for work, got the meal plan for the week. Food was good, service exceptional. Jade was really on the ball and friendly with the service. Would certainly go again even when it isn't free.

We usually stop for a quick breakfast here but the quality Sunday wasn’t the best. We arrived at 10.30 booked a table. Our welcome wasn’t great and rather stern the expression did change once we explained we booked this was the manager on duty. We pay the same price than if we arrive at 8.00am and the quality is vastly different. It’s clear you don’t want the late custom and we will perhaps look for somewhere else to have a pit stop for breakfast. Beefeater is meant to be family friendly and this Sunday it didn’t feel that at all, compared to other visits. We frequent beefeaters and travel here from Hereford since the closing. Doubt this will be happening on a Sunday again I’m afraid. On this occasion it was not worth the money.

I enjoyed a nice hot breakfast here. There was a good choice of food and plenty to choose from. It was less than a 1 minute walk from the Premier Inn.

Stayed 1 night next door at premier inn so had dinner here. Chargrilled Oscar sirloin steak absolutely gorgeous cooked to perfection. Came with asparagus, lovely thickly cut chips prawns and crab flavoured creamy sauce. Well worth trying. Staff super friendly. Plenty of parking and good atmosphere even though not very busy at the time I was there.

Been in multiple times when staying at the premier inn next door. Always friendly service and good food

Tegan provided great service and was attentive on my visit here, the place was busy due to a conference locally. The food was as to be expected although it felt a little bit rushed.

We never felt rushed and everything was brilliant. Food felt a little rushed but understandable with the pressure of the amount of customers

This was a brilliant restaurant for lunch, with a warm interior replicating greenery! The Christmas decorations at the time of visit were nice and leather seating is comfortable, counter is neat in itself. I had a diet coke to accompany the fresh Chicken Wings with a delicious spicy sauce, servers were friendly and cleanliness was solid!

Jade and emily made are meal that more welcoming and would definitely come back because of then. Food was also yummy too

The staff were fantastic but there was not enough of them, terribly under staffed but they did an amazing job and still with a smile. Food was good. Will definitely go back again, hopefully after taking on more staff.

5 star all round for the buffet breakfast. Warm welcome from Will, food was tasty, hot and everything available. Highly recommend.

Paige looked after us really well after a long journey. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very welcoming and attentive. She also was on duty when we came back for an early breakfast: still with the same brilliant attitude - thank you.

Had such a lovely experience. While away. Fi the waitress was amazing making sure everything was perfect for us as we were here for a few nights. Made my experience 100% times better.

Four of us ate there on Monday 3rd Feb 25. Waitress, Fi, was extremely helpful (& quick!). Lauren had taken orders. Food very good.

There was 8 of us and they found a good table,the food was really good and hot and was keeped full would of liked tinned tomatoes but that's just me,the staff where all lovely will be going back

You get what you pay for food average, some items missing from mixed grill again service average large group of travellers present very loud and rude to staff

We were denied entry twice around 6:00 p.m. because it was full, but in fact there was no one and there were free tables and we were waiting and no one occupied the tables. We stayed at the hotel and there is advertising for this restaurant everywhere, but if they don't welcome people, what's the point of advertising a place if they don't allow entry? Google asks us for photos of our experience at the restaurant but we can't leave them because they didn't let us dine in an empty restaurant. Not ecommended at all...

I only give one star because there is no choices for less, we went today at 6:00 p.m. Thursday 30/01 to celebrate my 47th birthday and the person at the reception looked at us up and down despotically and gave us an excuse that there were no tables, my friend and I asked if we could come back later and he told us at 7: 45 p.m., we went back to the hotel that was next door (which by the way the hotel in all the rooms and in the reception promoted the said restaurant) We returned at 7:45 p.m. to the restaurant and the receptionist did not want to come over to greet us and looked at us from afar until she decided to come to the reception to talk to us and tell us again that there was no space to serve us and that for today there would be no more table for us, with the best energy and a smile on our faces we left and when we got to the exit we saw with my friend from the parking lot that (empty tables) we could see between 5 and 10 empty tables inside the restaurant without customers... there are none Problem with all that, we were thinking of spending the next 5 days eating at that restaurant because we have a reservation at the hotel next door, but with all the good energy we grabbed the car and now we are at TGI Fridays waiting for our ribs. I feel sorry for the owner of the establishment who has lost 10 lunches and 10 dinners due to the total number of people who had no problem consuming the most expensive dish on the menu….. (celebrating my birthday in another different establishment that has no problem receiving two Latin people wanting to enjoy a dinner (by the way, if the security cameras in the establishment work this whole situation, the general manager of the company will be able to corroborate all this) it is a shame because after driving by road from Glasgow, even in the other corner of the UK, one continues to find situations like this Spanish 👇 I only put one star because there are no less, we went today at 6:00 p.m. Thursday 01/30 to celebrate my 47th birthday and the person at the reception looked at us from top to bottom despotically and gave us an excuse that there were no tables, my friend and I asked him if we could come back later and he told us at 7:00 p.m.: 45 hours, we returned to the hotel that was next door (which, by the way, the hotel advertised the aforementioned restaurant in all the rooms and at the reception) We returned to the restaurant at 7:45 p.m. and the receptionist did not want to come and greet us and looked at us from afar until she decided to come to the reception to talk to us and tell us again that there was no space to serve us and that there was no room for us today. Great hotel, in a central location, ideally located for travel round the local area. Staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. Would recommend. Emily and Kerry make you feel right at home

Originally rated 1 star, however has became so much better since management change. Had a lovely lunch today, good service, excellent food. Was served by Emily who made it a pleastly remberable afternoon.

Me My Husband and my Adult Son went for a Meal about 3 Hours ago and the Food was Amazing The Service and the Atmosphere 110% for everything we will definitely be booking again in the near future The Steak Sampler for Son was absolutely Delicious he said and well worth the money The Surf n Turf Sirloin was also Delicious and well worth the money I had the Smothered Chicken it was that good that I managed to eat it all and I'm not a big Eater lol, And also had drinks too, My Son had taken his Dad for a Birthday and was well worth coming to The Beef Eater in Euston way opposite the Train Station in Telford I would Highly recommend it to everyone who loves a good steak and other meals they provide as well there The Staff were very Polite and friendly and made us feel Welcome as we walked in and we were shown to our Table we weren't rushed and were given plenty of time to look at the Menu, Ceri and Amy and Will were all extremely helpful and looked after us while we were there thank you so much for a wonderful Meal and the service you Provided 😀 Kind Regards Helen C From Telford Shropshire 👍.

The breakfast is decent - good choice Staff were all friendly. Would recommend booking in advance for dinner as it was quite busy. Really enjoyed the fish & chips. Was disappointed by the vegan burger because it was supposed to have vegan 'bacon' but mine didn't.

Very friendly and quick service. Food was good value for money and tasty. We weren't drinking and the first two non-alcoholic drinks we ordered weren't available, but everything else was good. It's a chain pub which does meals and they were also setting up breakfast for the hotel the next morning so the atmosphere was what you'd expect.

The food was ok along with the service. However, the restaurant was really cold. Not only for dinner but also for breakfast, where other guests were also sitting around in coats and outside clothes

We had an excellent meal here, the night before our daughter's wedding in Telford. Best steaks we've had for a long time and Ceri provuddd wonderful friendly service

We visited here for our pre-christmas get-together. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be back. Service was second to none, fun, friendly, attentive staff, making sure we were happy at all times. Providing recommendations, which is a bit unusual at a chain restaurant, but very welcome, thank you to Fi our server. The restaurant itself was spotless, no untidy tables and we weren't left sitting with finished plates, fabulous. Toilets too were very clean. In fact it was so good we're intending on having our monthly dinner here. 😊 One of the best eating experiences I've had in Telford. Highly recommend. 😊

Went for lunch, extremely disappointed the waitress was not at all attentive, ordered drinks, left sat on the bar so we had to go and fetch these ourselves after waiting 15 minutes. Food was of very poor quality and cold. Customer service in the place is to be desired. I most certainly will not be returning or recommending. I don’t normally provide feedback but after such a bad experience today I wouldn’t want anyone else wasting there good earned money

Had a 50% off voucher which the staff put as many obstacles or reasons I could not use.

Had a couple of celebration meals here over the past month and the service was amazing. Emily made us very welcome and her assertiveness was second to none. Charlie the chef was so lovely to our grandson and really made his day, by cooking an amazing steak. Our whole experience was superb, memorable and thoroughly enjoyed by us all. On arrival were greeted with a very grumpy lady, service took forever 2hrs so long we had no time to have desert and grandma had signed in for 25%discount but email hadn’t arrived and the manager was extremely aggressive - a family occasion ruined by the service and manger also food was awful turkey was so dry I left half the meal. Very disappointing

Fantastic service again by Emily. One of our family favourites to visit theoughout the year! Food was amazing so much so hubby even ordered a second Sunday lunch!

What a lovely place to eat. The staff are all pleasant and smiley; nothing was too much trouble for them. Sn example was that I had seen a chicken makhani curry on the website but it wasn't available for evening meals but, I only had to ask, they checked to see if I could have one and came back and said it was no problem. Where else would you get that personal service? 8 off us in the party and every one of us was complimentary about the whole experience.
