Food as always was amazing as was Fi who's service was impeccable. Thank you Fi.

Went for a meal yesterday. Not a place I'll be rushing to go back to. Waited 45 minutes for our food and even then had to send it back as they had got my order wrong. One of the waitresses was bolshy and rude, bad mouthing other members of staff and had an unfriendly attitude. Very disappointing visit

Stayed at the premier inn for work and ate at the Beefeater. Great service by Jade and the steak was lovely

Front of house staff and service was amazing. Special mention to the waitress Connie, and the management staff (who's name I unfortunately did not catch) who went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience and great meal after a system issue that delayed our order. Food was amazing, atmosphere was so nice and welcoming. Will definitely be coming here again.

I am carer and I have been to so many pubs before but trust me nothing beats Euston Way Beefeater! From the service food atmosphere and i would like to thank Lauren and Will for such an amazing experience. I felt so vakued abd everything was on point . I would highly recommend and will definitely be cominh back here. The food was delicious. Thank you once again

Spent my aunties 60th birthday here. Was a lovely breakfast and the service from Janet.B was wonderful. Every time we come here she’s so friendly and welcoming , no complaints.

Food abysmal quality. I had gammon and after 24 hours I am still not 100% sure which part of the pig that stuff came from - Im thinking foreskin. My colleagues schnitzel needed a jack hammer to cut it. Not a good experience at all. Shame as the breakfast the following morning was great! As were the staff!

Didn't have food. We had pot oftea and cup lattee. My cup was dirty I had to sent it back not very impressed.

Had a Great restaurant for singles or large groups great service. Plenty of varied seating areas. You don't need to be in the Premier in to enjoy a breakfast, can be paid for separately.

A group of 12 Veterans visited from Liverpool. Excellent hosting & service, we found Emily & Ceri to be really welcoming & friendly.

A shame to write this but our recent trip was far from the standard we usually find at a Beefeater… On arrival we were seated by a pleasant member of staff however our servers attitude had a lot to be desired. She was very abrasive; verging on rude on several separate occasions. My partners hot drink came out stone cold; she questioned exactly how warm my partner was expecting… i ordered my steak medium; came out pale grey and incredibly well done… it almost appeared boiled… We happened to be sat under a sign that promoted a discount offered to emergency services and armed forces - as i qualified i downloaded the code required and screen shot it. When it came to pay the server then refused the code as i could have made it up - then stood over my shoulder as she made me redownload a new code to prove i wasn’t lying. That for me was the final straw. We were staying at the attached hotel; we were a captive and easy return table - but the rudeness of the server and the seriously substandard food (compared to previous beefeater’s we’ve been to) put us off returning completely. Thankfully this actual meant we discovered some really lovely local alternatives that we would have missed if we hadn’t have had to venture out each night!

Food was bad quality, my bacon was burnt and hard.The portion was small My sons steak and ale pie tasted like tinned meat with no ale flavour, there's looked tinned It was all so unpleasant we didn't stay for desserts. I would have liked the waitress to have asked if we wanted any drinks , before ordering and not a personal fan of waiting staff having acrylic nails Won't be going back again My sons steak

On arrival all was brilliant, welcomed by Emily once again. The light above us was flickering and asked if it could be switched off, we could have moved but chose to stay at the table. Plenty of hot food, not many pastries left but didn’t take long to be filled back up. The cold drinks table had been moved from previous weeks and it was awkward to stretch for a glass, not ideal at all. The one hot plate was broken so all hot food was crammed onto the one table causing issues with putting the lids wherever there was space to get the food on your plate. Emily and Janet helped as much as they could, Emily is very friendly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.

Had some really nice food, served quickly and the food was hot. Server Fi was really friendly and had a bit of a laugh which always make the experience better.

Popped in for lunch with my 2 young children. Staff were super friendly and made a real fuss over them, which was lovely. Food was delicious, and arrived quickly (again, great service with young kids) Overall, atmosphere was lovely, and cleanliness was superb. Will definitely revisit

Due to my son’s serious food allergies we struggle to go out, but I rang ahead and spoke to Lauren who went through the menu with me - she went above and beyond and the food was amazing - it’s so nice that a restaurant takes allergies seriously and all the staff were amazing - Lauren was really attentive and made my son feel very special and not an inconvenience as he has in the past by other establishments.

Spent 3 days and Lauren really looked after us and very helpful, I will definitely visit again

This has become a regular for myself and family. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so welcoming and professional. In our opinion it is the best place for a steak in Telford.

I eat here regularly and it's always fantastic food and great atmosphere Over the last year or so you can see the little changes that have made the experience so much better

Ate here today as a table of 3. Food was amazing but the service how ever was absolutely shocking. Ceri T served us at the bar and must be the most rude barmaid/waitress I have ever come across. When ordering food at the bar Ceri was nothing but rude from the start, made an effort to say thank you and please but to still have nothing but rudeness and very quick blunt answers back followed with attitude. After having our food Ceri came and collected drinks at our table to which I said Hi how are you and thank you to which again I received no reply and just a dirty look.

We were served by Kim on Friday evening. Food was great (far better than we expected), we had steaks which were perfect. The chimichuri sauce was fantastic. Kim was very helpful and pleasant and we had a great time. We would happily come back. Thank you!

Our thanks to Jade and her two colleagues who served us our meal. The food was very nice, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. We had a very pleasant meal :) The questions attached to this review offered steak and chips as a meal - I had steak and salad, but it was as nice as steak and chips :)

Really disappointed spent over £60 to smell them painting walls with gloss etc making the pub smell of paint while your eating!! To top it off ordered food asked for mixed grill but upgraded it asked for it to be blue to receive it medium rare!! Told them no mushrooms food had to be sent back also had a friend who food was well over cooked and chips wasn’t hot !! Told not even get an apology of how sorry had to go looking for the staff to complain about the food took time with getting drinks on refill basis but what really did it they assumed my assistance dog was a blind dog it’s like seriously look with your eyes don’t not assume ! It’s like a total disrespect almost discrimination towards an dog and a human should dedicate days where it’s closed or have a close day to do any painting etc that way it’s not going to affect customers suffered with headaches due to the paint smells totally inappropriate and embarrassment walked in several staff to be seen then boom they vanish it’s like what the heck are you doing it’s a business not a playground to go play hide and seek it be safe to say I don’t think I would want to re visit unless major improvements shame really no wonder why business owners are struggling look at the bigger picture and the small things you do that have consequences use the ripple effect!!!

I’ve eaten here on many occasions and it’s always a great experience. The staff are incredibly polite and nothing is ever too much trouble. There’s a lovely, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home every time. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the breakfast, staff extremely helpful. Much prefer the personal service than ordering food through an app. Had an issue with the hot food which was quickly and satisfactorily dealt with.

Closing for drinks whilst the pub is busy at 20:30 on Sunday, totally disgusting!!! Not even asked if we'd like another drink, staff very rude and extremely unprofessional!!!!! AVOID like the plague!!!!! I recognise the management from another place, this went the same way as well!!!! I will now write to the Chairman of Whitbread to ensure this is looked into, until I receive a response I'll avoid any Whitbread businesses and encourage others to do the same, given I'm a business customer and the nature of my business, I can have a postive or negative affect on businesses that perform or do not perform. I believe in customer service and I saw no evidence of it tonight in the Beefeater!!!

ABSOLUTETLY GUTTED!!! We arrived to the Premier Inn (Telford Central) by Taxi, and went to the Beefeater for a meal and drinks (as you would expect), just to find that they had STOPPED serving meals just before 19:30 on Sunday eveining, to make matters worse they refused us drinks at just half-past 8 without informing us when we were sitting outside in the sun. The Beefeater website CLEARLY STATES "The establishment is open until 22:30, so does Google". Yet we are asked to leave with an empty drink just after 20:30. When I confronted the staff, they were VERY agressive, i felt intimidated! So, therefore we are now isolated in the hotel without an evening meal, and we are very thirsty after our long trip. Unfortuantely, the vending machine is not working, therefore the only way I can get refreshments is through another taxi off the complex. Absolutely DISAPPOINTED and will NOT be back again. I do not reccomend this establishment to any other travellers thinking about coming here. Premier Inn staff are really friendly, the Beefeater staff totally let this place down.

Stayed for work, food was good one night, not so much the other. Took quite a while to arrive. One member of staff was so lovely, the other two were quite rude towards us which let it down. Actually seating area was cleaner than most beefeaters I've visited so that was nice.

Work trips bring me here regularly for breakfast. Always good quality spread, and friendly service from Janet and team who always make us feel welcome.

Met by Jackie on both nights. Lovely lady, helpful and friendly. On second night young girl, didn't get a name, was excellent on food and drinks. Fast efficient and again very friendly. Food was good, loved the Ribs. The breaded mushrooms don't seem to have changed when they were my go to starter in the 80s. Crowd is anice mix of locals and Premier Inn.

We had a Mother’s Day meal, so it was really busy. There were 9 of us & we loved the atmosphere: Jade & another young lady served us, didn’t catch her name. They were helpful friendly & totally professional, even when Jade had to let us know they had run out of Black Forest gateau. She looked genuinely mortified. We weren’t fussed, it was to takeaway anyway. Would definitely go back as it was our 1st time eating there.

12 of us went for Mother’s Day booked for 3 pm didn’t get food till 5pm excuse was it was busy because of Mother’s Day but as a customer don’t see how this was our problem we pre booked as did everyone else so they knew how many customers they were due when food finally arrived it was not worth the wait Only good thing was waitress named Jade lovely lady

An absolutely fantastic experience at this pub ! with superb food that was very tasty and fresh and the staff were brilliant and Jade was so kind , very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our evening perfect. We are so grateful and please keep up the good work guys and we will be back very soon.

I took my father for a meal and he thoroughly enjoyed it. He couldn't eat it all so the rest was boxed up to go. Great service, great food and in a convenient location. Thank you to our hostess Amy. I'm sorry the service charge wasn't included, I thought it would be. Great place and highly recommended.

I went with family for a birthday meal, I really love this place, if you join the loyalty scheme you get amazing discounts, staff are always nice and especially Fi who was funny and made the meal memorable and enjoyable. The team are really nice. Food was excellent and the dessert was good value

We usually stop for a quick breakfast here but the quality Sunday wasn’t the best. We arrived at 10.30 booked a table. Our welcome wasn’t great and rather stern the expression did change once we explained we booked this was the manager on duty. We pay the same price than if we arrive at 8.00am and the quality is vastly different. It’s clear you don’t want the late custom and we will perhaps look for somewhere else to have a pit stop for breakfast. Beefeater is meant to be family friendly and this Sunday it didn’t feel that at all, compared to other visits. We frequent beefeaters and travel here from Hereford since the closing. Doubt this will be happening on a Sunday again I’m afraid. On this occasion it was not worth the money.

I enjoyed a nice hot breakfast here. There was a good choice of food and plenty to choose from. It was less than a 1 minute walk from the Premier Inn.

Stayed 1 night next door at premier inn so had dinner here. Chargrilled Oscar sirloin steak absolutely gorgeous cooked to perfection. Came with asparagus, lovely thickly cut chips prawns and crab flavoured creamy sauce. Well worth trying. Staff super friendly. Plenty of parking and good atmosphere even though not very busy at the time I was there.

Tegan was very attentive on a very busy night with a company conference in the premier inn next door. She was very confident and chatty, commenting on the quality aftershave my colleague was wearing. We never felt rushed and everything was brilliant. Food felt a little rushed but understandable with the pressure of the amount of customers

This was a brilliant restaurant for lunch, with a warm interior replicating greenery! The Christmas decorations at the time of visit were nice and leather seating is comfortable, counter is neat in itself. I had a diet coke to accompany the fresh Chicken Wings with a delicious spicy sauce, servers were friendly and cleanliness was solid!

Jade and emily made are meal that more welcoming and would definitely come back because of then. Food was also yummy too

The staff were fantastic but there was not enough of them, terribly under staffed but they did an amazing job and still with a smile. Food was good. Will definitely go back again, hopefully after taking on more staff.

Paige looked after us really well after a long journey. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very welcoming and attentive. She also was on duty when we came back for an early breakfast: still with the same brilliant attitude - thank you.

Had such a lovely experience. While away. Fi the waitress was amazing making sure everything was perfect for us as we were here for a few nights. Made my experience 100% times better.

We were denied entry twice around 6:00 p.m. because it was full, but in fact there was no one and there were free tables and we were waiting and no one occupied the tables. We stayed at the hotel and there is advertising for this restaurant everywhere, but if they don't welcome people, what's the point of advertising a place if they don't allow entry? Google asks us for photos of our experience at the restaurant but we can't leave them because they didn't let us dine in an empty restaurant. Not ecommended at all...

I only give one star because there is no choices for less, we went today at 6:00 p.m. Thursday 30/01 to celebrate my 47th birthday and the person at the reception looked at us up and down despotically and gave us an excuse that there were no tables, my friend and I asked if we could come back later and he told us at 7: 45 p.m., we went back to the hotel that was next door (which by the way the hotel in all the rooms and in the reception promoted the said restaurant) We returned at 7:45 p.m. to the restaurant and the receptionist did not want to come over to greet us and looked at us from afar until she decided to come to the reception to talk to us and tell us again that there was no space to serve us and that for today there would be no more table for us, with the best energy and a smile on our faces we left and when we got to the exit we saw with my friend from the parking lot that (empty tables) we could see between 5 and 10 empty tables inside the restaurant without customers... there are none Problem with all that, we were thinking of spending the next 5 days eating at that restaurant because we have a reservation at the hotel next door, but with all the good energy we grabbed the car and now we are at TGI Fridays waiting for our ribs. I feel sorry for the owner of the establishment who has lost 10 lunches and 10 dinners due to the total number of people who had no problem consuming the most expensive dish on the menu….. (celebrating my birthday in another different establishment that has no problem receiving two Latin people wanting to enjoy a dinner (by the way, if the security cameras in the establishment work this whole situation, the general manager of the company will be able to corroborate all this) it is a shame because after driving by road from Glasgow, even in the other corner of the UK, one continues to find situations like this Spanish 👇 I only put one star because there are no less, we went today at 6:00 p.m. Thursday 01/30 to celebrate my 47th birthday and the person at the reception looked at us from top to bottom despotically and gave us an excuse that there were no tables, my friend and I asked him if we could come back later and he told us at 7:00 p.m.: 45 hours, we returned to the hotel that was next door (which, by the way, the hotel advertised the aforementioned restaurant in all the rooms and at the reception) We returned to the restaurant at 7:45 p.m. and the receptionist did not want to come and greet us and looked at us from afar until she decided to come to the reception to talk to us and tell us again that there was no space to serve us and that there was no room for us today.
