my food wasnt delivered. the driver had said to the reception that he was waiting while i was dealing with a police matter and the driver was aware. the store were rude and requested further payment. thanks to JE my full refund is on its way. Mayada

Food was ready to collect (although app said 20 minutes) so glad I went earlier otherwise would have been cold. The two rating on the food was because the quesadilla had the wrong sauce / spice on it despite the receipt being correct as per the order.

Everything was good except for the corn. I don't know what changed, but the corn has been very tough and the kernels popped as if they are overcooked.

Pepe's used to be our go to takeaway as the food was always delicious, piping hot and arrived earlier the planned. The last 2 orders haven't been as good. Chips were cold, lacking piri piri seasoning despite paying extra. We also paid for an extra chimmichurri dip and didn't get. qualified for free wings too, and didn't get those either! Real shame it's gone downhill.

Horrible experience. Drivers input incorrect details, deliver food without using the security code, and then refuse to re deliver the food. Still waiting on my refund. (Ps this isn’t the first time this has happened!).

Staff were friendly and food was cooked fresh. This Pepes really cares in preparing food not like other Pepes where they rush the cooking. Definitely will always go this Pepes going forward !!!

Taqib is so nice and food was great.Its the best halal food in Telford.Cheifs are better than London Pepe.They prepare very nice and fresh.

Food came here and was missing a portion of chips got wrong spice of chicken wings. Completely unacceptable spent £27 pound for it!!

Professional and polite, and quick

Fast delivery as usual and yummy food but the chips were really cold and we paid to upgrade to Peri Peri. Last time they barely had any seasoning on them, so this time I specifically wrote in the comments asking for more. We didn't get it. They only chuck abit of seasoning on the top and not all over the chips, not worth the 60p upgrade.

Looking for a quick bite and google found this little gem. Food was new to me and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My husbands burger was equally good. Good service even in tge face of my slow understanding due to being deaf. Will definitely be back next time we are in Telford. Ty

Never been delivered and when I called the place they lied the driver tried to call me but it never happened. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Avoid !! Very unfriendly and rude guy in the phone. Not helpful . Zero communication. Lost just delivery fee

Food didn’t arrive, no contact, called restaurant who hung up twice and wouldn’t explain what to do next to fix order.

I asked for a burger with no tomato i got the most plain burger you've ever seen, gutted I waited 20 minutes for this, how ever as plain as it was it tasted ok but it missed the cheese and salad I asked for I understand this place is busy and it does produce good food but to not give me what I asked for after waiting so long is a disappointment i will eat here again but I really would like what I asked for next time

The app shows delivered while I didn’t receive the food, called the restaurant they said driver will be there after some time but he didn’t show up, I would like to have a refund as I didn’t receive my order this is unfair.

One of the best pepes branches I have been too. Super clean, friendly staff and amazing food. Never been let down with the quality of food ever whether that is via delivery or in store collection. Top marks deffo not your average pepes one of the best for sure. Highly recommend if your in the area!!

Ordered at 630pm with delivery at 725pm. Called several times and said they had called us (they hadnt) as didnt have full address despite us giving over the phone multiple times. Ended up going to collect at 840pm. Shocking!

Rude staff member, looked at me like I was something he just trodden in. Cleanliness wasn't the best, staff member used toilets didn't wash his hands.

Your food was stale and cold lettuce looked days old and the carrot cake smelt off sorry but I was not happy with my order and it came to over £25 and it was realy disappointing

Gosh darn it. Blew my socks off! How can I be 30 mins late to collection and food is still hot?! Incredible food, it blew my mind when I had my first bite and that food was so delightful. Order from here over any fast food like kfc or McDonald’s. Garlic mayo? Fantastic! Chick’N’Rice? Fantastic! Wings? Fantastic!

Dropped by here tonight (Wellington branch) and I ordered 3 different meals. All were absolutely delicious and very flavorful. Nice and clean table to eat at too.
