I recently visited Pepe’s in Telford and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive. The variety on the menu ensured that there was something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the Chicken Burrito, which was seasoned to perfection. Overall, Pepe’s Telford offers a fantastic dining experience with top-notch service and mouth-watering food.

First experience of Pepe's. It's really, really nice, pretty much a fast food Nandos is the easiest way to describe it. Chicke Pita and Peri Peri chips was lovely and mild chicken strips. It's not a bad price and very friendly staff with quick service. Will be going back again

This Pepe's is by far the best Pepe's in the uk. Generous on the sauce and chicken portions, friendly astmosphere. Basit gave me excellent service on my most recent visit.

Food arrived nearly 30 mins late. Was cold and soggy. I ordered the new limited bbq loads fries came with hot sauce all over them so me and the kids couldn’t eat them The “plain” chicken I ordered for my child was spicy and so dry he couldn’t eat it. Waste of money after paying nearly £50 for our family meal. Pepes used to be good but the prices have increased and the quality of food has decreased. Won’t be going back again

We ordered through Deliveroo and our son’s food was missing from the order. After calling Pepe’s they delivered the missing food with additional food, and couldn’t be more apologetic. Food as always was great and service was top notch.

Following a work event, I was looking for food to eat as the food at the event wasn’t suitable for my diet. Ordered in the phone and by the time I arrived, the food was ready. The sister on the tills helped provide ample cutlery and made the service more enjoyable. Allahumma barik laha.

I ordered the extreme sauce on the loaded fries with cheese and extra chicken. For paying 13pounds for this I was surprised it came absolutely drenched in sauce. I mean literally drenched. I like super spicy food the sauce was good but the way that every single piece of it was DRENCHED in a thick layer of sauce was a bit absurd and made it impossible to eat it all & made it extremely soggy. Whereas my partners food had a regular amount of sauce on it almost felt like because I ordered extreme they were mocking me but idk. Would not have ordered the extreme sauce if I knew it wasn’t sauce on top, it would be quite literally drowning in it. Even then, the amount of sauce on this was absurd even with any other sauce as by the time it came in delivery it was all completely soggy.

Rather disappointed came in to get some food did my order went to pay was told cash then told I can bank transfer or pay via a payment app im sorry but with fraud and so forth not worth the risk. young kids play fighting in the corner near the till didn't feel the sort of establishment I'd of hoped it would of been definitely won't be coming back again

very poor service placed an order then had the order cancelled for no reason when phoning them they told me the order was still going ahead waited over 2 hours and still no show

Ordered on Uber eats for collection was told ready to collect. Got to the shop and waited 25 minutes for my order to come out. Got home and missing some of my order. When I called them the guy on the phone was rude and didn’t care. Bad service never going again.

Chicken is always pink, chips are rubbish too, burgers are mashed up… looks nothing like how it should. if this carries on I’m going to stop coming here and go to a competitor cause this is a real joke. How hard is it to cook chicken and not squash the burger. I suppose this is the issue you get when you employee people who don’t even speak good english. This burger in the picture was rotten too, why is 1/3 of it rock solid. No point saying give us another try when this has been happening for months and months.

Gave wrong order , didn’t bother making whole order fresh , gave back cold fries with my meal , flat drink with my meal having to Waite another 15/20 minutes , to top it of burger is soggy and burnt won’t ever be ordering from here again!

"Pepe's" is a fantastic place to eat. The service was great, and they make sure everything is clean and safe. If you like yummy food, you should go there!

Nice and clean environment. Slow music was pleasent and relaxing. Had a full peri peri chicken it was very delicious, well grilled. Execellent customer service and very polite staff.
