Always great service.. only grip is having a cold drink in the same bag as a hot subway.. however still a 5 star service.. thanks again 👌🏽

meatball marinara came stone cold as in its just came out of the fridge! in15+ years I've never ever had a cold one in my life! this was literally freezing!

The sandwiches were okay but there was a lot less salad than usual, quite disappointing.

I ordered a veggie delete. Which is salad and cheese. When it came there was an appalling amount of salad. It was basically just bread. In a cheese salad sandwich salad is a key ingredient. I put a complaint in. I get a call from the store. I explain the situation and that there was 5 tiny pieces of lettuce etc it’s key not a topping and so on. I get attitude from the caller with a comment of “well that’s just how it is”. If it was a meatball sub with one meatball you’d get complaints too.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star if that was an option! Ordered via Uber eats and received subs that were not toasted at all! Not even the patties! How can you eat this! No double cheese added when ordered! They should all be fired on the spot! Tried calling several times to complain with no answer! I will be reporting them!

They had toasted the whole sub with salad in side so salad had gone soggy and lettuce had gone brown it. It tasted awful, I never complain but it really was vile

Ordered food and still waiting for it today, called subway numerous of times for them not to answer.

I generally don't eat from subway because I got sick severely nearly 6 years ago (Harlesden branch) which saw me ending up in hospital.... Nonetheless, have recently moved to Telford and my craving for a specific texture and crunch of Ice is EXTREME high right now due to pregnancy! The 2 men who are generally always on shift have been very accommodating with this and my 3 times a week visit there. I had a sandwich this time 5/4/24 (just salad) and was okay also 😀 Really hope the ice cravings go as not exactly healthy but they definitely have not been rude or dismissive which is great...

My husband went into the restaurant, placed his order then received an important phone call. As he had placed his order, he left it with the team member and took the call. When finished on the call he returned and the team member had prepared and packed the order. However, the order was wrong in the most devastating way. The colleague had not put the correct sauces and salad on…our daughter has an egg allergy and he had put mayo on all the items!!! My husband paid and took the order not knowing, it was lucky I checked! Now I cannot contact the store as the phone just rings out! I ordered a double meat salad with no cucumber and Caesar sauce but got mayo and cucumber! And there was more lettuce and definitely not double meat. DO NOT ORDER HERE

bread was stale. we had toppings that wasn't requested which made it uneatable for 1 person. nachos was way overcooked. all in all really disappointed. and wasted money.

Okayish food is okay, but over priced

I went to the store this morning to get breakfast with a co worker the door was open so we walked in we was meet with gentleman behind the desk that just stared at us we ask if we could get a breakfast sub each at which point a very rude young lady came out of the back room gave a horrible look and told to leave as they where nt open I checked the time and it was 9.05 at which point my co work said the doors was open and it's 9.05 am at which the woman told us to shut up and get out I could nt believe my ear's we left the store and went to the subway on the Telford retail park where we was spoken too and severed extremely well by too very kind young lady's who that this was not the first time that they had heard of first happening please any thinking of going to lawley subway dnt just pop down the road to the retail park much nicer people 💯

Sandwiches are alright, I usually order in advance and they are always ready for collection, but stuff could be a bit more friendly, not like a robots quickly serving Sandwiches so they can go back to doing nothing.

Used a few times now (only because it’s local) I find the stuff quite rude, not very friendly at all and if you have a special order that isn’t on their board oh my God, it’s like you’re asking them to move the earth they look at you like your an alien, they’re not very accommodating for difference.. Food is nice but the staff need to be more accommodating and learn how to greet people with a smile

Very disappointed in the salad! It consisted of lettuce (lots of) and very little of anything else. Barely any cucumber, peppers, onion, sweetcorn, or olives, an adequate amount of pickles and jalapeños. It was basically a cardboard box full of lettuce and very little of anything else.. disappointed, not up to usual standard. The cookie order was wrong as well!

I ordered cookies and none were delivered

Came here the other day with my mom for lunch as we were out shopping, okay location just the parking can be hard to find a space to be fair, unless you park on Morrison's car park then it can be hard to park. Good service even if they forgot to cook the hash browns, but was quick service and happy to help etc. We took it away and enjoyed it and would recommend this subway over the others, they had the bread in stock etc. My mom enjoyed hers as well which is good as she's a fussy eater as well. Subway have stopped doing the subway melt as well which is my favorite sandwich have so have to pay more for it now which is the only annoying point, so feels like they are forcing me to buy other sandwiches which don't want.

Never received our subway salads

The driver pressed my intercom on the ground floor, I buzzed him to come in & he did not, I had to wait for him to buzz again & informed him that when I buzzed him in that he needed to open the door & enter the building, I live on the 2nd floor, I could hear him complaining about having to come up the stairs, he did not come right up to my door he passed the food through the railings, bad Customer Service from the driver, he needs to understand the delivery should be door to door.

In one of the sandwitch it wasnr a sos. Tortilla was witohout BBQ sos is well.

Lovely food but the staff are miserable / grumpy / rude which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere.

The worst service ever....second time we've been served by the same "lady", absolutely ignoring us, taking her time and pretending not understanding us and kept asking if that should be toasted when I told her 3 times before 'double toasted please' , she even burnt them...🤦‍♀️ and when we asked for a double cheese couple of times, she didn't mind putting only a single one on all 4 subs....ridiculous....definitely not going back to that Subway ever again.....

Quality was good but they didn't read my order correctly and added ingredients that I didn't ask for. Luckily I wasn't allergic but now have to spend time picking those ingredients out of my food

Normally food is great from Lawley and i tend to use more than others, this time my order was all wrong small meal instead of large and both sandwiches were empty of contents very disappointed.

Standard quality of food as expected at a Subway, but especially appreciated the friendliness and level of service (with a smile 😊) from the staff serving. Would be great to see outdoor seating as, after a long spout of cold and wet weather, we had a warm, partially sunny afternoon and would've just topped off a lunch outing for me!

Wot. I asked for Lettuce, cucumber and jalapeño, got about 90% jalapeño and 10% lettuce and cucumber. Cheese bites were freezing cold, squished and stuck together in one big clump. Drink was the same temperature as the sandwich. Maybe subway needs a better way to transport drinks with their meals, it cools down everything else and goes warm fast when packaged with the warm food.
