Krispy Kreme in Telford and Wrekin

Oh how this Krispy Kremes has changed. It is tired and worn wall fixed tables have food stuck along the sides and wood chips missing from them. The Mens lavatory has had the seat broken and a wrong size smaller seat fixed so your legs and touching urine unless you spend the time to clear it all first. The staff member named Anwar was so busy talking at the counter edge when we busted to a man and his wife he left the girl who was working with him to do all the serving. The people he was talking to the lady leaned off the counter with her legs stuck out in the way whilst her husband stood near the bathroom entrance and were soon joined by there children who further just stood in everyone’s way whilst they held a good 25 min conversation. Very unprofessional. Krispy Kremes corporate can review this no doubt in there CCTV recordings. The donuts them selves are the same as always thank god they are made of site and only delivered. In all the years we have been going here the one thing all staff members mention is that the head office doesn’t know whether to spend the money and do it up or to let the lease go, maybe they should make there mind up.

We visited here for a quick milkshake whilst walking around the shopping centre a few weeks back. I must say that it was amazing… absolutely delicious, probably the most calorific thing in the world but 100% worth it occasionally. I had the standard strawberry milkshake where as my partner had a more premium one which according to her was equally as incredible. Yummy!

Walking around the local (ish) area to our new office - found this place and really enjoyed it. Service could have been friendlier. Donut was amazing though (chocolate of course). Felt safe and clean - needed the break

I come here for coffee and a doughnut every time I go shopping in Telford. Great value for money, friendly service, and brilliant doughnuts.

First time visit and not disappointed with the doughnuts but I had to have my coffee as a takeaway as they had forgot me. Too few staff for amount of customers.

I came here a couple of weeks ago and the place was well kept. The donuts come in a lot of types but I always find them quite sickly, on my visit I was disappointed with the fact that they weren’t serving milkshakes at the time for whatever reason. :/

This branch is one of our regular stop of points in Telford shopping Centre. Conor, Emily and the other staff are always pleasant and friendly and the service is fast and efficient. Conor normally explains what new doughnuts are available and always points out the special offers to make sure you get your monies worth. Keep up the great work.

Great offer on any doughnut with regular hot drink £2.55. Lovely doughnut as expected. Hot chocolate was lovely. Service with a smile and polite. Clean inside premises as well.

We stopped by for an afternoon retreat from the sun. Lattes are always a good choice as were the doughnuts. Only one server who dealt great with all the orders and no one seemed to be waiting too long. Out table was cleared as soon as we were leaving.

They say less is more .But my cappuccino was definitely less .and donuts looked all dry . Not impressed

Visited here on bank holiday Sunday for a little treat. I chose one of the American range doughnuts (It was some kind of Peanut Butter filled one) and it was absolutely delicious; combined with a Strawberry milkshake this was a great pit stop. Would definitely recommend visiting... you can even take your food away which is great.

what can i say never had one of these donuts before & not really a donut person but these were gorgeous & the drinks are lovely to,staff were friendly & very polite & helpful.

Only had a few doughnuts on display. About 3/4 different types even though the display is quite extent. Milkshake was good though.

We stop regularly at Krispy Kremes on Our morning shopping trips especially when we have dropped the children of to school. They have power sockets to charge your devices under the booth tables and free wifi. The hot drinks are all very lovely and during the warmer weather the cold drink options are plenty. Staff are always quick to help you with the deals that are on for a drink with 1/2 donuts etc deals which have saved us money on more than one occasion. Staff are always friendly and very efficient with orders served promptly. Toilets for customers are available. Also they sell varying sizes takeaway boxes and they also sell Krispy Kreme collectibles and merchandise.
