First time here for a family meal and it was A-MAZING!! Not only was the food fresh and fantastic, but the whole atmosphere of the place brings it all together with their antique decor and everyone’s so friendly and helpful! They also had a fun raffle game at 7pm to win a prize in a mystery box! A great idea and no doubt we’ll be going again

We held our Christmas do at The Townhouse, the menu was amazing, we had exclusive use of the cocktail bar and restaurant as we had over 30 people attending. The upstairs bar was a perfect start to the evening serving a good range of beers. wines and cocktails, the food was fabulous, the staff were brilliant providing excellent service, the evening was a great success.

Highly recommend flower tea and dumplings!

The Stanton Arms put on a wonderful sandwich and cake buffet, for our extended family recently, serving 50 people with delicious food, coffee and tea. We received excellent customer service in this attractive, well presented pub. I can thoroughly recommend the Stanton Arms as a venue for a family do.

Great beer & warm friendly atmosphere

We had several trays of sandwiches, quiches and sausage rolls delivered for our son's 18th birthday party yesterday. The food was absolutely delicious and all our guests were very complimentary. We thought it was very good value for what we got and we were so pleased. The service was fantastic, too. Highly recommend supporting this great little local business. Thank you for helping make the party so special!

We were booked in for New Years Eve, but lockdown was announced! Had a takeaway instead. Really good authentic Thai food, super hot and really great value for money.

Great selection of games, and hot drinks. Good selection of strategy games and light easy going games. Lots of 2 player games to choose from. My only issue is it is uncomfortably cold inside, on all 3 occasions I've visited. I have seen people bring their own hot water bottles when visiting, but that isn't practical for me. If the place was warmer in the winter months I would get a monthly membership.

First time.e to this lovely restaurant. All round great experience and we look forward to our next visit!

Went for Sunday lunch with Mum food was superb , service perfect , hospitality welcoming .

Came with the family,we was looked after from the moment we walked in by Rqj and team.the food was fantastic especially the Naga chicken which the wife loved.we will defo be back

I love this fish and chip shop the fish is lovely and chunky the batter is crispy and the chips are lovely and tasty too the staff are very pleasant definitely recommend 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We really enjoyed our cooked breakfasts at CSONS by the river. It is in a stunning location and the staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts delicious. Perhaps on the pricier side for breakfast, but lovely as a treat. Would recommend!
