The best restaurants in Lichfield West Midlands

We went to the bulls head for a leisurely lunch and enjoyed a seabass and a burger. The seabass was lovely and had crispy skin and some great potatoes. My wife enjoyed the burger. Eliza was very friendly and polite.

Last minute booking to celebrate a birthday. They were easily able to accommodate our party of 10 at short notice. The layout of the table was brilliant as we were essentially sat in a square so could all easily see and speak to one another. I have tried most things on the menu but had a change and tried the plant-based meatballs. I was not disappointed, they were delicious. Dine here and you will find the food consistently plentiful and flavourful - I can definitely highly recommend the game from many a previous visit. Consistent value for money. Thanks to Bev and her team as always for a fabulous evening.

Always good food and quick at delivering you food always come hot

Totally lacked atmosphere and warmth. There was no background music or even chatter. I could hear a couple in the kitchen discussing a member of staff which was poor and then I’m assuming the poor girl was having a review of her work to date in the cafe with customers all around. The coffee was mediocre and the sandwich was lacking in chicken. Really disappointed and wouldn’t return.

Dogs are not allowed, went to Caffè Nero across instead

Ordered food over phone and collected within 20 mins. Only problem is parking as area gets very busy in evening. Food utterly delicious - crispy shredded beef, king prawn + cashew nuts, chow mein noodles. Definitely recommend.

A little dated, but clean and tidy and helpful staff

Human hair in my main course, sent it back, then the chef came out and started arguing with me, saying it was a bristle from his basting brush. Very embarrassing, people looking at us. No apology, no compensation of any description. Won't be going again.

The staff at Streetly Village Fish Bar are brilliant, Kelly in particular, she’s friendly, welcoming and always offers a personalised service (Ben 10 😃) As a kebab lover theirs are the best around 10/10 love it 😇😇

Worst delivery! Drink spilled in bag prior delivery! Food was ruined and no drink. Rubbish for £30!

You get what you pay for really bad service

Shop was empty chips were cool, fish also tasted stale. It is a shame we have used this place for over 20 years but really did not enjoy the meal. It cost £20:10 and it was not nice.We thought ourselves valued customers, now we feel let down and don't look forward to going there.

The service was great, and the food was amazing and hot! I had the pie and a side of mac and cheese which was delicious! They have a great drinks menu as well.

We went there on Friday night I got a pint of water and got told by one of the bar staff I've got to go because I've not Brought alcohol and then she Followed me to the toilet and try to escort me out.

Katie was fab food was amazing service amazing pub clean and will be back. Food was lush staff helpful with allergies ad nothing too much trouble
