Always good food and quick at delivering you food always come hot

We ordered a delivery. Pepperoni and garlic bread. It honestly looked like they had ran out of toppings and made do. We actually looked at each other and questioned if we asked for no cheese and no tomato sauce. It was dry most of the crust was inedible. Only reviewing as we couldn't believe this was a Domino pizza.

Food is allways hot, delivery is quick and staff are allways friendly and happy to help. Probably some of the best pizzas we've had!. Thanks dominos 😊

Ordered on the app at 7:34, called and spoke to a lady at 7.34 to explain that I’d just like to change the toppings on one - told it had already been made?! She didn’t even ask which pizza it was? Made two pizzas in less than 30 seconds? Yeah alright…

Popped in for an impromptu pizza and was not disappointed. Quick service and great pizza as always!

Nice pizza, arrived hot and in the time stipulated on the easy to use app. Decent amount of toppings and the cheesy garlic dough balls were to die for. Wouldn't pay full price as 20.00 for a medium pizza is unbelievable, but you can get some decent deals on the app. Would use again.

Just been spoken to like a complete idiot because I asked for Vegan cheese on a Gluten Free Pizza. Apparently They aren’t “authorised” to look after my food requirements. If I’m vegan it’s fine. If I’m gluten free it’s fine, but how dare I need both. It’s not even by choice. Other branches have always been more than accommodating, yet this bunch of jobsworths couldn’t care less. A joke.

Normally lovely food but last night the pizza was dry and there was only a little bit of bbq sauce on the bbq chicken pizza and the garlic bread was also dry, disappointing.

Way too expensive and the deals are terrible. For some reason, Lichfield has way better and affordable deals. It's really disappointing, food is great but the price is unjustified.

Order regular here pizza's are great

Ordered food an first slice off pizza i picked up , pulled all the toppings off due to a hair being baked into the pizza, contacted them, for them to swap the pizza. Pizza wasn't eaten then due to being put off , no good will gesture , nothing. Was a regular customer. Not anymore.

Absolutely shocking ! Waited over 2 hours for food to come when England was playing , when it did come it was freezing cold , got a text off them with apologies about the poor service , never once did they offer any discount , big massive company like this would never go bust! Tried to order a delivery with them today but they don’t accept cash for some very strange pathetic reason so I asked the lady can she do me 2 separate orders to which she agreed but warned me my orders might arrive at different times ?? What the hell is that about and logic ? Seriously ? Surely it would cost the business more in fuel dropping one pizza off then coming back 5 mins later to drop another off , very pathetic , just the brain dead society we live in now , I found the lady very rude , she informed me she was the store manager ?? Think she needs some basic training on how to keep a customer happy !!!!!! they’re normally bang on here the guys who work here but she was very rude and didn’t give a stuff ! Told her I’ll be reporting her to head office which I will be following this up !

Decent pizza place and has alright prices for the food could be a bit cheaper but I’m fine with the price for the quality. I think it’s probably the best place to buy pizza from in burntwood, also seems to be quiet hygienic and would recommend to other people in the future. I think I’m they should add dog pizza soon though since it seems to be quiet tasty.

I'm from the States and visited Burntwood to visit my girlfriend. Got pizza from here on several occasions and ever since I came home there's been a hole in my heart where the pizza from here was. It's absolutely unquestionably the best Dominos I've ever had, top 5 pizzas easily. Love the texas style with the garlic dip.

Ordered a pizza for collection last night and when I went to collect it, it was soooo busy but they were all very professional and worked so hard. Pizza is always delicious from there and I orders one pretty much once a week. Fantastic food and fantastic Staff!!!!!!

We always choose delivery so can't comment on collection but the staff are lovely if we've had a problem with our order. The staff who deliver are always polite and helpful. Food is always on point.

Last weekend when the snow was lashing down I went in for a collection They were exceptionally busy The staff worked like a well oiled machine to keep up with the demand all I can say is well done !!!!

Tonight me and my partner had a family meal and he loves the tangy salsa dip which we couldn't order online so I rang up to see if he could still get it the young lady who we spoke to on the phone was so lovely and polite and helped so much love the pizza from here aswel always ever so nice and the staff are lovely great place great service can't say much more
