Pre booked hours in advance and was still delivered half an hour late. Milkshake arrived with the lid bashed in. Food and milkshake were however fantastic.

We travel over from Sutton Coldfield to get our chippy treat from here! Absolutely 5 star! The chips are always fresh and piping hot. But the curry sauce is what we love the most. It has an incredible flavour.

Best fish n chips I've ever had since I was a child in Birmingham when they used to be wrapped in newspaper, many years ago ! ..The service from the young lady was excellent, she was very friendly, very polite and nothing seemed too much trouble. Will I return again ? Most definately Thanks again

We've had take away from here a few times and the food was beautifully fresh each time, none of that dried out fish that's been sat in the warmer, lovely place would recommend

70% of this order was binned as it tasted like warmed up lunch food. The excuse for the 30 minute delay in delivery was explained that they were very busy. If this was the case then surely the food would have been super fresh!. Chips were dry, Scallop was inedible. Peas looked like they were on their seventh microwaving. Cod was sloppy. If nothing else we had requested vinegar on the chips and there wasn’t any. Very poor from a take out that we have previously enjoyed. We would like a refund please.

I really enjoyed the food until I find this on my chips. Bits of my fish was dry. You staff members have very bad attitudes, your rude and unprofessional infront of customers. Arguing at each other. This chip shop should be closed down.

Lots more chips than expected and the small fish in a small fish and chips meal was much bigger than expected. Good portion sizes for the price

On the whole very satisfied with my order but I did notice a vinegar flavour on my mini cod meal despite having specified no vinegar. This was a bit disappointing when previous orders have followed instructions.
