The whole experience was terrible. I ordered from Uber Eats and have been waiting for 45 minutes, but I'm still stuck on ‘order delivered,’ so I called the shop, and the staff's attitude shocked me. I’ve never met any staff like that rude in my life. The staff said they couldn’t find my order and didn’t listen to me but only kept repeating, which is why I’ll never buy any food from this shop again.

They say they are open till 5am but i never received my order when i had to make a late night uber eats order. Called in to ask about the order and the status, had a very unfriendly staff speak to me, mixing my name with someone else's name. I really want to know where that attitude came from. It was very much unwarranted and I hope they find better staff who will actually take orders. I am not sure what went down but the fact of the matter is that my order was received and I waited long enough just to have the staff tell me to sod off.... great now im starving, thanks mate!

Worst delivery! Drink spilled in bag prior delivery! Food was ruined and no drink. Rubbish for £30!

This is my favourite place to get tasty burgers off just eat and they go the extra mile by adding little freebies, I would encourage anyone who loves burgers or cheesecake to sample there wares 🧑🏻‍🍳🍔 At an affordable price as well!

First time I have ordered from here was Saturday night 15/2/2025 and it gave me food poisoning! I have been sick and had the runs all weekend and I'm still not right as of today (17/2/2025) I have been unable to eat anything since Saturday night and my stomach is in pain still!! Have tried to get hold of a manager several times but keep being messed about.

Tried putting a review on just eat but Samsung have off when I tried submitting by taking me back and canceling the review so here we are. So the food is bang on quick service and they even found our address first time even chucked a free-bee in on the house can’t ask for any more. Bang on

I was looking for a place to take my two kids for an ice cream treat, which ended up being more than just ice cream since they also wanted burgers. I found this place and decided to give it a try. It wasn't what I expected, but the menu was appealing, so I ordered a burger and dessert for myself as well. The food was excellent, the service was fast, and I enjoyed both the burger and the waffle. The only issue I encountered was the loud music, which forced me to move tables twice. I understand that the staff may be busy with delivery service and moving around in the kitchen, but they need to remember that their diners are often families with kids. This isn't a trendy wine bar in the city, so they really should turn the music down!

I ate a beef burger , it did not taste right, left half of it, half an hour to an hour after I was sick as a dog and had diarrhoea. Food poisoning I presume. 😫

Friendly staff, nice music and very quick at dishing out food... For years the problem I had with LDS is it had no takeaway food only puddings but now I can a great burger with one of the nicest fries better paired with a milkshake best of both worlds.

I had a lovely experience there with friends, the waffles were an amazing texture it's well priced in comparison to restaurants in this style. Service was really good. I would highly recommend it

I’ve been to this spot a few times now, and I pretty much stick to the chicken strips and a grape soda—occasionally I’ll switch it up with the strawberry soda. The chicken strips are consistently great, way better than what you get at KFC, in my opinion. They’re perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and full of flavor. It’s simple, but when it’s done right, you don’t need much else. Definitely worth coming back for.

After a terrible Monday, nightmare work day, ill kid and a dog needing a trip to the vet, I was totally over the day. We ordered a Betsy's because I had nothing left in the tank to cook. The food arrived quickly, the desserts brought a smile to my poorly kids face, the mains were big enough that the sick dog got the leftovers and a lovely post it note from a kind member of staff with a free gelato, their only request? An honest review. So here you are, lovely staff member, you made a terrible day more bearable, and for that I'm truly grateful. Will definitely order again, even on a good day ☺️

So decided to visit here for a date day ordered a chicken burger when this arrived I pulled a peice off and it was black inside on further inspection there was a pink bit and a good portion of the burger was black I took it back and was told its not pink and all the black was pepper he offered to make another one but it had put me off no refund was offered

The manager was quite arrogant and he’s treatment towards staff and customers was at bare minimum rude and disrespectful, I went to the little dessert shop before they changed owners but now I will not be returning as it was not a pleasant environment, the food wasn’t even that nice… very very greasy and over priced, McDonalds is around the corner so don’t waste your time at bestys

This place is really amazing for dessert and food every time I visit here get treated very politely by staff and they have great customer service nice and clean dine in area. Food came in a timely fashion so it was still hot and it tasted great they also bagged it so drinks don’t spill. would highly recommended
