Little Dessert Shop in Lichfield

Tried putting a review on just eat but Samsung have off when I tried submitting by taking me back and canceling the review so here we are. So the food is bang on quick service and they even found our address first time even chucked a free-bee in on the house can’t ask for any more. Bang on

Came in for some dessert amd was really impressed with how clean the place was Ordered a strawberry waffle and a heavenly waffle. Both were delicious The mango deink was also a delight

Great food. Strange having to only use recyclable dishes and cutlery whilst sitting in but tasty.

Absolutely rubbish do not recommend cookies and cream ice cream had no cookies and they do not do cones

I was looking for a place to take my two kids for an ice cream treat, which ended up being more than just ice cream since they also wanted burgers. I found this place and decided to give it a try. It wasn't what I expected, but the menu was appealing, so I ordered a burger and dessert for myself as well. The food was excellent, the service was fast, and I enjoyed both the burger and the waffle. The only issue I encountered was the loud music, which forced me to move tables twice. I understand that the staff may be busy with delivery service and moving around in the kitchen, but they need to remember that their diners are often families with kids. This isn't a trendy wine bar in the city, so they really should turn the music down!

Food is always delicious. Food always comes on time. Delivery drivers are always nice. There’s nothing bad to say! They gave us free gelato too!!

Our go to shop for dessert delivery. Amazing cookie dough, cheesecakes and milk cakes. Consistently good quality and excellent customer service.

Lovely staff, nice and cosy atmosphere. Dessert OK, slightly disappointed. New York cheese cake is not the baked version. Waffle acceptable, bit pricy comparing to some other dessert shop. Decent experience overall.

I ate a beef burger , it did not taste right, left half of it, half an hour to an hour after I was sick as a dog and had diarrhoea. Food poisoning I presume. 😫

I tried the endless temptation waffles and it was very good. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, nice music and very quick at dishing out food... For years the problem I had with LDS is it had no takeaway food only puddings but now I can a great burger with one of the nicest fries better paired with a milkshake best of both worlds.

I’ve been to this spot a few times now, and I pretty much stick to the chicken strips and a grape soda—occasionally I’ll switch it up with the strawberry soda. The chicken strips are consistently great, way better than what you get at KFC, in my opinion. They’re perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and full of flavor. It’s simple, but when it’s done right, you don’t need much else. Definitely worth coming back for.

After a terrible Monday, nightmare work day, ill kid and a dog needing a trip to the vet, I was totally over the day. We ordered a Betsy's because I had nothing left in the tank to cook. The food arrived quickly, the desserts brought a smile to my poorly kids face, the mains were big enough that the sick dog got the leftovers and a lovely post it note from a kind member of staff with a free gelato, their only request? An honest review. So here you are, lovely staff member, you made a terrible day more bearable, and for that I'm truly grateful. Will definitely order again, even on a good day ☺️

I highly recommend this place! The chicken was perfectly cooked, the fruit smoothies were so refreshing, and the cookie dough and chocolate fudge cake were delicious! Staff are friendly and hardworking, I will definitely order from here again! 🥰

So decided to visit here for a date day ordered a chicken burger when this arrived I pulled a peice off and it was black inside on further inspection there was a pink bit and a good portion of the burger was black I took it back and was told its not pink and all the black was pepper he offered to make another one but it had put me off no refund was offered

Great Service by the lad at the till.

The manager was quite arrogant and he’s treatment towards staff and customers was at bare minimum rude and disrespectful, I went to the little dessert shop before they changed owners but now I will not be returning as it was not a pleasant environment, the food wasn’t even that nice… very very greasy and over priced, McDonalds is around the corner so don’t waste your time at bestys

This place is really amazing for dessert and food every time I visit here get treated very politely by staff and they have great customer service nice and clean dine in area. Last but not least Talking about flavours and taste of food is always amazing and fresh. Definitely recommend to try this place once⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

Food and Service here is superb, lotus biscoff milkshake and an Endless temptation waffle which was loaded with kinder bueno. Very enjoyable, and look forward to bringing the rest of the family to dine inside. Very nice atmosphere!

Ordering was very easy as they have digital tablets or you can just tell them. Food was amazing quality and staff were so nice. I come here regularly and definitely going to carry on to!

My five year old is called Betsy, so she was excited to come for lunch. Food was tasty and she loved the milkshake! The staff were really great and even gave her a free ice cream!

The desserts look amazing in the pictures but don't look like it when they end up in front of you. It still tasted great. Service was okay and the atmosphere was okay. Considering this place has only just opened I thought it would be buzzing.

I’m not loving the new ‘trendy’ design that has changed from the original sweet little dessert shop. Now trying to be ‘American’ with graffiti, loud music & unfortunately no atmosphere… …the food is now served on paper plates with plastic cutlery which is a shame. Toilet was dirty. However - the desserts were delicious! (…once the rouge hair was removed & a fresh waffle prepared 🫣)

Kishore was so helpful and excellent service. Desserts were scrumptious. We had a crepe, cookie dough, ice-cream cone, gelato bites. Sweet deliciousness.

We love an american diner, and having road-tripped across the states can confirm that Betsy's absolutely hits the mark in bringing a genuine flavour of the US to the UK. I have tried many 'american' styled restaurants here, and this is one of the best. The staff are friendly and polite. The food is fresh, well made, and decently priced. The drinks are great, the grape soda is completely accurate to the american grape taste, and the blueberry one tastes like a tango iceblast! Music is vibey, R&B. Decor is cool too. Well done to whoever owns this brand. Please bring it to London! I'd like to return to try the desserts :)

I’m an American and I have to say these are the best American style burgers I’ve had in the UK. Not greasy but rich. Fries were crispy and tasty. We came in with a large party for dessert, which were super delicious. The cheesecakes (pistachio and lemon) were yum and my brownie/strawberry sundae managed to be delicious without being sickly sweet. In case that’s not enough, the manager generously comped us some burgers, fries, and sodas. As mentioned above, the burgers were super great. And the sodas were also lovely- I haven’t had a proper grape soda since moving here. But also super yum mango and lemon sodas too. They tasted house made. We will be back!

We came in for a post dinner dessert in lichfield and were really impressed with the quality of the cakes and ice cream. In fact we enjoyed the desserts so much my kids ended up ordering a burger and Fries as well. 🤣 The service was awesome - super friendly and fun.we’ll be back.

My visit to Betsy's X LDS Lichfield was a delightful experience. The Manager Karan and his staff performed exceptionally well. The quality of the food was impressive, and its presentation was top-notch. They provided excellent service. What stood out most to me was their dedication to customer satisfaction. I would certainly suggest that everyone should give them a try.

ordered a large strawberry milkshake and they gave me a small chocolate one. I’m allergic to nuts and this small drink is unidentifiable so i am unable to drink it due to the risks. I was refunded £4, not the £6 i payed for it. Took hour to deliver as well and my crepe came cold

Came across this place while doing courier deliveries, and decided to try it out once. Food is fantastic, high quality, and quite unique. Very courteous staff, and the place has an awesome vibe, especially for nights out with friends. Nothing short of outstanding 💯
