Consistently receive short portions of chicken nuggets share box. Absolutely fed up with paying for food we don't receive

Visited yesterday evening. We had booked a table. On arrival we were greeted by a member of staff who barely looked at us. Shown to our table and eventually a young man came to take our drinks order and told us we could go straight to the carvery. The best part of my meal was the Yorkshire pudding! The beef was tasteless and slightly tough, the roast potatoes were not nice, the roast parsnips were overcooked and swimming in oil. The cauliflower cheese was hard and I struggled to taste the cheese. My son had lamb and this was tough. We had to find the young man again so that we could order desserts. None of the staff looked like they actually wanted to be there and enjoyed their job. Overall, we were very disappointed with our visit and would not return

The food and drink was good, but our time in there was completely spoiled by a handful of extremely loud customers. We sat as far away from them as possible, but had to keep stopping our conversation as we couldn't hear each other speak. We made our point to the person clearing our table, who said she would speak to the manager. However, I am of the view that, as long as people keep spending money, nothing will be done to make it a better experience for the majority of people who simply want to eat and drink in a pleasant atmosphere.

As my older wife is currently bed bound through bunions I had to carry out this journey solo and the highway took through Uttoxeter . The day was somewhat dank and grey and I thought a small MacD would add some sunshine ☀️ Contrary to previous reviews, a staff member emptying a bin did smile so there is hope that this pattern has now been addressed. Trying to balance the need for fast sustenance with bodily health , I sought a small burger . By description it should contain lettuce ,but as god is my witness ,(and photo evidence asserts) the vital veg was absent without leaves(AWOL ) if you will ! It is also very sad to see parents eating while the children are on iPads with headphones on. It is vital for development of youngsters that they engage with their families. This is not McDonald’s fault but a larger societal issue. me

Called in for some breakfast with my wife on our way to visit family. We have eaten breakfast at other Morrisons a few times and always found it a good experience as my reviews have shown. What has happened since then I have no idea. To start with the room was absolutely freezing cold. We sat eating our breakfast with our coats and woolly hats on! The nozzle on the Diet Coke dispenser had come off so my wife got drenched! Where to begin either the breakfast? There were 2 bits of bacon, one was rock solid and the other looked like it had come straight out of the packet. The hash brown were burnt and disintegrated when you tried to cut them. The mushrooms looked like they were out of a tin and were absolutely disgusting. I paid £1.25 extra for one tiny piece of black pudding. The sausages, eggs, beans and toast were ok but not enjoyable as everything on the plate was stone cold. Definitely my last dining experience with Morrisons!

I brought a maple hazelnut latte and a cheese and ham toastie to eat in once I found a clean table, my drink sat on the tray going cold it was just at warm enough to drink otherwise I would of took it back but normally it’s really hot while they finished cooking my toastie then just put it on the tray and walked off no moving tray to me or a thank you usually they say I’ll bring toastie over but I haven’t been for a while There is a handful of people in here two of the staff girls are sat chatting while food was on the floor all around them there’s about 15 tables with dirty pots on them waiting to be cleared another staff member sat chatting on her phone the toilets are dirty. No customers waiting to be served don’t get why they are not clearing tables I had to wipe my table with my napkin before I could sit down. I can understand they may have been busy but no one in now waiting to be served but don’t think I’ll come again it’s gone down hill

And so a lovely cafe that welcomes families with children on a very hot day. The staff were superb. They were welcoming and friendly. Value was outstanding. Should we visit again we will certainly go to this lovely family-friendly cafe. Thank you for making us feel welcome after our awful experience at the place nearby. We are very grateful.

I like their turkey roast dinner, turkey, mash, peas, carrots, cabbage, stuffing ball and gravy on a large oval plate. Hot drink and change from £10. They have a good variety menu to suit everone, from breakfasts, fish and chips, jacket potatoes, sandwiches plus many more. They let you change any item from dfferent dishes. Staff very friendly nd very helpful.

Ordered skinned haddock, but given unskinned. Order should be repeated by staff to confirm. Chips were VERY pale and neither batter or chips had much taste. Maybe the oil used is different. The batter also seemed different to usual. The curry was nice and mushy peas were ok. Tried and sadly won't use again.

Awful experience. I was given an estimated time of arrival (between 40-60 mins). Once that time had passed I called the restaurant to find out where the order was and was told 10 more mins. I waited another 30 mins and called the restaurant back. They said the driver was at my hotel reception. I waited another 5 mins then called back again and they said the driver was on his way and would be with me soon! At this point I had enough of their excuses and asked them to cancel the order and refund me which I had paid via Paypal. They said they could not refund me. I explained they could as I had paid via PayPal. The end result was I cancelled the order (it was past 11pm at this point) had no food and was refused a refund. Use this restaurant at your own peril, they lie about deliveries and about being able to refund payments. Complete rip off cowboys!

Our pizzas were very nice. Very quick service. Easy parking right outside the shop. There are plenty of chairs to sit while you wait.

Chicken in my chicken shish obviously stored incorrectly, out of date or undercooked, 2 and half hours and it's coming out the other end. Not pleasant at all

Well what can I say?!! There's no one on site. No hot food. WiFi, security, shop here. Yes there's a toilet but I didn't want to damage my mental health with the pptential horror of what I would find...it was after all a shared male and female toilet and shower. They have the audacity to still charge for parking when you get none of the facilities they advertise! Safe to say I wont fo back there

our food was burnt and we waited for 2 hours for A HAMBURGER the staff told me to wait a bit more and after that our food were burnt again 😡😡
