Decent local takeaway with a reasonable selection of tasty chip shop fare

We ordered fish and chips the chips were awful. Tasted like they had been warmed up or refried previous days leftovers

Delivery of fish & chips plus other bits very disappointing cleary been sat keeping warm for a long time dry is an understatement will not be going back

Lovely local fish and chips, owner always cheery and services have always been great. Chips are always nice & freshly cooked. Batter and oil are clean and freshly made too. Highly recommend however they appear to no longer be in business. The last several times I've visited, their shutters are down with no note to advise customers why they are not opened...?

The donner here is the best as it is the fish and chips 100% I recommend 😊

poor service! can't believe this pathetic excuse of a sausage is £1.50 and the £9.50 mixed kebab where's the rest? not worth the money. went to the shop to complain but its shut? God knows where its been sent from

Terrible food and terrible service.

I order my off just eats which is why i cant give any stars for atmosphere because I've never actually been there myself, but the food is absolutely phenomenal. I usually go for the same with some switch ups at times half pound burger with the salad added in maybe with some extras at times, a hotdog and usually curry and chips or if i want to pig out, ill add in ben and jerry's cookie dough ice cream and the banana fritter and maybe a cheeky battered mars bar as well. most of the food on the menu is worth the price on just eats with the small nit-pick of mine being adding onions and ketchup is 20p each onto a hotdog when that should really be the standard for a hotdog. waiting for upwards of an hour for my food to be delivered is always worth the wait but i typically get it within 30mins and it always comes hot. never had an issue with my orders or what i want to buy which is a huge plus as well. the food its self is better than most chip shop places in terms of what you can buy as well as the pricing and how rich a lot of the food tastes compared to usually cheaply bought food that other chip shops in the area of haven't and leigh park do however im not able to tell if they add seasoning to their food or not. i think the only thing I've had that i didn't personally think was all that great was the jacket potato, chips and beans with cheese from there. tastes a little rubbery when you get it delivered and the bean juice dries a bit too quick which makes the food not that enjoyable to eat. in terms of service, the food is worth the wait for me in my opinion because you can tell they take good care with the food they sell and make sure that it's of good quality and a decently high standard of quality for how much you pay for it. overall, if a rating for atmosphere was not included, i would rate it 4 stars. u get what you want for the money and a bit more. both in taste and the amount you get.

Very good chippy, fast and always nice food there.

Ordered on Uber Eats, turned up in good time, the rolls were super soggy, only chip shop I've known to pour the curry sauce over the chips and not in a separate tub, chips werent great anyway, the sausages were so small, the overall portion sizing wasn't great for the price. Requested refund through Uber.

We ordered our food via Just Eat and it advised collection in 20 minutes. We arrived about five minutes early and they advised it would be a few minutes. The food arrived exactly on the time advised. The lady who served us apologised for the wait,but there wasn't any as we were early! The food was good quality and the kids ate all their food,so must have been tasty.

2.40 for sausage and chips Whilst counting it my 2.40 in silver coins with no one else in the shop I'm told to hurry up....and Nothing is free....hang on a second mate... I never said it's free not was I taking long literally 3 or 4 seconds... Couldn't believe how rude the guy was.... The sausage and chips was hot and tasty. 2 stars

Just had 2 large kebabs, one doner and one chicken shish Mine was the chicken. Absolutely the best kebab ive tasted. Forced myself to eat every last bit, great value for money. 100% recommended

Chicken burger no no no, But the rest was very good.

Good food kebabs etc, parking can be a pain at certain times, other times not a problem.

Plenty of tasty chips , never a bad load , great price too.

I have previously had the Kababs that are delicious. but this time I went for cod chips and mushy peas, and the cod way a big disappointment as the batter was chewy and oily so I will stick to the kababs in future

Ordered via uber and when it arrived an item was missing tried to contact Tony's to get it sent out but had no response so tried to order it again via uber and had my order denied won't be ordering from tonys again

Arrived on time and hot very tasty

Had to wait almost 90 minutes for delivery and then when the food finally arrived it was cold !!!

Just eaten med cod n chips and not impressed as chips needed longer in the fryer and the fish batter was a peculiar colour very dank ( dirty oil? ) looking and soggy. Will not be going back

The chips were dry and had hardly any salt and vinegar on them and the curry sauce was as watery as washing up water

Their food is really good use them twice or more every week
