Absolutely awful by far the worst fish and chips I have ever had . They were cold and greasy and my curry sauce was missing

small cheese chips delivered and not the large cheesey chips as bordered

Took ages, was all condensations up from tying the bag up. Tasted dreadful - what they do to their battered sausages to make them like that, it’s like soggy cardboard

Fried chicken was inedible. Doner Kebab was cold and tasteless. Chicken wings were edible but unseasoned and bland.

Quick delivery, food was lovely

Messed up order and then kept blatantly hanging up on me calling them. cheese chips are severely over priced for the portion size.

Loads of chips in the large portion…enough for 3-4 people. Slightly underdone…could have been cooked for a few mins longer

Chicken in my chicken shish obviously stored incorrectly, out of date or undercooked, 2 and half hours and it's coming out the other end. Not pleasant at all

After a while when they reopened, today took to try kebab and burger. Very disspaoiting. Even was waiting inside while they prepare. Before they closed it was much more better. Probably was supposed to eat inside so i could hand it back. No more from this place. 1) Burger meat undercooked, went straight in the bin. 2) kebab ice cold and no taste at all.

Had a phone order the kids meal was warm the chips was not even cooked properly and delivery bloke rude twice now not using them again

Placed order told delivery was due between 18:45 - 19:05 . Phone restaurant at 19;15 after app saying it was delivered. Told driver was coming and time changed to 19:25 . 19:40 and still not delivered even though app said it has requested Money back shambles’s

Food turned up very quick and hot. Large fish was very big but hubby said he had to peel the batter off and eat the fish on its own. He said it tasted like it had been reheated. The chips were not the best but edible. Battered sausage not great either unfortunately. Good prices.

Order every week for my 91 yr old mother, always great quality on time and great value, Thankyou, you make an elderly lady very happy.

Waited over an hour and half for delivery after calling the restaurant twice. The lady that answered the calls was really nice and apologetic. I ordered 2 large portions of chips ,received 1 box of chips that didn’t even look like 1 large portion so not enough to go around 4 children and wouldn’t even say the food was lukewarm. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Chips where cold, the donner meat was hard and dried out, and cleary had been sat on a hot plate for some time. Dinner was thrown away and ordered from elsewhere

Chicken was very dry and fish batter was soggy. However, delivery was on time and the curried chips were great. I had a much better meal last time, even though I was disappointed, I would still order from here again for fish and chips… maybe not the chicken though.

States it's open but we drove there and it's clearly very closed, shutters down and everything 😔

plaice was squishy sort of jelly like, chicken burger roll was rock hard and delivered extremely late booked for 7 pm arrived at 8pm had to call to ask where the order was

Excellent fish and truckload of chips arrived hot. It was absolutely delicious as the batter was perfect. Light and crunchy, covering perfectly cooked cod. Way too many chips, but who cares!! Will have cheesy chips tomorrow. Lol!

normally great food from Tony's but this the battered sausage was not great and had bits of gristle!bone in it.

We always get piping hot food delivered which is impressive considering we are not havant based. Food quality is 5 star! Price is reasonable given the high food quality and fast delivery. Great work all at Toni's. Will definitely be ordering again

Sausages were tough, battered sausage couldn’t be eaten as very overdone.

we found a stone in the the middle of a chip and the chips was cold

regrettably the food was late, the cod was over cooked and both fish and chips were cold. not up to the usual standard.

nothing wrong with the shop itself lovely people just had an issue with delivery, got the wrong order then our order never turned up so the driver is to blame but the store itself is lovely and made us a fresh batch and sent it ASAP. Thank you for your help with this issue.

the kebabs were so greasy the white paper was completely see through, all you could taste was grease. however the cheese burger was good, ordered mushy peas and got normal peas, chips looked like they was in the fryer for 30 seconds

I've used this takeaway many times now and it never disappoints, food is always top notch and is a great price (don't tell them but I would actually pay more for the quality I get!)

Food was lukewarm when it arrived. Chips were soggy. Delivery was late. Plus no email from just eat confirming order so I had no idea if it had been accepted

great value, decent portion kids meal. Nice chilli sauce with the chicken shish - tangy sweetness with a touch of heat. Chicken was a little chewy in places but not enough to put me off ordering it again.

Food was piping hot and arrived early. Ordered a large fish and it was cooked perfect, not soggy at all and everything was finished. Going to go back to using them all the time.

Fish was a bit too crispy but overall okay to eat. Kids meals are also a good portion

cold, late and really not worth waiting for. what a waste of money. I normally leave positive reviews, but when you ring the restaurant 1hr and half later and they say its on it way and they are really busy then 30 minutes later, you know it's gonna be cold. most of it is in the bin. I used to like this place but that's the last time I order from here. shame.

Shocking. Over 1hr 15mins late. Poor customer service, lied saying driver was stuck in traffic, when in fact driver had forgotten his license! Food was cold. Possibly the worst take out we've ever had. Thanks for ruining our evening!

No care or attention. A box of chips and gravy was put in the bag side ways and crushed. All was cold Very poor value as was supposed to be large chips and gravy, large curry and chips and half a chicken for almost £20 Very small portions

Great quality, massive portions (that's a good thing).

Lovely local fish and chips, owner always cheery and services have always been great. Chips are always nice & freshly cooked. Batter and oil are clean and freshly made too. Highly recommend however they appear to no longer be in business. The last several times I've visited, their shutters are down with no note to advise customers why they are not opened...?

Placed my order around 17:30 and it was expected around 18:30-18:50 but it was late. Phoned the restaurant and the person that answered the phone was rude, and seemed like he didn't want to talk. I never had a problem before with this place but it seems like they just get worse every time. I won't be ordering from here again

poor service! can't believe this pathetic excuse of a sausage is £1.50 and the £9.50 mixed kebab where's the rest? not worth the money. went to the shop to complain but its shut? God knows where its been sent from
