The chicken was cooked that much that you couldn't get the meat off the bone it definitely would not recommend

Both pizza and kebab was cold and to be frank not very nice. Won’t use this takeaway again.

Order was wrong ordered onion bhaji and got meat samosa, kabab was so greasy never experienced this before used for years come on sort it guys

Nice kebab however chicken meat was very very spicy, a little too much for me. Would have also preferred more salad and sauce. There was only a tiny bit of salad

donner and tikka mix kebab very nice. loads of chips in a portion. empire double chicken burger is huge. chicken is perfect. very pleased with orders from ali babas. always loads for the money. Best prices and quantity and is 100% quality food. 10/10

Food was freezing cold and forgot to give delivery driver the bottle of coke waited over an hour for nothing now nowhere else is open poor service this time don't think I'll use them again after being a repeat customer for awhile this is annoying

Food was left on door handle I was not aware of this we have a doorbell for a reason ring it. This ain’t the first time one of the drivers has done this now I’m left with freezing cold food. It’s a good job I checked outside to see if my food was there.

The Special kebab is amazing. loads of meat. tikka & shish marinated to perfection and the donna meat is the best. proper clay oven nan breads and the hot chilli sauce is the best. I miss your currys. plz have a special curry night ali babas. 10/10 👍

Roadworks are awful, but the delivery was on time. We waited a while which we were advised of when ordering, but it was definitely worth the wait. Plenty of salad and delicious. definitely will order again. chicken with peppers and onions and a chicken shish kebab. thanks

unfortunately the food was cold and the bread was poor. i have ordered from this place quite a few times and it has been good but the last time i ordered the food was stone cold, i chalked it up as a one off but then this order arrived cold and poor. all the food was cold. if someone is going to pack a cold can in the same bag as fries then clearly not interested in food arriving hot or even warm. the naan bread was like trying to tear and chew denim jeans. poor show!

I've never known my boyfriend not to eat something. But he didn't eat that... Disappointed. I know we ordered towards the end of the night but an establishments food should be held to a good standard regardless of what time it is.

Came as 2 separate deliveries so the garlic pizza bread come first but still very late and cold, same with the second very cold, I'm confused why it came as to deliveries, ordered extra cheese on both kebabs that is £1.50 each neither of them had extra cheese!! Usually it's OK food from here absolutely waste of money today

Shout to the amazing delivery driver we had tonight!! We were unaware of the floods near our house and the delivery man called and explained he couldn't get to our house so partner met him in a different place. The communication was amazing! He made sure we got our food tonight! Thank you 🙏

The food was cold, the meat had very little taste, the sauce wasn't nice, there was only one choice of sauce and there was hardly any salad. Also the naan bread was soggy.

ordered two kebabs one with chips, theu sent the wrobg order (one kebab without chips and a burger and fries) rang them and they sent out the right order but when that came it was stone cold had to reheat it.

The delivery time was only 15 minutes from the time of order. The doner kebab was fine as were the fries and jalapeño cream cheese. But the chicken shish was completely inedible. Very tough and chewy meet which put me off eating it completely

Ordered at 5:55 didn’t arrive till 7:30. Always come here, usually really good! Food arrived cold so had to be warmed. Not happy this time.

Called to ask where food was because it was approx 20min late. I was told the driver was on the way & he's very busy and struggling tonight. Food arrived 1hr and 15 minutes after delivery time with no appology, and it was all cold! Such a shame as I've not had problems with them before.

Paid £33.79 and the food came cold only thing hot with the food was the hot sauce

Should have been delivered at 7.25pm. Didn’t come until 8.15, traffic was bad according to the driver! (Literally just around the corner) Food was only lukewarm as well, very disappointing as usually food is delivered quickly and is hot on arrival.

Fantastic, as always! Ali Babas is my go-to takeaway when I need a late night feast. It doesn’t matter what time I order, the food always arrives looking fresh and tasting fantastic. And even at 2am the delivery drivers are polite and cheerful!
