Costa Coffee in East Staffordshire

The Costa Coffee staff in tesco is very welcoming place and all the staff I helpful . Even though you are in a tesco you don't feel like you are and it doesn't matter if you are new customer or not they treat you like I friend they have not met yet . I would definitely recommend this Costa to anyone.

Just been completely ignored by staff for at least 5 mins!

Arriving want a lovely coffee got a coffee that scolded my mouth asked for a bakewell tart only to discover in car it was a lemon tart argh Returned tart got my bakewell tart staff poor don't listen will not be returning

Excellent service. Paid for my coffee and was rewarded whilst waiting as the gentlem serving admitted to overcharging ie for a large instead of a medium and gave me the difference they could have said nothing but they didn't. Would highly recommend and the staff member should be commended for their honesty. Thank you.
