All burgers came out like it put together with a blindfold. Barely any sauce in it, dry as a nuns. Server came past and asked how everything is, told him, and he said that's how it comes. Offered us more sauce at 10p a go, because the franchisee wasn't happy about amount of sauce they were using. Tables were gross, had to cover them with napkins, wouldn't go back unfortunately

Food was as you would expect. Drains were blocked outside which gave a horrible smell, but not inside.

Good McDonalds, food was served very quickly and was hot. Clean toilets. Good place for a pit stop on the A50.

20 minutes for a click & collect coffee and still waiting, poor, poor, poor service.

Food not cooked chicken raw took one bite and had to spit it out looked at it and could see it was flash grilled outside but raw inside. Wrap was just rolled together so as tried to lift it out of pack the lot fell out in the box so had to remake myself with a piece of tomato looked like from a cherry tomato 2 pieces of lettuce 1cm by 5cm and 2 bagons same size and enough sauce to fill a teaspoon absolutely no value worst food ever received. Asked for some sauce told you have to pay even though those eating in get free and in drive thru get free. Very surly staff didn't care 3 stood infront of me ignoring me when i asked for a bit of sauce. Worst ever

Just a good, standard McDonald's. Car park is tight though and let's just say people don't have patience in the car park but hey ho that's not McDonald's fault. A good McDonald's.

The restaurant itself is great,we ordered food and it came quite quick considering it was quite busy for a Saturday afternoon, the food was brilliant too. I won't use the facility again while it's car park is run by Met Parking Services, be careful where or how you park as I've had an absolute nightmare with them.

Honestly the worst food I've had in a long time, veggie wrap, awful. Only stopped here in desperation.

I’m not a fan of McDonald’s but the food was served reasonably quickly to the table, albeit one item short to start with and was edible and filling. The service, such as it is in these places now given that you have to order through a touch screen or app, was friendly enough. What astonished me though was the incredibly poorly planned layout of this site with access to Asda/petrol station and McDonalds sharing a single access off a busy main roads such that traffic was queuing over the roundabout and causing considerable congestion and in my opinion dangerous. This was further compounded by the drive through access going through the very small car park and restricting access to the already limited parking spaces. This is one to be avoided unless you are pretty desperate in my view.

Conveniently positioned on the return journey from Alton Towers to Nottingham this place is excellent to get something on the way home. Can be busy at times but otherwise everything else is as you would want it to be.

I'm not a big fan of macdonalds so to me it was terrible. The service the state of the place the food. But I gave it a 2 star just for the fact of the milkshake being good and my kids like it

Sick of the regular occurance of asking for a breakfast wrap with no egg only for them to pay absolutely no attention every single time. It’s really not that hard.

Nice McDonald's, the food was tasty and piping hot and fresh. Although it was very busy and limited parking space. Easily gets congested as it's a one-way in one way out. Good value on the mix and match deal 3 items for £3

They managed to get my order wrong twice in 2 visits. Once they forgot to put the burgers in and only noticed when I got home. Contacted customer services and they have failed to do anything. They couldnt even be arsed to respond just send the generic stock email back. Wouldnt recommend this branch as they cant do a rather simple task

Fillet of fish was very disappointing. I had to return later to get a refund.

Parking horrendous. Couldn't get out of the parking space as people going to the drive through kept stopping behind us.

The toilet was disgousting on Sunday afternoon, chavs shouting. The food was the usual good quality.

my Fillet'o'Fishes were cold as they're were made from the fish burgers that were sitting in the hotbox for ages! this branch Always forget to give the sauces for the cheese bites, drive thru and deliveries same problems. I'M HATING IT!!

It's open... But not serving me. They did serve 2 cars before me. Waited a while at the drive through on my motorbike than noone took my order so I left. It is not my fault that they should work at 1 am. So do I. That's why went on my break there. Not anymore.

Just a McDonalds really. Used the drivethru which turned out more complicated than it needed to be. They had no menu boards so ordering food is quite complicated. According to a staff member people know what they want to order so menu boards are not needed. So there it is....unfortunately I had no idea what I wanted which is where it got complicated. Plenty of parking there with direct access from the main road. There's also a petrol station and shop right next door.

It's McDonald's.... standard across the UK.. Friendly staff. Clean. Your food in a short space of time. Parking can be a bit of an issue as it's quite a small car park

20 minute queue to be told we were 2 minutes late for breakfast. Then told the manager said order breakfast. Once ordered, told they couldn’t after all. No menu displayed so didn’t know what else to order. No veggie options made clear. Finally told to park up and wait. We are still here 15 minutes later.

Absolutely terrible position off the A50. Traffic getting into the petrol station, a food express and McDonald's jams up getting in and jams up getting out. We will never visit again.

I don't know why, but it's rarely 'fast'! Was sat for ages in the drive thru with nonway of getting out. Recent new pies were good, though. Raspberry and white choc and the hot cross bun pie. Wish they did oat milk!

Visited twice over weekend away. Staff were helpful, and, as one of the kids fell over in the carpark the first aider was great help. Good food and service.

The fella cleaning up after the rude, stupid, or just messy people was doing a first-rate job. Quiet & steady, personable - a great ambassador for what is McD. Two wraps of the day were fresh, prompt, & tasty. PG tea hit the spot. Handily placed adjacent to a petrol station. It's a busy place with a good vibe.

Awful places, only in an emergency would we ever go in one, usually Monday morning after a festival or post gig. Plus it's nowhere near the value for money that it used to be.

The staff on duty were excellent, shame the double cheese burger wasn't the same... Far too dry, like eating cardboard with a sweet ketchup. Really don't know why anyone eats there.

Ketchup - read on. Ordered food at the drive-in. Paid at next window. Collected food at the next window and as usual asked for a ketchup portion - but this time told they are 10p each. Fair enough. I offered to pay. I only had my iPhone to use to pay, so they said they would need to take the iPhone off me and take it to the till somewhere else in the building to process the payment. Explained I would need to be with it to activate the fingerprint reader to pay. He concluded there was no way then that I could get ketchup from this restaurant. Decided to park up and instead go inside to see if I could buy a tub of ketchup. Found out they give away ketchup free inside the restaurant, but not for drive in. What a mad policy from MacDonalds!!!!!

Quite possibly the slowest drive thru service in the whole wide world, I've only used this place twice and I had a couple of birthdays waiting. The parking is shocking, the spiral one way system is confusing and the exit onto the road is impossible to pull out onto. I certainly won't be going back, ill be using the Tesco Express up the road.

Ordered a sausage and egg muffin. 10 miles down the road (wasn’t driving) and discovered a bacon and egg muffin. Very disappointed.

Thought I'd try this McDonald's again after the last attempt... Hasn't improved at all. Cold coffee delivered with the food. Order wrong yet again....avoid like the plague . Dont know why I revisited this McDonald's after a previous horror show... horrendous parking , soggy fries that had to be replaced and the new MC Crispy chicken burger massive disappointment.. oh and lots of flies in the restaurant... What's that about???

Food WASNT hot, the McMuffins have SHRUNK and don’t even come with hash browns now. Hash browns are EXPENSIVE for saying i can get a bag of them for the same price of one. One of the breakfasts didn’t include a drink for some reason, even though all the others did. The service was fast though.

This is exactly how a fast food franchise should be ran. The food is fresh and hot 🔥 their service is excellent and it comes with a smile. This place is definitely in my top 3 of McDonald's locally for myself.

Ordered on the app Order lost 10 minutes of waiting after being served wrong drinks was asked to come inside to sort it out ! Waited ,a very irate member of staff said loudly I WILL SORT IT BLOODY OUT THERE MISTAKE !!! ( I saw her name but I won't say ) And she stormed outside to my car but I was still inside. Sorted in the end still wrong drinks but looks like Just Eat etc take priority over everything else.

Called for a cappuccino on route to Wales, toilets clean outside seating and not a bad cappuccino. Still the same more self service kiosks.
