Burger King in East Staffordshire

Highly recommended! It's dirty. Staff are lounging around while the mess and leftover food remains on the tables. One star is too generous. Which Burger King offers better quality?

Nipped into Burger King for a quick bite to eat with my Husband. Decent array of veggie options! Staff were lovely as usual but one member of staff named Ollie really stood out! He went above and beyond for customers (as well as us) His manners were impeccable and really made us feel welcome! He is an absolute credit to the team and we will definitely be back to this specific restaurant again!

Service was very slow even though there was no queue. Then when I got my food and came back to the car, they didn’t even give me my regular chips that I paid for. THIS IS A SCAM!

Placed order staff was very nice and polite, my order was handed to me hot and can i say the place was nice and clean with a great atmosphere well done for the team that work there!!!

Lovely place to eat when in town

Confusing menu meant I had far too many onion rings , no sauce and a burger that looked run over. Food tasted ok but bland , no lettuce or veg or anything other than cheese with the burger. Burger King not for me again I’m afraid !

Visited burgerking on Sunday afternoon with the family (all 9 of us) ordered at the kiosk and opted in for table service. The food came out fast, hot and fresh even though it was lunchtime and it was quite busy. Cheryl was brilliant! She was running out with our food, then all our drinks and even brought us more sauce! We all had a really good experience and will definitely be back :). Thankyou!!

Im so disappointed! Burger buns are not fresh as you can see in the pictures. Normally close at 10pm but they dont let us to sit normal part at 8pm. The only good thing is fry:(

I went in during my dinner hour. The store was neat and tidy thanks to a lovely lady called Shirley. The staff were great, and I was given a fast and friendly service. The food itself was hot and fresh. This is why I have always went to this store and will keep returning because they always treat you well and ask how your day is going. Well done! 👌🏻

Was so hungry and looking forward to a nice burger King burger but spent too long looking for the burger meal I wanted so I went to the counter just to get ignored by 3 members of staff. When I literally asked for their attention they said you can only use the machines. Went back again and asked for help and asked to just order at the counter as everyone was just standing there and was told I had to order at the machine. Left and went to Greggs next door which was cheaper and service was 100% better.

Walked in and went to the till just to be told to use the touch screens and then laughed at then asked to use the toilets they replyed I had to be a customer when I already was the manner of the staff is disrespectful and rude

I usually go to the one on Clayton street, and service takes a little longer but you get more fries there, but the guys working here seem a little more attentive, and it depends where you go on the go to ensure your food doesn't get soggy and remains hot as to which one you go to. The train station one I don't go to because of lack of rewards and app support. Otherwise, the food is excellent as always.

Ordered a chilli jam whopper meal it was literally a halloumi burger smothered in chilli jam and onion tried ro contact the restaurant several times to no avail. Ridiculous.

Really disappointed in the service. Just ordered a royal and chilli cheese bites. I was the only order on screen and the only person in the restaurant. Ordered at 16.36 and didn't recieve my food until 16.45. I could see that both my royal and bites were ready to be packed but the 5 girls working there (one of whom I assume was the manager/assistant manager) were stood around talking and gossiping with each other rather than packing my order. By the time I got my food, the bites were cold and the royale was soggy. Disappointing.

There is one toilet for customers and it’s locked. You have to go looking for someone with the key to open it. The Manager Claire asked me if I preferred to pee in the streets with the drunks. Shocking customer service

Stood at the counter a good 30 seconds at least, at a guess. Some woman with a small tattoo on her hand tapping away in the till, no hi, no I'll be with you in a minute, nothing, so I just waited. She finished tapping in the till and turned round and walked off out the back. As did I back out the front and I'll not go back. Rude, waste of space employee. I then went to Fenwick's and just wanted to use the toilet, as I didn't have time to sit and eat. The lady at the cafe was so polite to me, even as a non customer just wanting the loo. I then enquired quickly about a product I passed on the way out and got a young lady who displayed impeccable manners and customer service. The difference these staff get paid is within about 10p an hour, that difference being what the Burger King staff member actually deserves to get paid.

The food is pretty good and actually tasted fresh, I forgot a bag and they actually kept it in the office for me when I came back to get it and on a different visit opened the bathroom even though it was closed so friendly staff and the new nacho chicken is also very good.

Staff were polite who were monitoring the tables.

Okay ish food. Fries were alright. Meat felt like rubber and was cold. Service was quick and there was lots of seats to pick from.

Disgusting. I’m amazed that at what was served to me this evening could be passed off as food! It went straight into the bin! If it wasn’t for the fact they I was there with my little boy who had chosen to go there & I didn’t want to upset him. I would gone ballistic with the manager. The place was a pig sty - filthy, no clear tables, left over food everywhere. More than half the seating area was closed off despite being no where near closing time. The staff were rude! toilets were closed…I could go on all night. Awful excuse of food chain. Will never go back, avoid if you can

Rude till staff Try to charge 30p for the tiny sachets of Mayo - what a rip off. Often so few seats because they close the upstairs area when it's busy. Total lack of any service with a smile. Food is too often not hot. Do yourself a favour and go to McDonalds just up the street from this one. It's better and they don't rip you off for tiny Mayos.

Had the worst cheese burger of my life here. Yous need to up your game! This food isn't cheap either.

This burger king is the best one out of them all in Newcastle it's on Northumberland street centre of town service is fab quick No waiting like other outlets clean premises staff is friendly if u ask them they clean tables on ye request not like that other branded one where u eat with filth around ye feet ....toilets or on ground floor also on the first floor always clean ... would a go back definitely

I vistied burger king again today with my family, food was great and we were greeted with a smile by Cheryl as always 😁 The customer service provided by Cheryl was outstanding and i think she should be rewarded.

Well I don't want to be too hard BUT it's not the busiest of burger houses but there is very little service with a smile! However the service is quite quick but the food could be hotter! Surrounding are just OK, and very dated. It's right next door to 5 GUYS which have better burgers and surroundings so I guess people pay more and go next door?

Floor,chairs and tables covered in food, coke and general rubbish, I was eating in and food not even served on a tray having to carry items one by one to table. The coke was flat so wasnt touched at all and staff unhelpful. Did not finish my meal, restaurant was so unclean i was put off. Its a shame as i do enjoy burger king.

Don’t go here- I’ve been vegetarian for 8 nearly 9 years and got served chicken nuggets instead of the vegan nuggets. I feel absolutely sick.

The last visit to this BK shattered any and all trust I have with the brand name. After ordering an entirely vegan/vegetarian meal, we were supplied with standard whopper burgers. This was raised with the server she laughed it off and walk away. I've since spoken with customer services and was supplied with a "free replacement voucher", however all branches I've subsequently tried to redeem this have said they don't accept the vouchers via the app as they "don't have the button" For a company to be pushing the meat free range so strongly, this is appalling. Anyone who may be considering these options, best to stay clear entirely. Chances are, you could be getting meat and not knowing.

Never again. I feel like Michael Douglas in that movie when he goes around killing people. The lady who cleaned table was nice though. Throwing food on the trays and serving burgers that looked like they had been taken out the dumpster,

The staff were unfriendly and impatient. We tried to use the burger king app to get an offer but they are totally unfamiliar with it. In the whole ordering process the staff were impatient and they kept repeating the same thing and didn't solve our inquiries. But the food is okay.
