Burton-upon-Trent has no shortage of impressive buildings, and The Lord Burton in the town's High Street is the one you cannot afford to overlook. Barcelona, Los Angeles, and Hinckley draw in the crowds, but enthused with history and its lovely architecture; Burton-upon-Trent, with its air of cultivation and charm, has, in the past like the Lord Burton been, overlooked. Great day out.

The first time we've been here and would certainly come again if in the area. Staff friendly and helpful and food was as it always is in any Wetherspoons pub, really good. Well done guys.

An absolutely stellar dining experience, me and my business partner were going out for a few drinks after settling a major deal with a movie company (I won’t mention any names but expect to see a Shrek 6 next year) - we ordered two Guinness’ and some small plates. The drinks were absolutely phenomenal, even if the table next to us were doing lines STRAIGHT OFF THE TABLE?! The food arrived quickly, we only needed to wait 45 minutes and it was delicious - the onion rings had clearly been deep fried to a perfect crispy golden colour and the garlic bread was nearly as big as me!! After we’d finished our server was very polite using formal english such as “was everything alright with your food?” and “my apologies, the chef thought it would be funny to throw your food on the ground before serving it”. All in all an excellent experience - we will be visiting again.

Been going to Wetherspoons for a few years this has to be my worst visit Found our table once sat down first thing we noticed was dirty plates & buttery the waiter came over to deliver our drinks I politely asked if our table could be cleared from the previous customer “ok no problem “ thought nothing off it 20mins after asking they came and cleaned the table but didn’t wipe it down it wasn’t very busy at this time on a Sunday evening Once I received my food I was gobsmacked to how little my portion was it was like a child’s meal in fact a child would have more than what was on my plate , I think the chef had had a long day but no excuse for delivering little portions as pictured below

It's always a great atmosphere in the Lord Burton. Beers are good food is good . Could the staff not be taught how to smile 🙂. I hate paying hard earned money to a miserable person such a waste. My only negative Mr Weatherspoon.

Yeah, it was OK, not much more to add really. Typical 'Spoons that doesn't try to hard to hide what it is. Cheap food, nothing to write home about, but it'll fill you up.

Had a not so good day trying to complete a job but I had to bail out and make my way home. Popped in the Lord Burton, as I had nearly an hour to wait to get the train home, breakfast menu was still available so I chose the small breakfast. It was great! Perfectly cooked fried egg, nice runny yoke. Perfectly cooked sausage, moist and tender. Hash brown crispy on the outside, nice and moist on the inside. I get it that the hash browns are a pre-made frozen product, but it is quite easy to over-cook them which can then be unpleasant to eat. Not so in the Lord Burton, spot on. The breakfast made my lack-lustre day into a 'hey, not so bad after-all' day! Friendly and efficient staff, clean toilets and just really good at an icredibly good price. Will definitely be going there again. Cheers!

The pub was very busy and noisy , but managed to get a table for two adults and two children in a very dark area . Ordered food and arrived 40 minutes later , beans not in a separate dish as requested , no extra plate for sharing, food barely hot, first coffee was cold . It was very disappointing and expensive for what we ordered . We should have sent it back but as we had been waiting a long time and my youngest grandson was getting hungry we didn't bother. Don't think we will be using Burton again , we will stick to our favourite , Sir Nigel Gresley in Swadlincote which is brilliant.

Sadie was brilliant, friendly and attentive. Perfect service. Didn't eat today but have never been disappointed with the food. Again, Sadie is a credit to your team

Nice coffee. Then I tried the table service, and Wow! Alex brought me a pint of Guinness. A little cold, but otherwise A1. I might stay for another...

Call in while doing the christmas shopping for a quick bite to eat and a pint Average food served quickly cheap beer ideal for the quick lunch

Called here recently with friends, once ordered our meals were served quite quickly. Whilst our table had no dishes etc on it, clearly it had not been cleaned, so we had the clean the table ourselves! Drinks were ordered and took 20+ minutes to arrive and on 2 occasions we collected them from the bar where they were awaiting delivery! It didn't appear to be busy to be honest, finally on a positive note the drinks were really good value for money.

We ordered a mixed grill and the hot & spicy half chicken. Chicken came out cold and raw, mixed grill was cold. The replacement food wasn't any better really & took half hour to arrive. Chips were luke warm & soggy, my mixed grill looked like the one I sent back & had been put back on the grill for half hour as it came out burnt and the steak was that hard it could have been used as a table tennis bat. All in all horrible and disgusting food.

The place was DIRTY, contents hanging from the ceiling, food in the dirty carpet, more than half the tables require cleaning. The ordering on the app was quick, the cans of craft ale and bottle of Kopperberg were just as expected The food was inedible, the American cheese burger was burnt, no salad, no mustard and about 10 chips, the chicken burger tasted as though fried in engine oil

Absolutely terrible place. Would never go again unless they change. The place is really dark and depressing inside, damp patch on the ceiling, no music playing. I had gammon egg and chips and chose not to have the peas and there was like 8 chips, gammon was alright, egg was not done properly. My younger brother had a pizza and it was as thin as a crape. Sister had a burger and mash and the burger looked like it had been thrown in the microwave. It looked soo dry. Next to the seats was food such as bread everywhere and a dummy. Also my Pepsi was really flat. One good thing was the staff. They were friendly. Would never recommend it to anyone who is hungry.

Been here loads of times over the years but the last 2-3 visits have been really poor… Food as we know at Wetherspoons is pretty much a microwaves best friend but honestly the last 3 visits have been worse quality food than the cheapest microwave meal that I could buy for less than £1 from Lidl, really poor! Beer as well is below par- again it’s cheap so I get the saying that ‘You get what you pay for’ but still, no wonder their selling so many Spoons off- I think they’ve seriously took their eye off the ball and just can’t be bothered anymore. Shame though!

This has got to be by far the worst pub in the UK. What a shame as I love wetherspoons. This hasn't put me off wetherspoons. I just won't go to the one in Burton again! Terrible service. Terrible food and a stinking attitude. I asked for a cloth to wipe the filthy table. The man came over to the table and literally threw the cloth on the table we were sitting at!

Guy on the bar is rude. Does not know how to talk to customers and has no manners. Have no clue why the Manager would hire a person who isn’t capable of treating guests the right way. He doesn’t smile and looks like he is gonna murder you! I noticed how he was talking to other guests as well and it’s safe to say they weren’t happy with the service

This is one of the worst wetherspoons I've ever visited called mid afternoon , dirty uncleaned tables , plates glassed everywhere, menus on the floor 6 on one table covered in food , the hygiene in this place is appalling , sat next to several tables not cleared away or cleaned in the 45 muns I was in there , even when the place was half empty , no milk by the tea machines , and half the coffee not available, odd chairs tatty and old and broken tables I've thrown better furniture away, this places really needs a makeover or shutting it's the pits , zero out of 10.ps I'd never eat there I don't do food poisoning ,

Ordered chicken bites, the meal came with no soy sauce. Asked the staff member for it, he said "yeah no problem", then spotted him talking to another staff member few minutes later at the other side of the venue. Asked again - he said yeah no problem and headed to the kitchen. I didn't get soy sauce, he didn't come back to the table and he walked passed on numerous occasions ignoring the 8 dirty tables full of glasses and plates behind us. Out of stock? No problem - let me know. So unbelievely rude and lazy! 2/3 staff members walked passed all the dirty tables and ignored that they needed clearing. It wasn't busy and certainly isn't nice to walk in to. Just lazy, dirty and so so rude.

Long negotiation with a car dealer on town , feel hungry after getting deals. As a WSpoon’s funs with find this bar in town , walk in around 14:00pm , look like still rushing , most of the table with empty plates , and some not but small waste everywhere, table & floor . Found a table , but too sticky on surface .Sorry for can’t stay long , we just walk out . Maybe usually will better condition ( unsure ) .

me and gf renai went for food and was amazing we had dylan trew as our waiter was 10/10. love it, the food was amzazing and would go again. made the gf very happy

when i sat down, i was disgusted by the state of the building, the tables were sticky and the menu had stains on it. the food took 45 minutes to arrive and was dry and unappetising, pretty sure my spaniel could throw up a better...

Was outside with 5 other friends, 4 of us was seated because of lack of seats, 2 was standing up, after no warning from bar staff or doormen, we was told to leave because some of us was standing, apparently that's against the rules, the manager was called and his only response was..(stop invading my space) the police was called and they agreed with us all that the Lord Burton was way over the top, but they was within there rights to ask us to leave..etc..please realise that some pubs are relaxed...others are very strict .

Food was up to standard of a JD Wetherspoons you can’t complain for the price and quality. However I strongly recommend the entire team go on a customer service training course as we had drinks spilled on us without apology, shouted at to do track and trace via the app from across the beer garden and rudely told to move our chair back to where it belonged by the staff whom worked here. Manners cost nothing guys.

Where do I start, rude staff, that actually talk down to you and make you feel like a child on the naughty step.Social distancing is a joke, encountered tables of rowdy groups, also standing around and shouting across our table. Did the management do anything, no. Did we leave, of course. Our next step is to report this hell of a place to ESBC. My advice, avoid like hell.

Came here for a meal with my friends and it was very busy. The only tables that were free had old glasses and plates on from previous customers and the staff didn’t clear it up until they brought us our food and saw it. We ordered off the app and it came very quickly which make us consider how they cooked it but at least the wait wasn’t long. There were no forms or anything to write down details despite government rules and there wasn’t much social distancing as all tables were full and lots of crowds

So we had an appointment in Burton late yesterday afternoon in Burton. After getting that out the way we nipped for a cheap pint before a meal at The Dial. We walked into a quiet Wetherspoons and pretty much every empty table was piled high with uncleared glasses. The other unattended tables dirty. I could see that staffing was a little on the short side however they need to get their priorities right. Clean sanitised tables please!Needless to say we walked straight back out.

Me and a couple friends went to have a bite after work, we like going here as it’s local and cheap! We ordered in 2 lots as 2 people were paying. One load we ordered 2 rumps as it was steak night so thought we’d take advantage. The waiter came over and said ‘there’s only 1 rump left, what you wanna do?’ I was thinking, well offer me alternatives then?! So we opted for 1 sirloin. Anyway, I asked for my rump to be well done and it came out first. I cut into it and it was medium.. that was my friends steak on my order.. I asked and paid for onion rings on mine, and after I asked for them it took 15 minutes for them to be brought out. No apology or anything mind. Baring in mind out of 3 people eating I had mine for at least 10 before my friends got theirs. My friends got his and we realised it has no peas on, which it specifies on the menu that all steaks come with peas.. so I asked the waiter ‘sorry do all steaks come with peas?’ He said ‘oh oh yes sorry.. I’ll bring some out right away’ that took another 10 minutes. I should of really mentioned that they didn’t cook my steak properly, but when my friend cut into his when it finally arrived, they did mix them up.. so we ended up swapping our steaks have way through!

I work all over the country and for food this is possibly the worst spoons visited for food everything we have had has been overcooked

Went here after shopping l had the large mix grill and my wife had the BBQ chicken. The food arrived quickly and for the price it wasn't bad value. The only thing I would say that it could of been a bit more hotter. This won't stop us from going back.

My friend and I come here regularly. The last time we came we said we would just have drinks as the food has gone downhill. But unfortunately we changed our minds. This visit was by far the worst experience yet. First of all we ordered food and after we had waited about 45 minutes we went to see where it was. They had somehow managed to lose our order?! The manager said she would get this sorted and literally 3 minutes later it arrived at the table. I had scampi, chips and mushy peas, all luke warm, soggy chips and soggy scampi. My friend had the mixed grill again luke warm and the meat was inedible. The steak was a lump of grissle and the gammon rock hard, soggy chips for her too. Clearly they had just forgotten to bring our food out so microwaved it for a few seconds. VILE FOOD. We did complain and got a full refund but will definitely never eat here again. It’s a shame as it used to be so good here.

My friend and I ate here on a busy Saturday afternoon, I think we got the last available table! The pub was absolutely packed and we struggled to find a menu but once we had one and placed the order, the food arrived quickly; nice and hot and both of us enjoyed our meals which were reasonably priced.

Food was ok but staff were really rude concerning my children and 1 that as asd so really it spoilt the birthday meal out

While out shopping we popped into the lord Burton for a coffee it was packed but eventually we did get a seat.the staff had their hands full but coped very well and the atmosphere in there was ok, we waited just 5 minutes which I think was good

A good vibe in here, with live entertainment at times, of which I just missed out today.I had a good Conley (see photos), apparently a signature original beer from the founding days of the brand. I must say it was very good!For mains I enjoyed a classic burger and Shipyard for a little over a fiver.

Visited on a busy Saturday evening for some food and drink. The food was delivered quickly and was very nice. Special mention for Toby, absolutely fabulous service, going above and beyond. Well done Toby he deserve a raise. Would recommend 10/10.

I have eaten here numerous times over the years and for the past year or so have kept saying never again but still I've eaten here. Came again tonight for tea and I really do mean I will never eat here again.

Never in my life have I been asked to remove myself from a building, bare in mind just finished work wanted a quick drink with friends/work colleagues and wasn't causing a scene or anything just sat there quietly.My fault for forgetting my ID, which they have every right to not serve me an alcohol beverage without ID but when I accepted that I went to sit down and order some food and a soft drink. But then someone came over and told me I wasn't allowed in there without ID so then I was asked to leave, which I did so. Just absolutely shocked as I have been in there several occasions to have a meal i.e with my partner/friends,and I have never been asked to leave because I haven't got any ID that's just obserd. So I won't be coming back anytime soon, it has gone down hill in my books.

Very clean welcoming and happy place. Very nice happy staff and very good ale only had a small burger but that was very enjoyable... the most enjoyable thing about my visit was the staff very freindly and helpful and nice to see a barmaid with a big smile.. highly recommend

I took my wife for a meal to the lord burton on the 4/8/2019 on our anniversary we sat down and the tables where dirty but they were busy so I took the dirty plates to the bar myself and I order some food for me and my wife I had the gourmet chicken burger and the wife had a 12 oz stake and we had garlic cheese pizza bread we waited 35 minutes for the food and when we got it the stake was stone cold and the jacket potato was dried up no butter and cold my gourmet chicken burger was like rubber cold and I could not get the knife through it and the chips were cold and looked like they had been cooked 3 or 4 times and to top it off the pizza bread was raw this spoiled our day i spoke to the manger about the food and showed her and she asked me if I wanted some more food .not bloody likely we don’t want food poisoning thank you and she gave us a refund we will never go there again.

Often come in this local Wetherspoons and have watched it deteriorate in its standards. A lot of regulars say the same but at last a guy has come in who seems to work extremely hard and twice as fast as anyone else. If only we had more staff like this man PETE .... don't know his surname but he is very efficient. Some of the other staff are efficient but some are diabolical and lazy. This new bloke is an asset to our local Wetherspoons and us regulars would like to see more like him!

I know that the food is cheap and I know it's not gourmet but I do expect food to be hot, when at least 2 tables sat near us and sent food back, it does not bode well. It's not difficult to get this right!!!

Tables are always full we have had to clear our own table several times no one ever wipes them and the place wants a good re vamp its way past its best

I arranged a meet here with 3 friends, this being a halfway point for us all. We found a table and ordered. Our food arrived and I went in search of the condiments table - not a pot of salt in sight. I asked a passing server (taking 2 plates to a table) if she could arrange a supply a.s.a.p. as our meals were cooling. She acknowledged that she would as soon as she had served the 2 meals. I then watched as she served said meals - and then watched further whilst she cleared 3 empty tables. I could feel a state of 'vexed' coming on. I went over to the bar and asked the bar staff for salt. I said please, too. Rather than actually leave the bar (no queue in sight) and actually maybe have to move himself, he pointed across the restaurant to several tables, used but still not cleared, and suggested I go and fetch myself a salt pot from one of these. I did so, but 'vexed' was on the way to a fair sized head of steam.

Usually you know what you get with a Spoons. It's not top of the range but cheap and good quality beer. However, today was the first time I had to sent a beer back as unpalatable. The food was ok for what we paid. But surprised the pint we bought was undrinkable.

an oasis in the desert of post apocalytic sixties architeture of town centre regeneration gone wrong. Town should be buzzing with cafe bars, wine bars, pubs and eateries but in reality, Spoonies is the best place. Guys enforce your no smoking bans though and include vaping. having the rule is fine but what is the point if you then allow countless mindless youths to pollute your outdoor area regadless?

Not a great welcome, as we visited the toilets before we ordered food and drinks due to a strong smell of sick which got worse as we climbed the stairs. Food was not bad.

Not a bad pub , great deals on Carlsberg / Carling / Fosters approx £2.30 / £2.05 a pint .... Friendly buzz about the place ( typical JDW though toilets are nearer to the moon than they are to your seat

Ordered two breakfasts/drinks using the chain’s app. One of the two drinks served was incorrect and the poached egg was pretty much boiled. Was a bit surprised, too, to hear staff advising customers - ‘We’ve got no fried eggs. You can have scrambled or poached.’

The Lord Burton pub now modernised by Wetherspoons is a delightful large English town pub “what I would call a real Pub” Lovely large Beer Garden with plenty of seating.

Large breakfast which was served quickly an was good. Staff pleasant & friendly great selection of ales which you don’t get at other wetherspoons.

Came here Tuesday night with my friend. We started off with a couple of drinks. The unicorn gin and Pinot were very nice. We decided to have some food, no mixed grill available and it was only 7.30pm. Pizza was very nice as was the steak. Lots of dirty tables around and we had to clear dirty glasses off of ours. Apart from that we had a very nice evening.

Totally horrible food toilets in the men's blocked and leaking all over the floor witch is over the kitchen place is filthy someone is going to get really sick from this place it better not be me disgusting!!

Went for lunch with friends in general we love Wetherspoons so go to as many as we can this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to, I ordered a jacket potato with tuna mayo it was that dry I asked for some butter, to be told they hadn’t got any!! My friends opinion rings didn’t come with his meal when we asked where they were he told him it doesn’t come with them, we checked the menu which clearly stated they did, so went and asked again which they gave us some

Called in with my wife while shopping in Burton. Looked for a table but the few that were available were covered with plates and food. No one seemed to be employed to clean them. Kids were running amok all over the back end of the pub. As we were hungry we decided to stay and found a table near the front which again was strewn with food and plates. After 10 minutes of seeing no staff we decided to clear it ourselves.

Food was tasty mine had to go back as it was cold they brought me a fresh one out which was good. The tables however were filthy and previous customers plates had to moved no-one came to wipe tables we did it ourselves. There were remnants of food on the floor I got a piece of toast stuck to my shoe !

Tried leaving comments on the Wetherspoons site but found it impossible to name the pub on the drop down menu as you need to scroll through the whole lot (try it). We use Wetherspoons at least once a week all over the East Midlands and this one had the poorest service. Visited 5th Feb 2019 at noon. Was quite busy but found a table. Pile of brown sauce on the table so asked the only waitress in the whole place to please clean it. She returned with a dry tissue which didn't really work. Ordered 2 pizzas and waited. Hatchway to kitchen was rammed with dirty pots which never moved. People all around us were waiting for food. After waiting over half an hour I headed to the bar to request a refund and looked back to see our pizzas turn up. They were ok but not as hot as usual. Probably they had sat for a while before being brought to the table. As mentioned, only one waitress to serve the whole place. She just seemed to go through the motions and the usual follow up "is everything ok?" never happened. She'd no doubt worked out it was best not to ask!

Food is always a let down. Place is always dirty. Customers have to clean their own tables!!! Bar staff are usually rushing around doing too many jobs, hire some more staff and have a bloody refurb the place is falling apart.

The lord Burton must be the next in line for a referb your feet stick to carpet as you walk in.must be one of the worst Witherspoon pubs

We ordered an eggs benadict and the whole thing came out cold so we asked for it to be warmed up, and after 15 minutes it came back and was once again it was stone cold so we sent it back one more time and it didn’t come back.

We called just for a drink and found the service both friendly prompt. We visit this pub fairly frequently

Typical Wetherspoons. Not enough staff, tables not cleared quickly enough. Food very average, after waiting for ages for our order.

Called in here for a coffee whilst Christmas shopping. No clean coffee cups so staff had to go wash them and then give us wet cups. One coffee machine wasn't filled up for working. Found a table that had been cleared but the top hadn't been cleaned. I have found this to be a big problem with lots of Wetherspoons lately that they are not clean.

After a early start for our shopping trip into town I could tell my mum was ready for a sit down and ready for lunch.

Ordered a turkey dinner and asked for extra gravy & the peas that meant to come with my meal. The lad went back to kitchen & came back and said I’d have to pay for the peas & you don’t do gravy... how do you not do gravy when your offering Christmas walk in dinners & Sunday lunches..? He couldn’t answer me. (The food I received was lovely, I just wanted what I was meant to go with my meal) and then the girl who came and cleared our table didn’t even speak or smile. Also we was sat by the bar and I blatantly saw staff just standing around clearing check backs off the screen and carrying on talking.. I know they weren’t doing them because one of the tables that was cleared off was our table number. Just seems unorganised and in professional.

The Lord Burton is a typical JD Wetherspoon pub: neither too shabby nor truly special, with alcoholic drinks at rock-bottom prices, lots of interesting guest ales on hand pumps, and solid, if streamlined, convenience food. The real ale range here is good, even for Burton, and the prices unbeatable: Down to UKP 1.99 per pint of guest ale. The decor has certainly seen better days, but the style is not why you go to the Spoon. At those prices, naturally, it attracts a certain clientèle, and on weekend nights things can get a little rambunctious. Much better than the Prince of Brewers next door though.

We used to regularly have a full english breakfast, and it was the best in town. However, over the last few months, it has gone rapidly downhill. Often, nearly cold food, items missing, bad attitude from staff.

Usually quiet atmosphere. Food and drink served quickly especially if using the app. Good prices, friendly staff. Just wish the main company would improve the app to allow substitutions like no sauce etc

We called in on a Thursday lunchtime on a visit to Burton and as it was Curry Club day, decided that the curry deal would fit the bill. Staff were friendly, as were the locals, and it became a very enjoyable meal. We both had the beef madras with the usual accompaniments and it was certainly one of the better pub curries I've eaten. I noticed that there was no mango chutney, but it was brought to the table immediately by a delightful member of staff.

I visited the Lord Burton after a job interview in Burton on Trent. The staff are very friendly and they have a wide selection of real ales. The breakfast was very tasty and good value and the Pedigree was the best I have tasted in a long while. A must visit for any real ale drinker. I will definitely be making a return visit.

Everything about this place is just extremely mediocre. The food is never too good though never too bad. I could only classify it as good food if you're going in on a very empty stomach so it tastes good for the first few bites though with each bite it just gets more and more mediocre. I guess it's a good place to sit down and eat and drink something with some friends since there aren't many other places in Burton where you can do this for the same good price. Will definitely be coming back.

I was staying overnight in Burton so I thought I'd find somewhere local for tea as I was on my own and hungry. When I walked in there were quite a few tables needed clearing but as I work in the trade I understand it can be busy. I decided to get a drink and sit in the outdoor area to look at the menu (it was 8pm) Within a couple of minutes all the external lights were switched off and all but one of the doors closed and locked by a member of staff so I went back inside and found a table.

I ordered beer and pizza , the beer was expired or somethink it was really stinky the pizza was even worser it had holes inside , and was undercookt

After coming to the lord Burton for steak night we have again been told "no steak"! This happened on our last visit but we decided to try again. Not impressed with the Wetherspoons in Burton.

Came here tonight to enjoy drinks in the sunshine. Unfortunately there are not enough staff - we sat outside and all table were filthy and none were wiped ( how can guest be expected to eat off these? disgusting )- as you enter the pub it stinks of vomit - this surely can not go un- noticed by the staff - carpet deep clean is needed urgently. It is a good place to go for drinks but sadly let down by lack of cleaning staff

Not one of the best Wetherspoons we’ve been to but the staff were friendly and efficient and we enjoyed the breakfast.

I went on my birthday because its an old place in burton everyone knows the name of but I didn't expect the food to be that bad. The wrap I had, well basically McDonald's makes better wraps, It tasted like it was frozen chicken that had been cooked too long. The chips also tasted like frozen chips and not nice. The wrap was bland and mushy and half of one had no chicken or salad just mush. I ordered extra chip with my meal and they cost £2.50. I was supposed to get onion wring and a soft drink with the meal but i didn't. And last but not least there was a big moldy lump of salad in my partner's salad. Disappointed

Went for the steak night and was told they had no steaks!!!! (at 7pm). Was offered a mixed grill which had a little bit of steak in it. What's that all about?

We visited the lord Burton on a friday At around 6.30 on a Friday evening. Th atmosphere was nice the man who tended me at the till was a little quiet but polite enough.The food arrived very quickly however the chips on both mine and my partner's plates were luke warm, the onion rings on my plate tasted as though they had been refried and were not very nice atall. My burger the empire Burger was little more than a double cheese and wasnt well dressed. My partner's chicken was seriously dry. overall not a great experience the young lady who served us our god was absolutely lovely though. Even though this isn't the worst thing that's ever happened it is the worst thing that's ever happened to me. So I shan't be back!

Ordered food and drink on the app for a friend as a birthday treat because I was many miles away, staff refused to table deliver as they assumed we were mucking about around £20 worth never arrived, if the app order is discretionary by the staff I would think twice your order may never arrive.
