I broke down here when my car ran out of battery whilst charging my phone and listening to the radio (I didn't notice my lights had been on for over an hour). Amy 'The Manager' offered to come out and jump start my car with her jump leads. Really helpful and would reccommend. If you see this, give the woman a raise!!

Nice pizzas and good taste . Definitely would Love to try again. Quick and nicely packaged. Myself and friends had a great time.

Brilliant service from Marstons after parking at Bradgate Arms Cropston and getting a £100 parking fine because we were not informed by the pub when we arrived that we needed to give our registration number in. After contacting the landlady she was very unhelpful and abusive and said there was nothing they could do. I therefore contacted Marstons the brewery who could not have been more helpful and sympathetic and got our fine cancelled immediately. Well done and thank you Marstons.

This is now my regular place for breakfast. I have the £1 breakfast offer and it comes to £4.09 for a big breakfast wrap, a hash brown and a large dark roast coffee, which is much better value than other breakfasts available in town The coffee is also larger than the large ones in other fast food places I could mention and the dark roast is the nicest coffee anywhere. It is actually 1p more for just a large americano in Costa than the whole breakfast deal in Tim Hortons, and the coffee is bigger and nicer. Shame the afternoon menu here isnt as good, but as far as breakfast goes, I love this place.

Arrived 10.25 for breakfast. Server was empty with a queue in front all waiting for food. Told by chef would be 10 minutes for bacon and sausage and eggs. No beans, hash browns or fresh eggs in sight. Three men in front got their money back and walked out. After finally getting breakfast there was no milk for hot drinks and had to wait another five minutes whilst long awaited breakfast went cold. Very bad experience and not busy 👎🏽

Visited the KFC and had a great experience! Huge shoutout to Amrannfor going above and beyond. friendly, fast, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers, but Amrann absolutely does. The food was hot and fresh, but the service made it even better. If you visit, hope you get to meet Amrann!

Used these a lot and enjoyed the food but delivery had problems when I rang up they accused me of trying it and apparently I have done it before i have only rang when the order wasn't right rude staff.

Absolute rubbish. Litteraly couldn't have been any more disapointed. Waited 15 minutes for food which is fine, not that they were busy. Food consited of Whopper with cheese (luke warm/cold) Chicken royale (luke wam/cold with semi stale bread) Fries (cold) Onion rings (luke warm) Cheese burger (cold) I have no actual idea what I was waiting for as they obviously didn't cook anything. If I had to guess they have a psychic working there who knew what my order wass going to be and prepared it an hour before I got there then left it outside to cool down a bit. What an abdolute waste of £24.

Pretty disappointed. Queued for 15min for hot drinks for an organised firework display. Lady on counter shouts down the very long queue she would only be serving for another 10min due to the fireworks starting shortly. Literally 2min later she announces she is finished. Understand there needs to be a cutoff, but basic time keeping and customer service would go a long way… incredibly a few minutes later after most of the queue has dispersed, including myself, she was serving again… Fireworks didn’t start when she was expecting I suppose, very very poor.

Used the machine to order and picked a number for table service due to a long day at work. Instead of bringing over the food, order number was shouted through the shop and then the table service number. I ended up collecting it. Bbq wrap was cold, chicken missing out of the boneless banquet. Rude lady behind the till. Seemed to only care about the food delivery customers e.g. just eat and not the regular customer coming through the door. If it was busy, I could understand a few mistakes, but there were literally 4 people inside.

Awful people, they don’t give a hoot about customers, treat them awfully. Keep a wide berth. Couldn’t get my money back after they did not deliver and were very rude.

Delivery was fast… food… crispy beef I’m convinced it was just mixed in ketchup, inedible, last time ate here was nice . Really disappointed as was looking forward to this and was not cheap.

Avoid this business!! They have recently defrauded me out of £350 for a wedding cake they never intended on making. Most of the numbers for them do not work.
