McDonald's in East Staffordshire

I broke down here when my car ran out of battery whilst charging my phone and listening to the radio (I didn't notice my lights had been on for over an hour). Amy 'The Manager' offered to come out and jump start my car with her jump leads. Really helpful and would reccommend. If you see this, give the woman a raise!!

Awful place. Literally no front of house staff, Bunch of youngsters hiding at the back and desperately avoiding actual paying customers. Not all their fault though, as McDonalds are infamous for being a bad employer. Avoid.

Will not be using the McDonald’s again... I only went because I was driving past but usually go out my way to drive to a different one because it’s so terrible! The staff are always rude and can’t get the simplest or orders correct. Sauces always missing from the bag and wrong food. Tonight I paid for a double quarter pounder meal... and received a single, normal quarter pounder. The Coke had no syrup and the fries were cold! Will never visit this McDonald’s again, I don’t understand how they get it so wrong!! The one in Branston is amazing! The staff are always nice and the food is hot and correct on the order. Will go out of my way to visit this McDonalds from now. AVOID STRETTON MCDONALDS!

We went for breakfast Sunday morning,put our order threw completely got the wrong food and the manger said it’s our fault because we didn’t look at the screen, we couldn’t order again because breakfast was over poor service and the girl stood there laughing what’s that bout

Avoid unless no other food available. Worst drive through I've ever attended London wait times slow orders cold reheated food my "hot" coffee sitting on the side counter whilst I have to park up and wait and this at 23.35. It's a joke.

My dad ordered a dog with extra platter AND didn't get his spaghetti because the 'motorway wasn't online' or some bullshot. Full of extra virgin beta males who prey on the disabled like they're dinner for the family. my favourite food is the 12" pepperoni pizza with extra pubic lemons as it really. really. makes my tummy feel magical. BUT! only on a saterfriday after morning. we love the beans that come out of Dan Jones mouth when he speaks, 1/10 would eat again. love your sugar grandma Belinda III

i live at the back of this place, from 10pm up to 3am everyday we have to put up from the noise of reving up cars ,the manger dont care abourt us ,as long has he sell the bad food from their ,we have to put up with the rubbish from the fast food .we cant not get the sleep we need due to the noise comeing from this dirty place, they have a 14 hour permit with duty of care ,but they dont care abourt us living in the area time to shut it down, if this cares on im going to park my van over their drive way that stop the noise,

Terrible services, half the items on the menu were unavailable. Could hear a word the women was saying behind the counter!

We came here after arriving home from the airport in the early hours of 13/5/19 and from the young lad taking our order and the other lad giving it to us, they were very pleasant and had a laugh and a joke with us. Food was great as always

At drive through waiting 2 cars came ad went ahead of me poor service had to wait again as no hash browns cooked drive through would of got sorted quicker going inside then the breakfast muffins were cold with eggshells in disgusting.Staff need training very poor customer experience.

Yet again another p#ss poor service from these bozos.firstly didn’t know what to think when there was a McDonald’s staff member walking around the car park lost with a order. So sat for ten minutes in the drive through to be told to park up so I refused and ten seconds later a Big Mac meal appeared! From now on refuse to park up these idiots have no excuses. new year still piss poor service

Nice place if your in town but rather busy, may go again if I’m the area. Kids enjoyed the food and loved the deserts

I can honestly say I use the drive thru regularly and my order is always prompt, warm and correct. From a large breakfast order or just a coffee, never a problem.

They never listen properly to your order, you always end up having to go back in and get it sorted wasting time

Called in for a coffee today and a read of my book when i had a spare hour, as i often do. As usual, McDonalds coffee is really nice, however, i really think they should start doing decaff, after all, it is available everywhere nowadays, except McDonalds it seems!! Staff arealways really friendly, and most smile / said hello without prompting. Floor staff keep the tables clean and seem attentive. Litter never stays on the tables for long after customers leave. Food is usual overpriced but adequate fast food fare, so knew what to expect there. Love the fact i can get a free coffee refil too. Why dont all McDonalds offer this when service? Definitely one of the better McDonalds.

Tea time treat...walked in tried to order a grilled chicken wrap with no sauce...the lad was so rude needs training in customer service...girl came and took him off sorted no problem. Had a coffee and a latte got to sludge like coffees...son had a donut...which could have been used as a door stop...they did change it...I bought another latte...which was another coffee and was cold...got no fruit bags...no milkshakes!!!...waited over 20 mins for order...I know they are busy but puts a new meaning on fast food...

I like McDonald's but the table were a bit dirty but it was good food and nice place. I would like to come again.

Got a takeout from the drive through, had difficulty communicating with the person on the order service, not very polite service when we received our meal. Cooked to a reasonable McDonalds standard, nothing special.

Not much parking. No loo paper. Over flowing bins. Dirty tables. Why would you ? Automated ordering system requires credit card payment. Staff seemed lazy and disinterested. Oh dear.

My family and me went McDonalds for a quality time out. It was brilliant the food was warm the staff are nice

Huge waiting times, constant mistakes, cold food. Typical McDonalds. Why on earth I keep going I don't know. I can't remeber the last time I went and they got the job done properly. HOW HARD CAN IT BE ???????

Nos dejó en durante Boxing Day ventas por un café y los niños tenían un batido. Brew decente de servicio rápido. El servicio lento parecía estar pasando por la comida, aunque me alegro mucho de que nunca comimos allí. Volvería para una cerveza.

Siempre tienen que esperar una eternidad en drivethrough. Siempre hay algo malo. Siempre se olvidan las salsas, aunque son en el recibo. Siempre frías. Siempre cocinar croquetas de patata en la vieja aceite, así que tengan un sabor amargo.

Guaranteed to get my order wrong every single time. Have even had to go round the drive through three times before and they've still managed to get it wrong.

On our most recent visit the chicken nuggets were extremely overcooked to the point that we could only eat a few. Asked for bbq sauce and didn't get it, which is quite usual on our visits. Not fantastic but you tend to use McDonald's because it's convenient!

Just been to stretton mcdonalds...We waited in a queue of just 1... 2 serving and 2 staff ordering and chatting while they were being served ... then the manager came to the tills looked then went to the back ...walked out in the end terrible service and went across the rd to subway...come on mcdonalds your meant to be fast food !!!! Change your staff to people who can do the job....

I work around the UK so I occasionally try a McD... This is one of the better ones for fast food. The staff are more professional than some I've been to (Manchester).

Been going here for years not any more the poor service realy has covered every part of fast food.Make you park up at drive through even when food is ready I have to ask for the fries to be toped up and the coke.Larger orders you have to check because they forget stuff and when you ask for sauce it's like it's coming out of there wagesI always drive to stretton McDonaldsBranston mcdonalds is always disappointing

This was the worst Mcdonalds ever, the burger was extremely greasy, the fries were cold, this Mcdonalds was the one coming from Burton towards the A38, wouldn't eat there again. The staff were running round as if they didn't know what they were doing and it wasn't really busy in the restaurant, they were more interested in drive inn business.

This place does not like Scottish cash so don't take it, I had to try explane it was all good but NOPE this is not the way to go

Good drive thru with usual hot fresh food. Professional team with friendly staff and fast. Location perfect.

the burgers are fake and are like eatin g your grandads slippers, bloody americans. Mcdonalds was never good, fresh burgers always best.

I was in Burton for a football match and noticed this branch near to the ground. All the usual McDonald's fare is provided, with a bright and cheerful interior, additional outside seating and a rack of newspapers. As opposed to other reviews, the staff were welcoming and efficient and the four star marking is fully justified

Staff polite but not very quick. In any way. Dropped in to get free coffee with filled token card (in date) and was refused. Left. Will feed kids elsewhere next time, especially when the "free" coffee actually takes 6 x £1.40 to collect tokens.

I'm not one for writing a bad review based on just one experience as people make mistakes and stuff happens. But after my third visit and still they can't get it right then something has to be mentioned.I won't go into detail about the first two times I visited where the food was wrong and after a fifteen minute wait the chips came out cold...I took the 40 minute drive from work to a business in Burton to grab some supplies. I stopped at Stretton Mc Donalds drive through for a coffee and noticed the signs for the new 99p breakfast wrap. As usual the queue was very long and slow, I ordered a white coffee, a bacon wrap and a cheese wrap. I said to the girl on ordering "I don't mean to be funny but the last two times I've visited you've got my order wrong so can you make sure it's right?" She said yes, no problems.Of course I didn't check my order as two wraps were put into the bag and my coffee went into the drinks holder.Got onto the A38 to blast back to work, started opening the wraps (I know you shouldn't eat and drive, it's a white van man thing) and hey ho, no sausage wrap and no bacon wrap just 2 cheese wraps and my coffee was a HOT CHOCOLATE!!AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
